背景技术
现有的创可贴主要由一条长形的胶布,中间附以一小块浸过杀菌消炎药物的纱条构成,起隔离伤口的作用,是人们生活中最常用的一种外科用药。现有技术中的创可贴容易粘牢伤口。而且,如果伤口已经感染,创可贴还有可能形成有利于细菌生长的环境,造成伤口反复感染,不易愈合。

本发明的目的是提供一种含有硅藻土的创可贴。

一种含有硅藻土的创可贴,在常规创可贴的基础上,附着于创可贴的内层无纺纱布上浸渍有药剂,所述药剂按重量份计由以下成分制成:经过液氮速冷处理的硅藻土30-36、显脉香茶菜提取物1.2-1.5、海泡石1-3、乙醇32-38;
所述显脉香茶菜提取物制备方法为:将显脉香茶菜茎和叶按3:1质量比例混合,再以90%乙醇为溶剂,经过多功能提取罐提取2次,每次3小时,然后合并提取液,并减压浓缩至稠膏,用甲醇溶解,滤除不溶物,滤液加质量分数为2‰的活性炭加热煮沸脱色,除去甲醇和活性炭,然后采用200W微波处理10s,静置20min,即得;
所述经过液氮速冷处理的硅藻土制备方法为:将硅藻土进行粉碎,然后在920℃下煅烧20min,将硅藻土、水充分混合,其中硅藻土与水按1:1.5质量比例混合,浸泡时间为25min,得到浆料;采用四级湿法研磨方式,其中一级研磨中,浆料的流速为1kg/min,并在研磨过程中加入硅藻土质量1%的乙醇,研磨温度为25℃,研磨时间为30min;二级研磨中,浆料的流速为2kg/min,并在研磨过程中加入硅藻土质量1.5%的乙醇,研磨温度为35℃,研磨时间为30min;三级研磨中,浆料的流速为2.5kg/min,并在研磨过程中加入硅藻土质量1%的乙醇,研磨温度为35℃,研磨时间为30min;四级研磨中,浆料的流速为3kg/min,并在研磨过程中加入硅藻土质量1.5%的乙醇,研磨温度为50℃,研磨时间为30min,然后静置2小时,过滤,烘干至含水量为10%,然后采用液氮进行快速冷冻10min,然后自然恢复至室温,即可。

本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比:本发明制备的创可贴更加安全可靠,能够快速对伤口进行止血,促进伤口愈合;普通的硅藻土之间的粘结力不够,无法形成三维的网络结构,导致其作为常用抗菌剂载体力学性能一般,满足不了许多场合的需求,本发明通过对硅藻土进行的处理,得到经过液氮速冷处理的硅藻土与海泡石粉复合,能够使得二者颗粒粘结到一起,形成三维的网络结构,能够成为良好的显脉香茶菜提取物的载体,能够让显脉香茶菜提取物进行缓慢的释放,显脉香茶菜提取物能够促进血小板聚集,同时还能促进血管的收缩的功能,从而加强血小板凝集,促进血小板及凝血因子参与凝血过程,血小板凝集于伤口,粘附变形,加速血液的凝固,达到止血的目的,通过将所述的创可贴在预热后进行使用,能够极大的提高显脉香茶菜提取物的活性,并且,能够加速显脉香茶菜提取物的早期释放量,对伤口处能够进行快速止血和消毒杀菌,经过液氮速冷处理的硅藻土与海泡石形成的网络环境,能够为伤口处提供更加良好的无菌环境,避免了伤口的进一步感染,加速伤口的快速愈合,同时还不易粘牢伤口,去除时更加容易,不会引起伤口的撕裂现象。

Claims (4)
1.一种含有硅藻土的创可贴,其特征在于,在常规创可贴的基础上,附着于创可贴的内层无纺纱布上浸渍有药剂,所述药剂按重量份计由以下成分制成:经过液氮速冷处理的硅藻土30-36、显脉香茶菜提取物1.2-1.5、海泡石1-3、乙醇32-38;
所述显脉香茶菜提取物制备方法为:将显脉香茶菜茎和叶按3:1质量比例混合,再以90%乙醇为溶剂,经过多功能提取罐提取2次,每次3小时,然后合并提取液,并减压浓缩至稠膏,用甲醇溶解,滤除不溶物,滤液加质量分数为2‰的活性炭加热煮沸脱色,除去甲醇和活性炭,然后采用200W微波处理10s,静置20min,即得;
所述经过液氮速冷处理的硅藻土制备方法为:将硅藻土进行粉碎,然后在920℃下煅烧20min,将硅藻土、水充分混合,其中硅藻土与水按1:1.5质量比例混合,浸泡时间为25min,得到浆料;采用四级湿法研磨方式,其中一级研磨中,浆料的流速为1kg/min,并在研磨过程中加入硅藻土质量1%的乙醇,研磨温度为25℃,研磨时间为30min;二级研磨中,浆料的流速为2kg/min,并在研磨过程中加入硅藻土质量1.5%的乙醇,研磨温度为35℃,研磨时间为30min;三级研磨中,浆料的流速为2.5kg/min,并在研磨过程中加入硅藻土质量1%的乙醇,研磨温度为35℃,研磨时间为30min;四级研磨中,浆料的流速为3kg/min,并在研磨过程中加入硅藻土质量1.5%的乙醇,研磨温度为50℃,研磨时间为30min,然后静置2小时,过滤,烘干至含水量为10%,然后采用液氮进行快速冷冻10min,然后自然恢复至室温,即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有硅藻土的创可贴,其特征在于,所述硅藻土粉碎至1200目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有硅藻土的创可贴,其特征在于,所述海泡石粒度为1500目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有硅藻土的创可贴,其特征在于,所述的含有硅藻土的创可贴使用方法为:在使用前,将创可贴进行预热后即可使用,所述预热的温度不超过35℃,预热时间不超过30s。
