本发明涉及一种洁白牙粉，按分量计算，包括以下成分：花生米100‑150份、橘子皮80‑100份、墨鱼骨粉50‑80份、薄荷叶50‑80份、柠檬50‑80份和食用盐10‑20份；本发明的一种洁白牙粉制作简单，香气淡雅、质地细腻，具有良好的渗透性和延展性，有效利用各成分中的有效成分达到防腐灭菌的作用，同时可以使牙齿洁白，满口清香，长期坚持能有效固齿。

本发明涉及护肤、保健领域，具体为一种洁白牙粉。
背景技术
每个人都希望拥有一口洁白的牙齿，因此，往往把牙齿美白寄希望于各种具有美白效果的牙膏上。事实上，牙膏的美白功能只适合于“个别”人群，并且不能长期使用。美白牙膏只适合个别人群使用。美白牙膏说到底还是保持口腔清洁，其美白功效是因为添加了特殊的摩擦剂或过氧化物，但只对抽烟、喝咖啡等引起的轻度牙齿变色者有用，即个别人群，而对四环素牙、氟斑牙等深层着色者基本没有效果。而且，医生不建议长期使用美白牙膏，特别是通过颗粒摩擦的牙膏会破坏牙齿表面的牙釉质，使牙齿表面变得粗糙，牙渍更容易沉积在牙齿表面。含氧化物的牙膏主要成分是双氧水，尽管其浓度较低，但仍有可能对一部分敏感人群的口腔造成一定的刺激，如发酸、怕凉、肿胀等。任何牙膏都不能彻底消除牙齿色斑，只能起到保健、预防或改善“黄牙齿”的作用。
然而，目前，各医院、诊所的牙科医生在清洗牙菌斑、烟油斑和氟斑时多采用药物混合液，其气味难闻，保持时间又短。而像最新流行的激光美白、冷光美白等，不管是术前还是术后都酸疼难忍。
综合以上，纯天然的牙齿美白方式越来越受到人们的喜爱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题，提出一种洁白牙粉，使广大群众能轻轻松松达到美白牙齿功效。
本发明提供一种洁白牙粉。
本发明洁白牙粉，按分量计算，包括以下成分：花生米100-150份、橘子皮80-100份、墨鱼骨粉50-80份、薄荷叶50-80份、柠檬50-80份和食用盐10-20份；
所述洁白牙粉的制备方法，按以下步骤进行：A、将柠檬切片、晒干后研碎过300目筛，取下料，得柠檬粉末；B、将橘子皮晒干，研碎并过300目筛，取下料，得橘子皮粉末；C、将花生米和薄荷叶一起研碎后过200目筛，取下料，得花生薄荷粉末；D、将柠檬粉末、橘子皮粉末、花生薄荷粉末、墨鱼骨粉和食用盐一起混合，搅拌均匀，即得洁白牙粉；所述食用盐为低钠盐。
本发明洁白牙粉的使用方法：每天早晚刷牙前用牙膏粘一点洁白牙粉，像刷牙一样来回刷几遍，用清水漱洗干净后可以正常使用牙膏继续刷牙；连续使用一个月即可见效。
本发明的优点如下：
1、本发明的一种洁白牙粉制作简单，香气淡雅、质地细腻，具有良好的渗透性和延展性，有效利用各成分中的有效成分达到防腐灭菌的作用，同时可以使牙齿洁白，满口清香，长期坚持能有效固齿。
2、花生米中的维生素K有止血作用，它的内皮含有抗纤维蛋白溶解酶，可防治各种外伤出血，可促进牙龈和牙周组织的血液循环，起到营养牙龈和牙周的作用。同时，花生米还含有维生素E、锌、维生素C及其他微量元素，可起到美白牙齿的功效。

更优选的，所述食用盐为低钠盐。
