Abstract

本发明为一种具有新型结构的气管镜远端探头,主要使气管镜包含有摄像模块、器械管、和发光体的远端探头具有稳固的结合状态,而于灌胶封装时,确保各构件间不会位移,获得一致性的组合构造,提供气管镜在使用时,达到安全的效果。该远端探头包括有一空心外管,一端面板,组合于空心外管的外端,而器械管的外端,和摄像模块的镜头及发光体均卡合于端面板的相对孔内,使各构件达到极为稳固的结合状态,再由空心外管的前后方分别进行防水灌胶封装程序,完成远端探头的完美构造,最后将气管镜的管体外端组合的空心外管的后端即可,其整体结构简单,组合容易,具有经济性和显著的实用性。

Description

一种气管镜远端探头
【技术领域】
本发明为一种结构改良的气管镜远端探头,主要使气管镜包含有摄像镜头、器械管、和发光体的远端具有可靠的定位及稳固的结合状态,而于灌胶封装时,确保各构件间不会位移,获得一致性的组合构造,提供气管镜在制作过程可简化工序并确实有效的达到定位,提高生产效率及良率,并且在使用时,达到安全可靠的相对作业位置效果。
【背景技术】
一般气管镜均具有相类似的基本设计,包含有一管体,提供伸入人体的腔内,利用其远端探头设有镜头模块,以拍摄人体腔内的实际状况,通过内部的传输线把讯号送到外部主机位置,供操作者解读,其间另设有一器械管,可供操作人员将小型器械穿入其内,并延伸到人体腔内直接进行手术;习知远端探头之构造,如中国专利申请第200980156440.3号「具有照相机壳体的内窥镜及制造照相机壳体的方法」专利案,其系使用模具组形成一空间,然后将摄像模块和等构件先置入模具内空间,另使用一个T型物件来连接器械管,在相关组件放入后,再进行灌胶程序,待其固化后结合为一体,惟该习知技术于实施时,各构件间并无稳固的结合性,故在灌胶时常会因灌入时产生的强大压力,在过程中也易因材料本质弹性而造成潜在的移位,导致各构件的偏移,且灌胶的固胶定位成型时间耗时,造成瑕疵品的机率偏高,除不符需求外,可能造成不同次的使用过程中,定位角度偏差,影响使用者的常规判断,造成医疗上使用的潜在风险,故仍有改善的必要。
【发明内容】
本发明为一种具有新型结构的气管镜远端探头,主要使气管镜包含有摄像模块、器械管、和发光体的远端探头具有稳固的结合状态,而于灌胶封装时,确保各构件间不会位移,获得一致性的组合构造,提供气管镜在使用时,达到安全之目的。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种具有新型结构的气管镜远端探头,其包括:一空心外管和一端面板;该端面板系组合于空心外管的外端,而器械管的外端,和摄像模块的镜头及发光体均卡合于端面板上的相对孔内,使各构件达到极为稳固的结合状态,再由空心外管的前后方皆进行防水灌胶封装程序,便完成远端探头的完美构造,最后将气管镜的管体外端组合空心外管的后端,即可气管镜的整体结构,而具有极佳的经济性和显著的实用性。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1及图2所示,本实施例为一种结构改良的气管镜远端探头,其包括有一空心外管(1)和一端面板(2),该端面板(2)系组合于空心外管(1)的外端,端面板(2)上设有一个器械孔(21)、一个镜孔(22)、和二个光孔(23),而于端面板(2)的内侧,器械孔(21)的侧边设有二固定座(24),组装时,器械管 (3)的外端为卡扣于器械孔(21),并为二固定座(24)所稳固夹合,而摄像模块 (4)的镜头(41)为组合在镜孔(22)处,使用时,其镜孔(22)前缘可另设以一阶状槽,以结合一防水镜片(42)于镜头(41)的外部,另外,位在摄像模块(4)前端两侧的发光体(43)亦卡合于端面板(2)相对的光孔(23)内,使各构件均达到极为稳固的结合状态,再由空心外管(1)的前后方进行灌胶封程序,便完成远端探头的完美构造,最后使气管镜的管体(5)外端以防水方式组合于空心外管(1)的内端即可。
通过上述的组合装置下,本发明确可使含有摄像模块、器械管、和发光体的远端探头,在实施灌胶封装前便具有稳固的结合状态,故于灌胶封装时,可确保各构件间不会位移,获得一致性组合构造之远端探头结构,而可提供气管镜在使用时,达到最佳之安全功效。综上所述,本发明显可提供一创新的组合结构,且其制程工序更为简化,可达到量产之经济性要求,而提高其实用价值。
本发明说明书所示的端面板上的各开孔,仅系配合摄像模块上的镜头、发光体、及器械管的位置和形状而设置,即本发明实施例图面所示的形状或数量并非限制本发明的范围,举凡依照本发明的精神,利用端面板与各构件先予固定结合,再进行灌胶封装而制成的远端探头构造体,均为本发明的专利所涵盖。

Claims (2)

1.一种气管镜远端探头,其特征在于,其包括:
一空心外管;
一端面板,组合于空心外管的外端,其设有器械孔、镜孔和光孔,而端面板的内侧,器械孔的侧边设有二固定座;
一器械管,其外端卡扣于器械孔,并为二固定座所夹合;
一摄像模块,具有一位于前端中部的镜头和设置于镜头两侧的数发光体,该镜头组合在镜孔处,位于摄像模块前端镜头两侧的发光体亦卡合于端面板相对的光孔内;
由空心外管的前后方进行灌胶封程序,使气管镜的管体外端以防水方式组合于空心外管的内端。
2.如权利要求1所述之气管镜远端探头,其特征在于:其中端面板之镜孔前缘设有一阶状槽,以供结合一防水镜片。
