本发明公开了一种泡沫陶瓷保温材料,通过如下方法制备:将炉渣粉碎至200目烘干后与石灰粉按照20:1的重量比混合均匀,6MPa压制成型;然后高温煅烧,煅烧条件为1200℃煅烧2h,冷却即得。本发明提供的泡沫陶瓷保温材料保温效果好,导热系数小于0.15W/(m·K),性能优异。

本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种泡沫陶瓷保温材料。
背景技术
泡沫陶瓷材料的发展始于20世纪70年代,是一种常见的多孔材料,其孔径从纳米级到微米级不等,气孔率在20%~95%之间,使用温度为常温~1600℃。泡沫陶瓷体内具有大量彼此相通和闭合的气孔,具有低密度、低抗热冲击性、低导热系数、低介电常数、高温稳定性等优点,可以广泛应用在催化剂、过滤、热绝缘材料、生物移植体材料等方面。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供提供一种泡沫陶瓷保温材料。
本发明通过下面技术方案实现:
一种泡沫陶瓷保温材料,通过如下方法制备:将炉渣粉碎烘干后与石灰粉按照15-25:1的重量比混合均匀,压制成型;然后高温煅烧,冷却即得。
优选地,炉渣粉碎至200目。
优选地,压制成型的压力为6MPa。
优选地,煅烧条件为1200℃煅烧2h。
上述泡沫陶瓷保温材料在建筑方面的应用。

导热系数为0.14W/( m·K),保温效果好。

1.一种泡沫陶瓷保温材料,其特征在于,通过如下方法制备:将炉渣粉碎烘干后与石灰粉按照15-25:1的重量比混合均匀,压制成型;然后高温煅烧,冷却即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫陶瓷保温材料,其特征在于:炉渣粉碎至200目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫陶瓷保温材料,其特征在于:压制成型的压力为6MPa。
4.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫陶瓷保温材料,其特征在于:煅烧条件为1200℃煅烧2h。
5.权利要求1-4任一所述泡沫陶瓷保温材料在建筑方面的应用。
