本发明公开了一种耐磨防切割脱敏橡胶手套,其特征在于,所述手套以高强度聚乙烯、氨纶丝和锦纶按照15‑20:8‑25:100的体积比进行混纺成手套本体,在手指部位,还掺杂有石墨烯纤维,所述本体内里覆盖一层橡胶层,所述橡胶层按重量份数含有:橡胶100,四乙撑五胺0.2‑0.8,聚氧乙烯月桂基醚0.5‑1,桑蚕丝丝素蛋白2‑8,有机蒙脱土5‑15,纳米二氧化钛2‑5,异戊二烯接枝丝胶共聚物8‑20。本发明的混合纤维拉伸断裂强力为43N,断裂伸长率为542%,织物具有外观结构紧密,具备较好的力学性能。本发明的手套耐磨性能出色且防切割。

一种耐磨防切割手套
技术领域
本发明涉及劳保技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐磨防切割手套。
背景技术
随着高性能纤维材料的不断发展,利用现有增强复合材料与其它纤维材料的复合,研发出高附加值、高性能的产业用新产品已成为目前国内纺织产品转型升级、扩大出口的一个重要内容。近年来,防护性纺织品的种类越来越多,防护织物的发展逐渐向高新技术产业方向靠拢,并成为现在纺织技术进步的一个重要标志。伴随人们安全防护意识的不断增强,防护纺织品的需求量日益增加也使得对防护型织物的开发与研究成为必然。鉴于人们手部受伤的频率较高,手部防护织物的性能研究引起国内外学者的重视。目前,国内对防切割手套织物缺乏深入系统的研究,尤其在防切割机理方面的分析还不够完善,加强对防切割手套工艺与性能的分析研究,可以为柔性手部防护纺织品的研发提供技术参考。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种耐磨防切割手套,耐磨性能出色,防切割。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种耐磨防切割脱敏橡胶手套,其特征在于,所述手套以高强度聚乙烯、氨纶丝和锦纶按照15-20:8-25:100的体积比进行混纺成手套本体,在手指部位,还掺杂有石墨烯纤维,所述本体内里覆盖一层橡胶层,所述橡胶层按重量份数含有:橡胶100,四乙撑五胺0.2-0.8,聚氧乙烯月桂基醚0.5-1,桑蚕丝丝素蛋白2-8,有机蒙脱土5-15,纳米二氧化钛2-5,异戊二烯接枝丝胶共聚物8-20。本发明采用异戊二烯接枝丝胶共聚物来降低乳胶材料的致敏性。本发明采用杂凝聚的方法使接枝共聚物共混入天然乳胶颗粒中,二者以离子键互相连接聚集成一个以接枝物为壳,乳胶为核的核壳结构,接枝物中的丝胶与天然乳胶中的橡胶烃分别以氢键结合和相似相容交联结合,形成一定密度的交联网络,提高的乳胶制品的致密性及物理力学性能,且乳胶外层包裹的丝胶赋予改性后的乳胶制品良好的耐溶剂性、抗过敏及抗菌性。经细胞毒性分析试验证明,经丝胶改性后的乳胶膜仅有轻度毒性,初步达到降低乳胶致敏的目的。
根据手套防护性能检测标准,本发明采用正交试验的方式测试纱线结构、纱线细度、捻度以及织物密度等因素对防切割性能的影响。经测试,本发明的混合纤维拉伸断裂强力为43N,断裂伸长率为542%,织物具有外观结构紧密,具备较好的力学性能。本发明的手套耐磨性能出色且防切割。

下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
一种耐磨防切割脱敏橡胶手套,其特征在于,所述手套以高强度聚乙烯、氨纶丝和锦纶按照15-20:8-25:100的体积比进行混纺成手套本体,在手指部位,还掺杂有石墨烯纤维,所述本体内里覆盖一层橡胶层,所述橡胶层按重量份数含有:橡胶100,四乙撑五胺0.2-0.8,聚氧乙烯月桂基醚0.5-1,桑蚕丝丝素蛋白2-8,有机蒙脱土5-15,纳米二氧化钛2-5,异戊二烯接枝丝胶共聚物8-20。
经测试,本发明的混合纤维拉伸断裂强力为43N,断裂伸长率为542%,织物具有外观结构紧密,具备较好的力学性能。本发明的手套耐磨性能出色且防切割。
同时其内里的橡胶层,起到衬里的作用,其添加脱敏组分以后,使得橡胶脱敏性优异。
