Abstract

航标灯发电设备,其特征是:发电设备包括摆动块、增速箱、发电机,摆动块包括扇形板和调重板,在扇形板的回转轴心处具有中心孔,扇形板以中心孔固定在增速箱的输入轴端部,在扇形板的外圆处固定若干调重板;增速箱的输出轴与发电机的主轴连接。通过航标灯在风浪中的摇摆使摆动块随之摇摆,带动增速箱的输入轴转动,经增速齿轮的增速,从输出轴增速驱动交流发电机发出交流电,将交流电整流成直流电输到航标灯的蓄电池,作为导航供电用。本设备能解决航标灯在阴雨天气太阳能发电不足问题和易于海上搜救。其结构简单,无需专人照看,适于海洋、河流、湖泊中运行船舶夜间导航及救生用。

技术领域
本发明涉及发电设备,尤其是航标灯发电设备。
背景技术
科技的进步发展,对改善和提高人们生活水平起了重要作用。但随着科技进步和工业的发展也带来了不利条件,发生了能源短缺现象,以海岛、海边等交通运输不便地区尤甚。例如,在海运导航方面,由于太阳能技术的应用,利用太阳能作为航标灯的能源,进行海运船只的导航。航标灯由于孤立于海面,利用太阳能作为能源,以太阳能蓄电池对航标灯供电,以保证导航工作,不足之处是,只靠太阳能电池供电导航时,一旦发生较长时期的连续阴雨天时,则供电难以为继,影响导航工作。
发明内容
本发明提供一种航标灯发电设备,是利用自然界的海水浪潮作为动力进行发电的设备,目的有二:一是利用本设备发电,补偿航标灯的太阳能在阴天供电的不足;二是利用本设备发出的信号,搜救航海落难者。本发明为航标灯发电设备,其特征是:所述的发电设备包括摆动块、增速箱、发电机,摆动块包括扇形板和调重板,在扇形板的回转轴心处具有中心孔,扇形板以中心孔固定在增速箱的输入轴端部,在扇形板的外圆处用紧固螺栓固定若干调重板;增速箱的输出轴与发电机的主轴连接。
发电机采用交流发电机,增速箱包括箱体、输入轴、输出轴、中间轴、输入大齿轮、输入小齿轮、输出大齿轮、输出小齿轮;输入轴、输出轴、中间轴都装在箱体的壁上,输入轴一端伸出于箱体的壁外,与扇形板的中心孔连接,另一端与壁内的输入大齿轮连接;输出轴一端伸出于壁外,与交流发电机的主轴连接,另一端与壁内的输出小齿轮连接;中间轴位于箱体内,其一端装有输入小齿轮与输入大齿轮啮合,另一端装有输出大齿轮与输出小齿轮啮合。
所述的发电设备装在航标灯、救生艇、救生圈或救生衣上。
所述的发电设备用防护罩罩住,以防风浪打湿设备。
本发电设备装在海上的航标灯或救生装置上,通过在风浪中的摇摆使摆动块摇摆,带动增速箱的输入轴转动,经增速齿轮的增速,即通过输入轴、输出轴、中间轴上的各啮合的齿轮系,将经摆动块传入的摆动从输出轴增速传出,驱动该交流发电机正反转动,发出交流电。当本设备用于航标灯时,将交流电经整流器整流成直流,输到航标灯的蓄电池,作为导航的供电用。当本设备用于救生装置(救生艇、救生圈或救生衣)时,将本设备中的交流发电机经电容器连到灯泡(或电子信号设备),当救生装置在海中漂浮,本设备随之漂浮,则发电机发出交流电给电容器充电,当电容器充电到设定值时,电路接通,灯泡亮(或电子信号设备发出求救电波),放电后熄灭,下次充电再亮,往复进行则灯泡闪亮,使海上搜救者夜间易于发现搜救。
综上所述,本设备以海水(或河、湖水)浪潮为动力,随浪潮摆动使摆动块绕增速箱的输入轴摆动,经增速箱的输出轴带动发电机增速转动发电,为航标灯的蓄电池供电;或作为海上救生装置发出求救信号。本设备能解决航标灯在阴雨天气太阳能发电不足问题和易于海上搜救。其结构简单,无需专人照看,适于海洋、河流、湖泊中运行船舶夜间导航及救生用。

具体实施方式
如图1-2为航标灯发电设备安装示意图。航标灯包括灯泡1、支杆2,底座3,底座3用固定链条9固定,底座3上装有支杆2,在支杆2顶端装有闪光灯泡1。发电设备安装在航标灯的底座3上。
所述的发电设备包括摆动块5、增速箱6、发电机7,摆动块5包括扇形板5.1和调重板5.2,如图3,在扇形板的回转轴心处具有中心孔5.4,摆动块5以中心孔5.4固定在增速箱6的输入轴6.1端部,在扇形板5.1的外圆处用紧固螺栓5.3固定若干调重板5.2;按使用要求增减调重板的数量,以使摆动块5绕增速箱输入轴6.1的转速适度;增速箱6的输出轴6.8与发电机的主轴7.1经联轴器7.2连接。
如图2,发电机采用永磁交流发电机。增速箱6包括箱体6.2、输入轴6.1、输出轴6.8、中间轴6.5、输入大齿轮6.3、输入小齿轮6.4、输出大齿轮6.6、输出小齿轮6.7;输入轴6.1、输出轴6.8、中间轴6.5都装在箱体6.2的壁上,输入轴6.1一端伸出于箱体6.2的壁外,与扇形板5.1的中心孔5.4连接,另一端与壁内的输入大齿轮6.3连接,输出轴6.8一端伸出于壁外,经联轴器7.2与交流发电机的主轴7.1连接,另一端与壁内的输出小齿轮6.7连接,中间轴6.5位于箱体6.2内,其一端装有输入小齿轮6.4与输入大齿轮6.3啮合,另一端装有输出大齿轮6.6与输出小齿轮6.7啮合。各轴均装在轴承上,与各齿轮的连接均为固定无滑动连接。增速箱6用增速箱支架8支撑,固定在底座3上。
当本设备用于航标灯时,通过航标灯在风浪中的摇摆使摆动块5随之摇摆,摆动块带动增速箱6的输入轴6.1,经增速箱6内的齿轮的增速,使输出轴6.8往复增速转动,经联轴器7.2驱动发电机7往复地增速旋转发电,经整流后输送到航标灯的蓄电池(未示出)进行充电。
当本设备用于救生装置(救生艇、救生圈或救生衣)时,可将本设备装在救生装置上,将交流发电机7发出的交流电经电容器(未示出)连到灯泡或电子信号设备(未示出),当发出的交流电给电容器开始充电时,灯泡不亮或电子信号设备不工作;当充电到设定值时,灯泡亮,或电子信号设备发射求救电波。连续工作时,灯泡不断闪亮,或电子信号设备不断发出求救电波,利于夜间海上搜救。
如图1,所述的本设备用防护罩4罩住,以防风浪打湿设备。
还可用换向机构(参照本申请人的在先申请号201610988211X,申请名称一种利用浪潮驱动的动力设备)和气泵代替发电机以供给压缩气,将换向机构的输入端与增速器的输出轴相连,换向机构的输出端与气泵相连,使摆动块无论正或反摆动行程,在换向机构的保证下,均能保持气泵按同一方向旋转,给储气罐充气增压,到规定值时,则储气罐排放压缩气体推动发电机,进行发电。

Claims (4)

1.航标灯发电设备,其特征是:所述的发电设备包括摆动块、增速箱、发电机,摆动块包括扇形板和调重板,在扇形板的回转轴心处具有中心孔,扇形板以中心孔固定在增速箱的输入轴端部,在扇形板的外圆处用紧固螺栓固定若干调重板;增速箱的输出轴与发电机的主轴连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发电设备,其特征是:发电机采用交流发电机,增速箱包括箱体、输入轴、输出轴、中间轴、输入大齿轮、输入小齿轮、输出大齿轮、输出小齿轮,输入轴、输出轴、中间轴都装在箱体的壁上,输入轴一端伸出于箱体的壁外,与扇形板的中心孔连接,另一端与壁内的输入大齿轮连接,输出轴一端伸出于壁外,与交流发电机的主轴连接,另一端与壁内的输出小齿轮连接,中间轴位于箱体内,其一端装有输入小齿轮与输入大齿轮啮合,另一端装有输出大齿轮与输出小齿轮啮合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发电设备,其特征是:所述的发电设备装于航标灯、救生艇或救生衣上。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的发电设备,其特征是:在所述的发电设备外用防护罩罩住。
