Abstract

本发明涉及雾化器装置领域,本发明新型超声波雾化器装置中风扇产生的气流通过两个路径进入到空腔中,一条路径是气流通过水箱内部的内出风口进入到水箱内部,将设置在水箱底部的超声波雾化片产生的水雾从水箱内经由水箱盖周边的出雾槽中吹入到空腔内,另一条路径是气流直接从水箱下侧周边的出风孔进入到空腔内,由于出风孔边沿的空气流速快,压强小,所以从上方水箱盖周边出雾槽进入到空腔内的水雾被吸到下方的出风孔处,与从出风孔吹入到空腔中的气流合并,合并后的水雾气流再向上涌动,从而在空腔中形成烟雾缭绕、云海瀑布的效果,最后从外罩上的导雾管中流出,给用户带来更好的视觉效果。

一种新型超声波雾化器装置
技术领域
本发明涉及雾化器装置领域,尤指一种具有云雾缭绕、云海瀑布般特殊效果的新型超声波雾化器装置。
背景技术
目前,超声波雾化片的生产和销售数量都快速增长,小型的超声波雾化片产品也称为香薰机,在水箱的水中加入数滴精油,超声波雾化片将水和精油雾化成水雾,出风口出来的风将水雾从出雾口吹出,达到香薰效果。
近年来,具有特别视觉效果的香薰机屡屡受到市场的青睐。如带七彩LED灯光的,也有具有蓝牙音响功能的,还有玻璃或陶瓷外罩的等等。如专利文件201220145329.3公开的一种香薰雾化器,该香薰雾化器表面设有透光软片,用户能够在透光软片上绘制图案,而且还能根据需要更换透光软片和图案,提供更多色彩丰富的艺术图案,外表更加美观。
因此,市场上需要具有特别视觉效果的雾化器来满足用户的喜爱和需求。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种新型超声波雾化器装置,通过使用外罩,使水雾在水箱、水箱盖与外罩间的空腔内形成一种可视的烟雾缭绕、云海瀑布般的特殊效果,并且长时间使用,外罩表面不会凝结水汽,使得该效果能够持续保持,给用户带来更好的视觉效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种新型超声波雾化器装置,包括底壳、风扇、水箱、水箱盖、超声波雾化片,所述风扇固定设于底壳内部下端,所述水箱设于风扇上端,所述水箱盖盖合在水箱上端,所述超声波雾化片固定设置在水箱底部并与水箱相通,还包括外罩,所述外罩盖合在底壳上端,所述外罩与水箱、水箱盖之间形成一个空腔,所述水箱内部设有内出风口,所述风扇产生的气流一部分通过内出风口进入到水箱内部,所述水箱盖设有若干出雾槽,所述水箱内部通过出雾槽与空腔相通,所述水箱内部的气流通过出雾槽进入到空腔内,此时由超声波雾化片产生的水雾跟随气流通过出雾槽进入到空腔内,所述水箱下侧外沿还设有出风孔,所述风扇产生的另一部分气流通过出风孔进入到空腔内,所述外罩内部上端设有导雾管,所述空腔通过导雾管与外界相通,所述空腔内的气流通过导雾管流出。
具体地,所述水箱盖四周分别间隔设有齿轮凹面、齿轮凸面,所述齿轮凸面上侧设有支撑筋,所述水箱盖与水箱盖合时,支撑筋卡接在水箱上端,所述齿轮凹面与水箱之间形成出雾槽。
具体地,所述外罩为塑料透明外罩或者玻璃透明外罩。
具体地,所述出雾槽设于水箱盖上端或侧面。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明新型超声波雾化器装置中风扇产生的气流通过两个路径进入到空腔中,一条路径是气流通过水箱内部的内出风口进入到水箱内部,将设置在水箱底部的超声波雾化片产生的水雾从水箱内经由水箱盖周边的出雾槽中吹入到空腔内,另一条路径是气流直接从水箱下侧周边的出风孔进入到空腔内,由于出风孔边沿的空气流速快,压强小,所以从上方水箱盖周边出雾槽进入到空腔内的水雾被吸到下方的出风孔处,与从出风孔吹入到空腔中的气流合并,合并后的水雾气流再向上涌动,从而在空腔中形成烟雾缭绕、云海瀑布的效果,最后从外罩上的导雾管中流出,给用户带来更好的视觉效果。
此外,由于外罩上端中间的导雾管是空腔中水雾气流的唯一出口,所以向上涌动的水雾气流会朝向外罩中间导雾管位置聚集,与外罩内壁间保持很小的间隙,使水雾不会凝结在外罩内壁上,从而能持续这种可视的烟雾缭绕、云海瀑布效果。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1-3所示,本发明关于一种新型超声波雾化器装置,包括底壳1、风扇2、水箱3、水箱盖4、超声波雾化片5,所述风扇2固定设于底壳1内部下端,所述水箱3设于风扇2上端,所述水箱盖4盖合在水箱3上端,所述超声波雾化片5固定设置在水箱3底部并与水箱相通,用于将水箱3中的水转换成水雾,还包括外罩6,所述外罩6盖合在底壳1上端,所述外罩6与水箱3、水箱盖4之间形成一个空腔7,所述水箱3内部设有内出风口31,所述风扇2产生的一部分气流通过内出风口31进入到水箱3内部,所述水箱盖4四周设有若干出雾槽41,所述水箱3内部通过出雾槽41与空腔7相通,所述水箱3内部的气流通过出雾槽41进入到空腔7内,此时由超声波雾化片5产生的水雾跟随气流通过出雾槽41进入到空腔7内,所述水箱3下方外沿还设有出风孔32,所述风扇2产生的另一部分气流通过出风孔32进入到空腔7内,所述外罩6内部上端设有导雾管61,所述空腔7通过导雾管61与外界相通,所述空腔7内的气流通过导雾管61流出。
与现有技术相比,本发明超声波雾化器装置通过水箱3内部的内出风口31和水箱3下方周边的出风孔32将风扇2产生的气流分成两个路径进入空腔7内,一条路径是气流通过水箱3内部的内出风口31进入到水箱3内部,然后再将由超声波雾化片5产生的水雾通过水箱盖4周边的出雾槽41吹入到空腔7内,另一条路径是气流直接从水箱3下方周边的出风孔32进入到空腔7内,这些出风孔32边沿的空气流速快,压强小,所以从上方水箱盖4周边出雾槽41进入到空腔7内的水雾被吸下来到出风孔32处,与从出风孔32吹入到空腔7中的气流合并,合并后的水雾气流再向上涌动,从而在空腔7中形成烟雾缭绕、云海瀑布的效果,最后从外罩6上的导雾管61中流出。
具体地,所述水箱盖4四周分别间隔设有齿轮凹面42、齿轮凸面43,所述齿轮凸面43上侧设有支撑筋44,所述水箱盖4与水箱3盖合时,支撑筋44卡接在水箱3上端,齿轮凹面42与水箱3之间形成出雾槽41。
采用上述方案,而支撑筋44使得水箱盖4盖合到水箱3上端时,使得两者之间存在空隙,水箱盖4四周的齿轮凹面42和齿轮凸面43间隔布局,使得水箱盖4与水箱3之间形成出雾槽41,实现了一种齿轮形成出雾槽41的方式。
此外,还能直接在水箱盖4上端或侧面设置出雾槽41。
具体地,所述外罩6为塑料透明外罩6或者玻璃透明外罩6。
采用上述方案,用户能够通过透明外罩6看到烟雾缭绕、云海瀑布的效果,不仅外表美观,同时能够愉悦心情。
在本具体实施例中,实现烟雾缭绕、云海瀑布效果的基本原理如下:
a.超声波雾化片5把水箱3内的水转化为水雾,而在底壳1上的风扇2产生的气流一部分经过水箱3内部的内出风口31进入到水箱3内部,并与水箱3内部的水雾一起通过水箱盖4周边的出雾槽41进入到空腔7内;
b.风扇2产生的另一部分气流直接从水箱3周边的出风孔32进入到空腔7内;
c.根据流体力学原理,出风孔32边沿的空气流速快,压强小,所以从出雾槽41进入到空腔7内的水雾气流会被吸到下方的出风孔32处,然后和出风孔32的气流形成混合水雾气流,混合水雾气流向上涌动,从而在空腔7中形成烟雾缭绕、云海瀑布的效果,最后从外罩6上的导雾管61中流出。
其中,由于外罩6上端中间的导雾管61是空腔7中水雾气流的唯一出口,所以向上涌动的水雾气流会朝向外罩6中间导雾管61位置聚集,与外罩6内壁间保持很小的间隙,使水雾不会凝结在外罩6内壁上,从而能持续这种可视的烟雾缭绕、云海瀑布效果。

1.一种新型超声波雾化器装置,包括底壳、风扇、水箱、水箱盖、超声波雾化片,所述风扇固定设于底壳内部下端,所述水箱设于风扇上端,所述水箱盖盖合在水箱上端,所述超声波雾化片固定设置在水箱底部并与水箱相通,其特征在于:还包括外罩,所述外罩盖合在底壳上端,所述外罩与水箱、水箱盖之间形成一个空腔,所述水箱内部设有内出风口,所述风扇产生的一部分气流通过内出风口进入到水箱内部,所述水箱盖设有若干出雾槽,所述水箱内部通过出雾槽与空腔相通,所述水箱内部的气流通过出雾槽进入到空腔内,所述水箱下侧外沿还设有出风孔,所述风扇产生的另一部分气流通过出风孔进入到空腔内,所述外罩内部上端设有导雾管,所述空腔通过导雾管与外界相通,所述空腔内的气流通过导雾管流出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型超声波雾化器装置,其特征在于:所述水箱盖四周分别间隔设有齿轮凹面、齿轮凸面,所述齿轮凸面上侧设有支撑筋,所述水箱盖与水箱盖合时,支撑筋卡接在水箱上端,所述齿轮凹面与水箱之间形成出雾槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型超声波雾化器装置,其特征在于:所述外罩为塑料透明外罩或者玻璃透明外罩。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型超声波雾化器装置,其特征在于:所述出雾槽设于水箱盖上端或侧面。
