Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种含有新型结构的香薰机,所述香薰机能够雾化出雾化气对周边环境的空气湿度进行调节。
背景技术
香薰机实质上属于加湿器,一般都配置有超声雾化片和鼓风机,利用所述超声雾化片的超声高频震荡产生空化气泡的基本原理将被雾化的液体例如水、香薰液予以炸碎,从而产生能够漂移的雾汽。形成的雾汽利用所述鼓风机吹送出来的强气流以柱状方式快速地从雾化孔射出并飘送到高空中。由于雾化汽具有一定重量,如果吹送的风力不足以让所述雾化汽吹送到高空中时,雾化汽只能在低空中扩散并沉积在香薰机的四周,在香薰机上、用于储容香薰机的桌面上都凝结成液滴。
为了解决上述技术问题,目前常规的做法的增大鼓风机的风量或改善风道机构。
例如本申请人于2014年01月26日提出的专利号为CN201410037099.2的中国发明专利,其提出了新型出雾结构的超声雾化加湿器,包括主体,所述主体内设置有雾化腔、能够对所述雾化腔中的液体予以雾化的超声雾化发生器,能够向所述雾化腔提供加压空气的第一风道,所述主体上还设置有出雾嘴;所述出雾嘴包括中心出雾通道和位于所述中心出雾通道侧边的辅助风道,所述中心出雾通道连通所述雾化腔;所述主体内还设置有第二风道,所述辅助风道连通所述第二风道。这样,所述辅助风道输送出的辅助空气气流能够夹带由所述中心出雾通道输送出的雾化汽,将雾化汽送到更高、更远,避免在所述主体或桌面上形成大量的液滴。
发明内容
专利CN201410037099.2是通过改良风道把雾化汽送到更高、更远的方式解决雾化气在主体或桌面上结凝的问题,而本发明采用完全不同的解决思路解决上述技术问题。本发明提出一种新型香薰机,所述新型香薰机包括有设置在香薰机机体内的雾化腔,还包括有朝上方向布置的出雾口,所述出雾口连通所述雾化腔用于以朝上方向地向机外空间排出所述雾化腔内的雾化汽;其特征在于,在所述香薰机上设置敞口朝上的雾气储容腔体,所述香薰机的出雾口连通所述雾气储容腔体的腔内空间。
根据上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益技术效果在于,所述雾气储容腔体的敞口朝上设置,这样所述雾气储容腔体可以储容、收容向下坠落的雾化汽,减少雾化汽直接飘落到所述香薰机机体上或桌面上凝结成水滴。除此之外,还可以利用此所述雾气储容腔体承载其他装饰物品,例如鲜花,利用从所述出雾口喷出的雾化汽滋养鲜花,同时还能够带走鲜花的气味芬熏空气。
为了丰富出雾效果,进一步的技术方案还可以是,所述雾气储容腔体为透光体,在所述雾气储容腔体的下方配置能够变幻颜色的发光体组件,所述发光体组件用于以其所发灯光衬托雾化汽。这样,所述雾化汽在变幻的灯光衬托下光彩斑斓,强化所述香薰机的观赏效果。
进一步的技术方案还可以是,所述雾气储容腔体的外径不小于所述香薰机机体的外径。其中,所述雾气储容腔体的外径可以与所述香薰机机体的外径相当,或者大于所述香薰机机体的外径。这样所述香薰机机体都布置在所述雾气储容腔体的遮蔽空间内,进一步减少雾化汽直接飘落到所述香薰机机体上凝结成水滴。
凝结在所述雾气储容腔体的腔内空间内的液滴如果不及时排放,必然会在所述雾气储容腔体内滋生细菌,为此还可以进一步的采用如下两种技术方案:
第一种回流方案,在所述香薰机顶部还设置有敞口朝上的备用储腔,所述雾气储容腔体的底部延伸到所述备用储腔内,在所述备用储腔的腔底壁上设置有连通所述雾化腔的回流孔,所述雾气储容腔体的腔内空间还连通雾化腔或回流孔。其中,所述备用储腔的腔底壁可以是独立于所述香薰机顶部的壁体,此时在所述壁体上也设置有连通所述回流孔的通孔,所述备用储腔的腔底壁还可以是与所述香薰机顶部共用的壁体。根据上述技术方案,集聚在所述雾气储容腔体内的液滴可以直接回流入所述雾化腔,或通过所述回流孔再次回流到所述雾化腔内进行雾化,而来不及回流的液体可以暂存在所述备用储腔内。
第二种回流方案,所述香薰机的出雾口设置在所述雾气储容腔体的腔内空间的最低位置。根据上述技术方案,集聚在所述雾气储容腔体内的液滴也可以通过所述出雾口再次回流到所述雾化腔内进行雾化。
至于所述雾气储容腔体的结构,进一步的可以是所述雾气储容腔体与所述香薰机顶部一体成型。又或者所述雾气储容腔体为独立于所述香薰机顶部的构件并且所述雾气储容腔体可拆卸地安装在所述香薰机顶部。针对所述雾气储容腔体为独立于所述香薰机顶部的构件,可以采用如下的可拆卸安装方案:
第一种安装方案,所述雾气储容腔体与所述香薰机顶部之间通过扣接机构可拆卸连接一起。
第二种安装方案,所述雾气储容腔体的底部设置有折弯边,还包括有辅助安装件,所述辅助安装件与所述香薰机顶部扣接连接并把所述折弯边抵压在所述香薰机顶部上。
进一步的,所述辅助安装件设置在所述雾气储容腔体的腔内空间中,所述出雾口设置在所述辅助安装件上。
这样可以通过所述雾气储容腔体遮掩所述辅助安装件减少其外露影响所述香薰机的外观。
由于本发明具有上述特点和优点,为此可以应用到新型香薰机上。

具体实施方式
以下将结合实施例和附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1和图2所示为一种新型香薰机100,所述香薰机100的机体1包括上壳体11、底座13以及设置在所述上壳体11、底座13之间的中部壳体12,在所述上壳体11和所述中部壳体12之间形成所述雾化腔14,在所述中部壳体12和所述底座13之间形成电器腔15。在所述中部壳体12的底壁上设置有用于雾化储存在所述雾化腔14内的雾化液体的超声雾化片3,在所述电器腔15内设置有与所述超声雾化片3信号连接的电控板16。在所述香薰机100上设置敞口朝上的雾气储容腔体2,在所述雾气储容腔体2的腔内空间20的最低位置设置有朝上方向布置的出雾口10,所述出雾口10连通所述雾气储容腔体2的腔内空间20和所述雾化腔14。所述出雾口10用于以朝上方向地向机外空间排出所述雾化腔14内的雾化汽。根据上述技术方案,所述雾气储容腔体2可以储容、收容向下坠落的雾化汽,减少雾化汽直接飘落到所述香薰机机体1上或桌面上凝结成水滴。除此之外,还可以利用此所述雾气储容腔体2承载其他装饰物品,例如鲜花,利用从所述出雾口10喷出的雾化汽滋养鲜花,同时还能够带走鲜花的气味芬熏空气。其次集聚在所述雾气储容腔体2内的液滴也可以通过所述出雾口10再次回流到所述雾化腔14内进行雾化。
进一步的,所述雾气储容腔体2的外径与所述香薰机机体1的外径相当,当然亦可以大于所述香薰机机体1的外径,只要所述雾气储容腔体2的外径不小于所述香薰机机体1的外径即可。这样所述香薰机机体1都布置在所述雾气储容腔体2的遮蔽空间内,进一步减少雾化汽直接飘落到所述香薰机机体1上凝结成水滴。
所述雾气储容腔体2可以采用与所述上壳体11一体成型的结构,而在本实施方式中,所述雾气储容腔体2为独立于所述上壳体11的构件,并且所述雾气储容腔体2与所述上壳体11之间通过扣接机构可拆卸连接一起。
具体结构如图2所示,在所述上壳体11上设置有伸入到所述雾化腔14的连接凸起112,在所述雾气储容腔体2的底部设置有扣臂21,所述雾气储容腔体2通过扣臂21扣接在所述连接凸起112上,从而所述雾气储容腔体2可拆卸地安装在所述香薰机100顶部。所述雾气储容腔体2、所述上壳体11和所述中部壳体12为透光体,在所述雾气储容腔体2的下方配置变幻的灯光衬托雾化汽,所述发光体组件(图中未画出)设置在所述电控板16上用于以其所发灯光衬托雾化汽。
这样,所述雾化汽在变幻的灯光衬托下光彩斑斓,观赏效果更好。
除此之外,所述雾气储容腔体与所述上壳体之间还可以采用其他的安装结构,例如如图3和图4所示,所述雾气储容腔体2a的底部设置有折弯边21a,还包括有辅助安装件6a,所述辅助定位件6a包括呈漏斗状的主体61a和从所述主体61a上向下延伸出来的压边62a。所述主体61a与所述上壳体11a扣接连接,所述压边62a把所述折弯边21a抵压在所述上壳体11a上。所述辅助安装件6a设置在所述雾气储容腔体2a的腔内空间20a中,所述出雾口10a设置在所述辅助安装件6a上。这样可以通过所述雾气储容腔体2a遮掩所述辅助安装件6a减少其外露影响所述香薰机100a的外观。在所述上壳体11a上还设置有敞口朝上的备用储腔4a,所述雾气储容腔体2a的底部延伸到所述备用储腔4a内,在所述备用储腔4a的腔底壁上设置有连通所述雾化腔14a的回流孔40a。所述备用储腔4a的腔底壁与所述上壳体11a的顶壁为共用壁体。根据上述技术方案,集聚在所述雾气储容腔体2a内的液滴可以通过所述回流孔40a再次回流到所述雾化腔14a内进行雾化,而来不及回流的液体可以暂存在所述备用储腔4a内。当然在其他的实施方式中,所述备用储腔4a的腔底壁可以是独立于所述上壳体11a的壁体,此时在所述上壳体11a的壁体上也设置有连通所述回流孔的通孔。

1.新型香薰机,包括有设置在香薰机机体内的雾化腔,还包括有朝上方向布置的出雾口,所述出雾口连通所述雾化腔用于以朝上方向地向机外空间排出所述雾化腔内的雾化汽;其特征在于,在所述香薰机上设置敞口朝上的雾气储容腔体,所述香薰机的出雾口连通所述雾气储容腔体的腔内空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的香薰机,其特征在于:所述雾气储容腔体为透光体,在所述雾气储容腔体的下方配置能够变幻颜色的发光体组件,所述发光体组件用于以其所发灯光衬托雾化汽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的香薰机,其特征在于:所述雾气储容腔体的外径不小于所述香薰机机体的外径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的香薰机,其特征在于:在所述香薰机顶部还设置有敞口朝上的备用储腔,所述雾气储容腔体的底部延伸到所述备用储腔内,在所述备用储腔的腔底壁上设置有连通所述雾化腔的回流孔,所述雾气储容腔体的腔内空间还连通所述雾化腔或回流孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的香薰机,其特征在于:所述香薰机的出雾口设置在所述雾气储容腔体的腔内空间的最低位置。
6.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的香薰机,其特征在于:所述雾气储容腔体与所述香薰机顶部一体成型。
7.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的香薰机,其特征在于:所述雾气储容腔体为独立于所述香薰机顶部的构件并且所述雾气储容腔体可拆卸地安装在所述香薰机顶部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的香薰机,其特征在于:所述雾气储容腔体与所述香薰机顶部之间通过扣接机构可拆卸连接一起。
9.根据权利要求7所述的香薰机,其特征在于:所述雾气储容腔体的底部设置有折弯边,还包括有辅助安装件,所述辅助安装件与所述香薰机顶部扣接连接并把所述折弯边抵压在所述香薰机顶部上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的香薰机,其特征在于:所述辅助安装件设置在所述雾气储容腔体的腔内空间中,所述出雾口设置在所述辅助安装件上。
