本发明公开了一种陶瓷棉定向复合竖丝岩棉板及生产工艺,其目的在于提供一种板面平整光洁、不起尘、不掉渣、耐火温度高、耐水性好、抗拉拔强度高、耐久性好、导热系数低、保温效果好的陶瓷棉定向复合竖丝岩棉板及生产工艺,本发明包括相互粘接的竖丝岩棉板层和陶瓷棉层,所述竖丝岩棉板层包括竖丝岩棉基板,所述竖丝岩棉基板由岩棉块切割而成,所述岩棉块包括若干顺丝岩棉板,相邻所述顺丝岩棉板之间为粘接剂层,所述竖丝岩棉基板表面填充有粘接剂,所述陶瓷棉层表面喷涂有陶瓷棉固化剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合岩棉板,特别是涉及一种陶瓷棉定向复合竖丝岩棉板及生产工艺。
背景技术
目前,国内外只能生产顺丝岩棉板和宽度仅为20cm以下的竖丝岩棉带(条),无法满足大尺寸竖丝岩棉板的需求,且目前岩棉板存在以下几个问题:1、板面其粉尘、掉落棉絮纤维,在使用过程中对环境有一定的污染,对人体皮肤、呼吸道会造成一定的伤害;2、只能做到表面憎水而不具备防水能力,在使用过程中和施工后因吸湿、吸水量过大而造成板面松软、膨胀、粘接力下降,板体脱等;3、垂直于板面拉拔强度低,这样会造成表面抹灰层、装饰层开裂脱落;4、板表面不具备强度和硬度,耐久性差、粘接力低,使用过程中施工难度大,容易风化蚀变,造成板体松散膨胀、分层等,继而导致保温性能下降,同时对整体工程质量也存在极大隐患,特别不适用于建筑外墙抹灰保温系统。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种板面平整光洁、不起尘、不掉渣、耐火温度高、耐水性好、抗拉拔强度高、耐久性好、导热系数低、保温效果好的陶瓷棉定向复合竖丝岩棉板及生产工艺。
为达上述目的,本发明一种陶瓷棉定向复合竖丝岩棉板,其包括相互粘接的竖丝岩棉板层和陶瓷棉层,所述竖丝岩棉板层包括竖丝岩棉基板,所述竖丝岩棉基板由岩棉块切割而成,所述岩棉块包括若干顺丝岩棉板,相邻所述顺丝岩棉板之间为粘接剂层,所述竖丝岩棉基板表面填充有粘接剂,所述陶瓷棉层表面喷涂有陶瓷棉固化剂。
其中所述顺丝岩棉板板面涂刷粘接剂层的粘接剂用量为每平米0.8-1.2kg。
其中所述竖丝岩棉基板填充粘接剂的填充量为每平米4-8kg,填充深度为 0.5-5mm。
其中所述竖丝岩棉块粘接以及填充的粘结剂包括以下重量份的原料:
硅酸钠或硅酸钾70-100份,甲基硅酸钠10-30份,水20-50份,纤维素 0.1-0.5份,白水泥50-100份,石英粉50-100份。
其中所述竖丝岩棉板生产工艺包括如下步骤:
1)岩棉板叠合
a、将顺丝岩棉板切割成同等规格的尺寸;
b、将粘接剂涂刷至顺丝岩棉板板面,涂刷粘接剂的量为每平米0.8-1.2kg,然后依次将岩棉板叠块合成要求规格的岩棉块;
c、将叠合好的岩棉块按每平米50吨的压力负载施压后送入烘干设备进行烘干,烘干温度为80-100℃,烘干时间为48h;
2)竖丝岩棉基板制作
d、将烘干后的岩棉块凉至室温后将负载压力卸载;
e、将岩棉块放至切割平台并按规定切割成竖丝岩棉基板;
3)竖丝岩棉板聚合
f、将竖丝岩棉基板两面或两面四边涂刷粘接剂,涂刷粘接剂的填充量为每平米4-8kg,渗透深度为0.5-5mm;
g、将涂刷粘接剂的竖丝岩棉基板用刮板器将板面刮平;
h、将刮平后的竖丝岩棉基板送入烘干设备进行烘干聚合,烘干温度为 80-150℃,烘干时间为2h,制得所述竖丝岩棉板。
其中所述陶瓷棉层为3-5mm的陶瓷棉毡。
其中所述陶瓷棉毡由以下方法制得:
将陶瓷棉送入集棉机摊铺后,用针刺机制成容重为100kg/m3,厚度10mm的针刺毯,将针刺毯送入压力机压成所述陶瓷棉毡。
其中所述陶瓷棉固化剂包括以下重量份的原料:
硅溶胶10-30份,硅酸钠50-70份,甲基硅酸钠10-30份;优选为硅溶胶 20份,硅酸钠60份,甲基硅酸钠20份。
一种制备所述陶瓷棉定向复合竖丝岩棉板的工艺,包括如下步骤:
将粘接剂按每平米0.8-1.0kg的量涂刷到所述竖丝岩棉板单向平面上;将陶瓷棉平铺到涂刷有粘接剂的竖丝岩棉板上,之后依次送入压力机压合、烘干设备烘干粘合、喷涂机按每平米5-6kg的量于所述陶瓷棉层表面喷涂陶瓷棉固化剂、烘干固化定型。
本发明是将陶瓷棉复合到竖丝岩棉板的一种新型保温耐火板材,其与岩棉板相比具有以下优势:
1、本发明产品板面平整光洁、不起尘、不掉渣,对环境、对人体健康不会造成任何影响;
2、本发明产品耐火温度高,更安全,可用于特殊环境要求,外向陶瓷棉板面耐火温度可达1200℃;
3、本发明产品耐水性好,具备防水性能,板面透水压力可达0.3MPa,30 分钟不透水;
4、本发明产品垂直于板面抗拉拔强度高,垂直于板面抗拉拔强度可达 150kPa以上,是目前岩棉板的10倍以上;
5、本发明产品耐久性好,板面强度高,适用范围广,板面为高强度陶瓷棉复合层,抗压强度可达10MPa/cm2以上,划痕硬度可达莫氏硬度FM5级,耐酸碱、抗风化能力强,在10%盐酸溶液、饱和碱性溶液中浸泡7天表面无变化,强度保持率在80%以上,裸板耐老化试验强度保持率90%以上,可适用于各种墙体防火保温系统和倒置式屋面保温系统;
6、本发明产品导热系数低,热阻大,保温效果好,导热系数为0.036-0.038w/ (m·k),热阻为1.5(m2·k)/w。

图1为本发明一种陶瓷棉定向复合竖丝岩棉板,其包括相互粘接的竖丝岩棉板层5和陶瓷棉层6,所述竖丝岩棉板层5包括竖丝岩棉基板1,所述竖丝岩棉基板1由岩棉块2切割而成,所述岩棉块2 包括若干顺丝岩棉板4,相邻所述顺丝岩棉板4之间为粘接剂层3,所述竖丝岩棉基板1表面填充有粘接剂,陶瓷棉层6表面喷涂有陶瓷棉固化剂,粘接剂成分包括以下重量份的原料:硅酸钠或硅酸钾70-100份,甲基硅酸钠10-30份,水20-50份,纤维素0.1-0.5份,白水泥50-100份,石英粉50-100份,所述顺丝岩棉板4板面涂刷粘接剂层的粘接剂用量为每平米0.8-1.2kg,所述竖丝岩棉基板1填充粘接剂的填充量为每平米4-8kg,填充深度为0.5-5mm,陶瓷棉固化剂成分包括以下重量份的原料:硅溶胶10-30份,硅酸钠50-70份,甲基硅酸钠10-30份;
粘接剂的制备工艺为:
将80kg的硅酸钠、20kg的甲基硅酸钠、40kg的水、0.3kg的纤维素、70kg 的白水泥、70kg的石英粉加入反应釜常温下搅拌混合30min制得。
陶瓷棉固化剂的制备工艺为:
将20kg的硅溶胶,60kg的硅酸钠和20kg的甲基硅酸钠加入到反应釜中常温下搅拌混合20min制得。
竖丝岩棉板的生产工艺如下:
1)岩棉板叠合
a、将顺丝岩棉板切割成同等规格的尺寸;
b、将粘接剂涂刷至顺丝岩棉板板面,涂刷粘接剂的量为每平米0.8-1.2kg,然后依次将岩棉板叠块合成要求规格的岩棉块;
c、将叠合好的岩棉块按每平米50吨的压力负载施压后送入烘干设备进行烘干,烘干温度为80-100℃,烘干时间为48h;
2)竖丝岩棉基板制作
d、将烘干后的岩棉块凉至室温后将负载压力卸载;
e、将岩棉块放至切割平台并按规定切割成竖丝岩棉基板;
3)竖丝岩棉板聚合
f、将竖丝岩棉基板两面或两面四边涂刷粘接剂,涂刷粘接剂的填充量为每平米4-8kg,渗透深度为0.5-5mm;
g、将涂刷粘接剂的竖丝岩棉基板用刮板器将板面刮平;
h、将刮平后的竖丝岩棉基板送入烘干设备进行烘干聚合,烘干温度为 80-150℃,烘干时间为2h,制得所述竖丝岩棉板。
陶瓷棉层的生产工艺如下:
将陶瓷棉送入集棉机摊铺后,用针刺机制成容重为100kg/m3,厚度10mm的针刺毯,将针刺毯送入压力机压成所述陶瓷棉毡。
陶瓷棉定向复合竖丝岩棉板的生产工艺:
将粘接剂按每平米0.8-1.0kg的量涂刷到所述竖丝岩棉板单向平面上;将陶瓷棉平铺到涂刷有粘接剂的竖丝岩棉板上,之后依次送入压力机压合、烘干设备烘干粘合(烘干温度为80-100℃,烘干时间为48h)、喷涂机按每平米5-6kg 的量于所述陶瓷棉层表面喷涂陶瓷棉固化剂、烘干固化定型(烘干温度为80-150 ℃,烘干时间为2h)。

1.一种制备陶瓷棉定向复合竖丝岩棉板的方法,其特征在于:所述的陶瓷棉定向复合竖丝岩棉板包括相互粘接的竖丝岩棉板层和陶瓷棉层,所述竖丝岩棉板层包括竖丝岩棉基板,所述竖丝岩棉基板由岩棉块切割而成,所述岩棉块包括若干顺丝岩棉板,相邻所述顺丝岩棉板之间为粘接剂层,所述竖丝岩棉基板表面填充有粘接剂,所述陶瓷棉层表面喷涂有陶瓷棉固化剂;
其中,所述顺丝岩棉板之间的粘接剂层以及竖丝岩棉基板表面填充的粘结剂包括以下重量份的原料:
硅酸钠或硅酸钾70-100份,甲基硅酸钠10-30份,水20-50份,纤维素0.1-0.5份,白水泥50-100份,石英粉50-100份;
所述竖丝岩棉板是通过以下步骤制得:
1)岩棉板叠合
a、将顺丝岩棉板切割成同等规格的尺寸;
b、将粘接剂涂刷至顺丝岩棉板板面,涂刷粘接剂的量为每平米0.8-1.2kg,然后依次将岩棉板叠块合成要求规格的岩棉块;

2)竖丝岩棉基板制作
d、将烘干后的岩棉块凉至室温后将负载压力卸载;

3)竖丝岩棉基板聚合
f、将竖丝岩棉基板两面或两面四边涂刷粘接剂,涂刷粘接剂的填充量为每平米4-8kg,渗透深度为0.5-5mm;
g、将涂刷粘接剂的竖丝岩棉基板用刮板器将板面刮平;
h、将刮平后的竖丝岩棉基板送入烘干设备进行烘干聚合,烘干温度为80-150℃,烘干时间为2h,制得所述竖丝岩棉板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述陶瓷棉层为3-5mm的陶瓷棉毡。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于所述陶瓷棉毡由以下方法制得:
将陶瓷棉送入集棉机摊铺后,用针刺机制成容重为100kg/m3,厚度10mm的针刺毯,将针刺毯送入压力机压成所述陶瓷棉毡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述陶瓷棉固化剂包括以下重量份的原料:
硅溶胶10-30份,硅酸钠50-70份,甲基硅酸钠10-30份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于:所述陶瓷棉固化剂包括以下重量份的原料:
硅溶胶20份,硅酸钠60份,甲基硅酸钠20份。
