本发明公开了一种阻燃耐磨瓦楞纸箱,包括由瓦楞纸板组成的箱体,纸板从外到内依次为面纸、瓦楞纸和内纸,三者通过氧化淀粉粘合,其中氧化淀粉中加入气相缓蚀剂,并且在面纸和内纸表面涂布防火耐磨涂料,该涂料由以下重量份原料制备而成:酚醛树脂30‑40份、纳米Sb2O3‑Al(OH)310‑15份、纳米耐磨粉10‑20份、活性稀释剂1‑3份、消泡剂0.5‑2份、渗透剂2‑5份、抗氧剂0.5‑1份、有机溶剂10‑20份、固化剂10‑20份。本发明通过腰果壳油或三聚氰胺改性的酚醛树脂应用于纸箱表面,具有很强的耐磨性能和机械性能,同时在涂料中加入耐磨纳米粉,增强纸箱便面的耐磨能力,并且采用纳米氢氧化铝为阻燃剂达到减少用量和提高阻燃性的目的。

本发明属于纸箱生产技术领域,涉及一种瓦楞纸箱,具体是一种阻燃耐磨瓦楞纸箱。
背景技术
瓦楞纸箱以其优良的缓冲保护性能,良好的印刷展示性以及绿色环保优势成为目前主要的纸制品包装容器,在各类商品的运输中都得到了广泛应用。目前市场上通用的瓦楞纸箱从外到内依次为面纸、瓦楞纸和内纸,其中瓦楞纸为“V”型波浪结构。
瓦楞纸箱与底面等接触物之间会产生碰撞或摩擦,容易损坏纸箱的表面和装载物,同时,由于纸箱的主要成分是易燃的纸纤维,在装载易燃物体时,高温摩擦容易导致火灾、爆炸的发生,传统的纸箱阻燃耐磨性能差,因此,瓦楞纸箱的阻燃耐磨问题亟待解决。
发明内容
为了解决瓦楞纸箱的防火、耐磨问题,本发明提供了一种阻燃耐磨瓦楞纸箱,该纸箱在表面涂布防火耐磨材料,以及在粘合胶中添加气相缓蚀剂,其中所用涂料是以酚醛树脂为基料,通过腰果壳油或三聚氰胺改性的树脂有很强的机械性能,并且加入纳米耐磨粉后,纸箱的强度和耐磨性能进一步提高;同时在涂料中加入阻燃剂纳米Sb2O3-Al(OH)3,在减少火灾发生的同时对环境无污染。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种阻燃耐磨瓦楞纸箱,包括由瓦楞纸板组成的箱体,纸板从外到内依次为面纸、瓦楞纸和内纸,三者通过氧化淀粉粘合,其中氧化淀粉中加入气相缓蚀剂,并且在面纸和内纸表面涂布防火耐磨涂料,该涂料由以下重量份原料制备而成:酚醛树脂30-40份、纳米阻燃剂10-15份、纳米耐磨粉10-20份、活性稀释剂1-3份、消泡剂0.5-2份、渗透剂2-5份、抗氧剂0.5-1份、有机溶剂10-20份、固化剂10-20份;
所述涂料制备方法为:
(1)将酚醛树脂加入有机溶剂中,在20-30℃下搅拌溶解3-5min形成树脂溶液;
(2)将纳米阻燃剂和纳米耐磨粉加入树脂溶液中,常温下搅拌均匀后再加入活性稀释剂、消泡剂、渗透剂和抗氧剂,搅拌分散10-15min,然后加入固化剂,搅拌2min,得到糊状粘稠涂料。
所述纳米耐磨粉粒径大小为80-180nm;纳米阻燃剂为纳米Sb2O3-Al(OH)3复合阻燃剂,粒径大小为50-100nm。
优选地,所述纳米耐磨粉和纳米阻燃剂为粉末状。
所述活性稀释剂为正丁基缩水甘油醚、烯丙基缩水甘油醚或苯基缩水甘油醚中的一种;消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂;渗透剂为烷基磺酸钠或烷基苯磺酸钠;有机溶剂为乙醇。
所述固化剂为腰果壳油或三聚氰胺。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明的瓦楞纸箱的面纸和内纸表面涂布防火耐磨涂料后,形成密闭空间,通过在粘合剂中接入气相缓蚀剂,可以在自然状态下释放出保护性气体,并能充满瓦楞纸结构间隙中,有效阻止氧气与瓦楞纸表面的接触。
(2)本发明采用纳米纳米Sb2O3-Al(OH)3为阻燃剂,纳米微粒具有的量子尺寸效应、小尺寸效应和表面效应来增强界面作用,改善阻燃剂与基体的相容性,并且纳米Sb2O3和纳米Al(OH)3协效阻燃,达到减少用量、对树脂物理机械性能影响小、价格便宜和提高阻燃性的目的。
(3)本发明通过腰果壳油或三聚氰胺改性的酚醛树脂应用于纸箱表面,具有很强的耐磨性能和机械性能,同时在涂料中加入耐磨纳米粉,通过高分子材料的大分子链与粒子结合,提高复合材料的性能,使涂膜的强度,硬度,遮盖力,附着力,以及耐磨耐擦洗性能有很大提高。

所述涂料制备方法为:将酚醛树脂加入乙醇溶液中,在30℃下搅拌溶解5min形成树脂溶液;将纳米Sb2O3-Al(OH)3和纳米耐磨粉加入树脂溶液中,常温下搅拌均匀后再加入苯基缩水甘油醚、有机硅消泡剂、烷基磺酸钠和抗氧剂,搅拌分散15min,然后加入三聚氰胺,搅拌2min,得到糊状粘稠涂料。
取上述的涂料制备阻燃耐磨瓦楞纸板的工艺如下:通过刮刀涂布机将过量的涂料涂布在纸板面纸的外表面和内表面,再利用刮刀将多余的涂料刮去,然后将涂料层进行热风干燥,干燥后用压光机进行压热,使涂布层形成更加光滑的表面,再用粘合剂将面纸和瓦楞层以及内纸和瓦楞层进行粘合,然后进行干燥处理,得到阻燃耐磨瓦楞纸板。
