Abstract
本发明涉及一种制备改性涂料的工艺。通过在富锌防腐涂料制备过程中,添加钛酸四异丙酯偶联剂和十二烷基苯磺酸钠表面活性剂,克服金属锌粉湿润性差的缺陷,增强锌粉与无机硅酸盐的融合性,从而制备出一种复合改性的富锌防腐涂料。其制备工艺简单、易操作,具有较好的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,特别涉及一种添加钛酸四异丙酯偶联剂和十二烷基苯磺酸钠改性剂的防腐富锌涂料及其工艺,属于涂料加工领域。
背景技术
随着钢铁防腐受到越来越多的关注,富锌防腐涂料被广泛使用,富锌防腐涂料不但能隔绝空气,而且能形成原电池保护。富锌防腐涂料分为有机富锌防腐涂料和无机富锌防腐涂料,有机富锌涂料常用环氧树脂、氯化橡胶、乙烯基树脂和聚氨酯树脂为成膜基料。但有机富锌涂料的有机成膜物的导电性能差。无机富锌涂料又分为有溶剂型和水性两类。其中水性无机富锌涂料是由水性无机硅酸盐(纳、钾、锂)树脂、锌粉、助剂等组成。
水性无机富锌涂料由于其无有机溶剂,具有无异味、不燃不爆,不污染环境等优点,但同时由于溶剂少,润湿性低,因而附着力不如相应的溶剂型涂料好,且锌粉添加到涂料中,由于锌粉与无机硅酸盐较难融合,与底材着附力低。为此,一般在涂料制备过程中,添加偶联剂,改善金属锌粉与硅酸盐的兼容性,增强涂料的附着力,但是这种改善效果往往有限,在制备过程中,再添加适量的表面活性剂,则能起到更加好的改善作用。
表面活性剂分子都是由极性的亲水基和非极性的憎水基两部分组成,表面活性剂分子的一端为非极亲油的疏水基,有时也称为亲油基;分子的另一端为极性亲水的亲水基,有时也称为疏油基或形象地称为亲水头。两类结构与性能截然相反的分子碎片或基团分处于同一分子的两端并以化学键相连接,形成了一种不对称的、极性的结构,因而赋予了该类特殊分子既亲水、又亲油,又不是整体亲水或亲油的特性,从而能起到润湿、增溶等特性。
本发明通过在涂料制备过程中,添加钛酸四异丙酯偶联剂和十二烷基苯磺酸钠表面活性剂,协同改善金属锌粉湿润性,从而制备出一种复合改性的富锌防腐涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改性的富锌防腐涂料,为实现这一目的,该涂料包括以下质量百分比的原料:
硅酸钠 10%-20%;
硅溶胶 20%-40%;
钛酸四异丙酯偶联剂 3%-7%;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 2%-3%;
硅丙乳液 20%-30%;
超细锌粉 20%-30%。
一种改性的富锌防腐涂料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
⑴先将适量的硅酸钠溶液装入容器中并加热,温度控制在50-80℃;
⑵在不停的搅拌下,缓慢滴加计量的硅溶胶,使其充分混合;
⑶再往容器中加入一定计量的钛酸四异丙酯偶联剂和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,高速搅拌均匀;
⑷停止加热,当温度降至室温时,加入硅丙乳液;
⑸最后添加一定量的超细锌粉,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种复合改性的富锌防腐涂料。
优先的,在上述制备过程中,步骤⑴中的温度控制在50-80℃。
优先的,在上述制备过程中,步骤⑸中,添加的超细锌粉颗粒的尺寸为700目以上。
本发明具有下列优点和特性:
⑴制备的富锌防腐涂料稳定性好;
⑵制备工艺简单、易操作;
⑶原料来源丰富,成本低廉。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
先将100g硅酸钠溶液装入容器中并加热,加热温度控制在50℃左右,并不停的搅拌。在搅拌过程中,再缓慢滴加300g硅溶胶,滴加完毕后,再往容器中加入30g的钛酸四异丙酯偶联剂和20g的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,并将提高搅拌速度,5分钟后停止加热,待温度降至室温时,再加入250g硅丙乳液,最后添加300g的700目超细锌粉,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种复合改性的富锌防腐涂料。
实施例二:
先将140g硅酸钠溶液装入容器中并加热,加热温度控制在70℃左右,并不停的搅拌。在搅拌过程中,再缓慢滴加300g硅溶胶,滴加完毕后,再往容器中加入35g的钛酸四异丙酯偶联剂和25g的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,并将提高搅拌速度,5分钟后停止加热,待温度降至室温时,再加入300g硅丙乳液,最后添加200g的750目超细锌粉,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种复合改性的富锌防腐涂料。
实施例三:
先将200g硅酸钠溶液装入容器中并加热,加热温度控制在80℃左右,并不停的搅拌。在搅拌过程中,再缓慢滴加200g硅溶胶,滴加完毕后,再往容器中加入70g的钛酸四异丙酯偶联剂和30g的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,并将提高搅拌速度,5分钟后停止加热,待温度降至室温时,再加入200g硅丙乳液,最后添加300g的800目超细锌粉,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种复合改性的富锌防腐涂料。
Claims (3)
1.一种制备改性涂料的工艺,其特征在于,该制备工艺包括如下步骤:
⑴先将适量的硅酸钠溶液装入容器中并加热,温度控制在50-80℃;
⑵在不停的搅拌下,缓慢滴加计量的硅溶胶,使其充分混合;
⑶再往容器中加入一定计量的钛酸四异丙酯偶联剂和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,高速搅拌均匀;
⑷停止加热,当温度降至室温时,加入硅丙乳液;
⑸最后添加一定量的超细锌粉,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种复合改性的富锌防腐涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备改性涂料的工艺,其特征在于,在上述制备过程中,步骤⑴中的温度控制在50-80℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备改性涂料的工艺,其特征在于,步骤⑸中,添加的超细锌粉颗粒的尺寸为700目以上。
