Abstract

本发明涉及一种功能涂料的改性方法。普通水性富锌功能涂料润湿性低,且溶剂少,加入锌粉后容易发生锌粉沉降,烷基酚聚环氧乙烷醚表面活性剂,既亲水、又亲油,又不是整体亲水或亲油的特性,从而能起到润湿、增溶等特性。本发明通过在涂料制备过程中,添加烷基酚聚环氧乙烷醚表面活性剂,改善金属锌粉湿润性,从而制备出一种增溶改性的富锌功能涂料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种功能涂料及其制备方法,特别涉及一种添加表面活性剂的增溶改性防腐涂料及其制备方法,属于涂料加工领域。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,涂料在生活中应用越来越广泛,特别是功能涂料,如金属防腐涂料。涂料是一种材料,这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层。
普通金属防腐涂料是在钢铁表面,只是以隔绝空气的方式而防止钢铁腐蚀,而富锌防腐涂料不但能隔绝空气,而且能形成原电池保护,富锌防腐涂料中的锌的标准电位较钢铁低,腐蚀介质渗入时,钢铁与锌粉形成原电池,锌粉作为原电池的负极失去电子,钢铁作为正极得到电子而获得保护。
富锌涂料分为有机富锌涂料和无机富锌涂料,有机富锌涂料常用环氧树脂、氯化橡胶、乙烯基树脂和聚氨酯树脂为成膜基料,但有机富锌油漆的有机成膜物的导电性能差。无机富锌涂料又分为有溶剂型和水性两类,其中水性无机富锌涂料是由水性无机硅酸盐(纳、钾、锂)树脂、锌粉、助剂等组成。水性无机富锌涂料由于其无有机溶剂,具有无异味、不燃不爆,不污染环境等优点,但由于锌粉湿润性不好,且溶剂少,加入锌粉后容易发生锌粉沉降,影响产品整体质量。
表面活性剂是指能显著降低液体表面张力或液液界面张力的物质。它们的分子都是由极性的亲水基和非极性的憎水基两部分组成,表面活性剂分子的一端为非极亲油的疏水基,有时也称为亲油基;分子的另一端为极性亲水的亲水基,有时也称为疏油基或形象地称为亲水头。两类结构与性能截然相反的分子碎片或基团分处于同一分子的两端并以化学键相连接,形成了一种不对称的、极性的结构,因而赋予了该类特殊分子既亲水、又亲油,又不是整体亲水或亲油的特性,从而能起到润湿、增溶等特性。烷基酚聚环氧乙烷醚是一种重要的聚氧乙烯型非离子表面活性剂,本发明通过在涂料制备过程中,添加烷基酚聚环氧乙烷醚表面活性剂,改善金属锌粉湿润性,从而制备出一种增溶改性的富锌防腐涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种增溶改性的富锌防腐涂料及其制备方法,为实现这一目的,该涂料包括以下质量百分比的原料:
硅酸钾 5%-10%;
硅酸钠 5%-10%;
硅溶胶 20%-40%;
双-(2-(三乙氧基硅烷)丙基)-二硫化物偶联剂 3%-7%;
烷基酚聚环氧乙烷醚 2%-3%
硅丙乳液 20%-30%;
锌粉 20%-30% 。
一种增溶改性的防腐涂料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
⑴将一定量的硅酸钾溶液和硅酸钠溶液倒入容器中混合加热,温度控制在50-70℃;
⑵在不停的搅拌下,缓慢滴加计量的硅溶胶,使其充分混合;
⑶再往容器中喷洒一定计量的双-(2-(三乙氧基硅烷)丙基)-二硫化物偶联剂和烷基酚聚环氧乙烷醚表面活性剂在混料中,高速搅拌;
⑷停止加热,当温度降至室温时,加入硅丙乳液;
⑸最后添加一定量的600目的锌粉,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种增溶改性的富锌防腐涂料。
本发明具有下列优点和特性:
⑴制备的防腐涂料着稳定性能好;
⑵制备成本低廉,且环保。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
将50g硅酸钾溶液和50g硅酸钠溶液分别倒入一容器中混合,并将其混合物加热,加热温度控制在50℃左右,用搅拌机不停的搅拌,在搅拌过程中,再缓慢滴加300g硅溶胶,滴加完毕后,再往容器中喷洒30g的双-(2-(三乙氧基硅烷)丙基)-二硫化物偶联剂和20g的烷基酚聚环氧乙烷醚表面活性剂在混料中,并将提高搅拌速度,5分钟后停止加热,待温度降至室温时,再加入250g硅丙乳液,最后添加300g的600目锌粉,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种稳定性能优异的富锌功能涂料。
实施例二:
将70g硅酸钾溶液和70g硅酸钠溶液分别倒入一容器中混合,并将其混合物加热,加热温度控制在60℃左右,用搅拌机不停的搅拌,在搅拌过程中,再缓慢滴加300g硅溶胶,滴加完毕后,再往容器中喷洒35g的双-(2-(三乙氧基硅烷)丙基)-二硫化物偶联剂和25g的烷基酚聚环氧乙烷醚表面活性剂在混料中,并将提高搅拌速度,5分钟后停止加热,待温度降至室温时,再加入300g硅丙乳液,最后添加200g的600目锌粉,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种稳定性能优异的富锌功能涂料。
实施例三:
将100g硅酸钾溶液和100g硅酸钠溶液分别倒入一容器中混合,并将其混合物加热,加热温度控制在70℃左右,用搅拌机不停的搅拌,在搅拌过程中,再缓慢滴加200g硅溶胶,滴加完毕后, 再往容器中喷洒70g的双-(2-(三乙氧基硅烷)丙基)-二硫化物偶联剂和30g的烷基酚聚环氧乙烷醚表面活性剂在混料中,并将提高搅拌速度,5分钟后停止加热,待温度降至室温时,再加入200g硅丙乳液,最后添加300g的600目锌粉,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种稳定性能优异的富锌功能涂料。

Claims (2)

1.一种功能防腐涂料,其特征在于,该涂料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
⑴将一定量的硅酸钾溶液和硅酸钠溶液倒入容器中混合加热,温度控制在50-70℃;
⑵在不停的搅拌下,缓慢滴加计量的硅溶胶,使其充分混合;
⑶再往容器中喷洒一定计量的双-(2-(三乙氧基硅烷)丙基)-二硫化物偶联剂和烷基酚聚环氧乙烷醚表面活性剂在混料中,高速搅拌;
⑷停止加热,当温度降至室温时,加入硅丙乳液;
⑸最后添加一定量的600目的锌粉,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种增溶改性的富锌防腐涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能防腐涂料,其特征在于,该涂料组分含量的质量百分比为:硅酸钾5%-10%,硅酸钠5%-10%,硅溶胶20%-40%,双-(2-(三乙氧基硅烷)丙基)-二硫化物3%-7%,烷基酚聚环氧乙烷醚2%-3%,硅丙乳液20%-30%,锌粉20%-30%。
