Abstract
本发明涉及一种功能涂料及其制备工艺。该工艺是将硅酸锂溶液和硅酸钾溶液混合、加热,然后在搅拌条件下,往容器中加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠表面活性剂和硅烷偶联剂,高速搅拌混合均匀后,降至室温,再加入硅丙乳液,最后添加超细锌粉,持续搅拌一段时间即可得产品。本发明能防止锌粉沉降,提高涂料的稳定性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种富锌防腐功能涂料,特别涉及一种添加改性剂的富锌防腐功能涂料及其制备工艺,属于涂料加工领域。
背景技术
涂料在生活中应用越来越广泛,特别是功能涂料,如金属防腐涂料,这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。
普通涂料涂覆在钢铁表面,只是以隔绝空气的方式而防止钢铁腐蚀,而富锌油漆不但能隔绝空气,而且能形成原电池保护,富锌油漆中的锌的标准电位较钢铁低,腐蚀介质渗入时,钢铁与锌粉形成原电池,锌粉作为原电池的负极失去电子,钢铁作为正极得到电子而获得保护。当富锌涂料的涂膜上有的部位被机械损伤后,在一定范围的面积内,防蚀电流也能流向钢铁露出部分,则锌的腐蚀产物就沉积在那里形成一层保护膜。随着钢铁表面的不断暴露,富锌涂膜不断地被保护膜所遮盖,阴极保护作用便又呈现惰性,但在涂膜受到机械损伤而露出新的锌表面时则又开始复活。富锌油漆分为有机富锌油漆和无机富锌油漆,有机富锌涂料常用环氧树脂、氯化橡胶、乙烯基树脂和聚氨酯树脂为成膜基料。但有机富锌油漆的有机成膜物的导电性能差。无机富锌油漆又分为有溶剂型和水性两类。其中水性无机富锌油漆是由水性无机硅酸盐(纳、钾、锂)树脂、锌粉、助剂等组成。
水性无机富锌涂料由于其无有机溶剂,因此具有无异味、不燃不爆,不污染环境等优点,但由于锌粉湿润性不好,且溶剂少,加入锌粉后容易发生锌粉沉降,影响产品整体质量。本发明通过在制备涂料过程中,添加十二烷基苯磺酸钠表面活性剂和硅烷偶联剂,改善金属锌粉湿润性,增加锌粉与胶体的粘合力,防止锌粉沉降,提高涂料的稳定性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种添加改性剂的富锌防腐功能涂料及其工艺,该涂料所含组分的质量百分比为:
硅酸锂 5%-10%;
硅酸钾 5%-10%;
硅溶胶 20%-40%;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 表面活性剂 2%-5% ;
硅烷偶联剂 2%-5%;
硅丙乳液 20%-30%;
超细锌粉 20%-30%。
一种添加改性剂的富锌防腐功能涂料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
⑴将一定量的硅酸锂溶液和硅酸钾溶液倒入容器中混合加热;
⑵在搅拌的条件下,将一定量的硅溶胶缓慢到容器中;
⑶再往容器中加入一定计量的十二烷基苯磺酸钠表面活性剂和硅烷偶联剂,高速搅拌;
⑷停止加热,当温度降至室温时,加入硅丙乳液;
⑸最后添加适量的超细锌粉,持续搅拌一段时间即可得产品。
优先地,在步骤⑴ 中,加热温度为70-80℃。
优先地,在步骤⑸ 中,搅拌时间为30-60分钟。
本发明具有下列优点和特性:
⑴该制备工艺简单,操作性好;
⑵制备的涂料综合性能好。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
将50g硅酸锂溶液和50g硅酸钾溶液分别倒入一容器中,将其混合并加热,加热温度控制在70℃左右,用搅拌机不停的搅拌。在搅拌过程中,再缓慢滴加300g硅溶胶,滴加完毕后,再往容器中依次加入20g十二烷基苯磺酸钠表面活性剂和30g硅烷偶联剂,并提高搅拌速度,混合均匀后,将体系温度降至室温,然后加入250g硅丙乳液,最后添加300g超细锌粉,持续搅拌30分钟即可得产品。
实施例二:
将100g硅酸锂溶液和100g硅酸钾溶液分别倒入一容器中,将其混合并加热,加热温度控制在75℃左右,用搅拌机不停的搅拌。在搅拌过程中,再缓慢滴加200g硅溶胶,滴加完毕后,再往容器中依次加入50g十二烷基苯磺酸钠表面活性剂和50g硅烷偶联剂,并提高搅拌速度,混合均匀后,将体系温度降至室温,然后加入200g硅丙乳液,最后添加300g超细锌粉,持续搅拌40分钟即可得产品。
实施例三:
将200g硅酸锂溶液和200g硅酸钾溶液分别倒入一容器中,将其混合并加热,加热温度控制在80℃左右,用搅拌机不停的搅拌。在搅拌过程中,再缓慢滴加400g硅溶胶,滴加完毕后,再往容器中依次加入100g十二烷基苯磺酸钠表面活性剂和100g硅烷偶联剂,并提高搅拌速度,混合均匀后,将体系温度降至室温,然后加入400g硅丙乳液,最后添加600g超细锌粉,持续搅拌60分钟即可得产品。
Claims (4)
1.一种功能涂料,其特征在于,该功能涂料的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
⑴将一定量的硅酸锂溶液和硅酸钾溶液倒入容器中混合加热;
⑵在搅拌的条件下,将一定量的硅溶胶缓慢到容器中;
⑶再往容器中加入一定计量的十二烷基苯磺酸钠表面活性剂和硅烷偶联剂,高速搅拌;
⑷停止加热,当温度降至室温时,加入硅丙乳液;
⑸最后添加适量的超细锌粉,持续搅拌一段时间即可得产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能涂料,其特征在于,该功能涂料组分含量的质量百分比为:硅酸锂5%-10%,硅酸钾5%-10%,硅溶胶20%-40%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠表面活性剂2%-5%,硅烷偶联剂2%-5%,硅丙乳液20%-30%,超细锌粉20%-30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能涂料,特征在于,在步骤⑴ 中,加热温度为70-80℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能涂料,特征在于,在步骤⑸ 中,搅拌时间为30-60分钟。
