Abstract
本发明涉及一种改性混合富锌涂料的制备工艺。通过在涂料制备过程中,添加γ‑氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂和十二烷基二醇酰胺表面活性剂,改善金属锌粉湿润性,从而制备出一种改性的富锌防腐涂料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,特别涉及一种添加十二烷基二醇酰胺改性的富锌涂料及其制备工艺,属于油漆化工领域。
背景技术
全世界每年因金属腐蚀造成的经济损失约占各国GDP的2%-4%,因腐蚀而报废的金属达亿吨以上。金属腐蚀会显著降低金属材料的强度、塑性、韧性等力学性能,破坏金属构件的几何形状,增加零件间的磨损,恶化电学和光学等物理性能,缩短设备的使用寿命,甚至造成火灾、爆炸等灾难性事故。钢铁作为一种最普通使用的金属材料,也同样面临着腐蚀这一难题目。据统计,每年由于腐蚀而直接损耗的钢铁,约占钢铁年产量的四分之一。人们通过各种方式来延缓钢铁的腐蚀速度。
随着钢铁防腐受到越来越多的关注,富锌防腐涂料被广泛使用,富锌防腐涂料不但能隔绝空气,而且能形成原电池保护。富锌防腐涂料分为有机富锌防腐涂料和无机富锌防腐涂料,有机富锌涂料常用环氧树脂、氯化橡胶、乙烯基树脂和聚氨酯树脂为成膜基料。但有机富锌涂料的有机成膜物的导电性能差。无机富锌涂料又分为有溶剂型和水性两类。其中水性无机富锌涂料是由水性无机硅酸盐(纳、钾、锂)树脂、锌粉、助剂等组成。
水性无机富锌涂料由于其无有机溶剂,具有无异味、不燃不爆,不污染环境等优点,但同时由于溶剂少,润湿性低,因而附着力不如相应的溶剂型涂料好,且锌粉添加到涂料中,由于锌粉与无机硅酸盐较难融合,与底材着附力低。为此,一般在涂料制备过程中,添加偶联剂,改善金属锌粉与硅酸盐的兼容性,增强涂料的附着力,但是这种改善效果往往有限,在制备过程中,再添加适量的表面活性剂,则能起到更加好的改善作用。
本发明通过在涂料制备过程中,添加十二烷基二醇酰胺表面活性剂,改善金属锌粉湿润性,从而制备出一种改性的富锌防腐涂料,其综合性能将大大提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种添加十二烷基二醇酰胺改性混合富锌涂料的工艺,为实现这一目的,该涂料包括以下质量百分比的原料:
硅酸钠 5%-10%;
硅酸钾 5%-10%;
硅溶胶 20%-40%;
γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂 3%-7%;
十二烷基二醇酰胺 2%-3%;
硅丙乳液 20%-30%;
超细锌粉 20%-30% 。
一种添加十二烷基二醇酰胺改性混合富锌涂料的工艺包括如下步骤:
⑴将一定量的硅酸钠溶液和硅酸钠钾溶液倒入容器中混合加热;
⑵在不停的搅拌下,缓慢滴加计量的硅溶胶,使其充分混合;
⑶再往容器中加入一定计量的γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂和十二烷基二醇酰胺,高速搅拌;
⑷停止加热,当温度降至室温时,加入硅丙乳液;
⑸最后添加适量的超细锌粉,持续搅拌一段即可得一种改性的混合富锌涂料。
优先地,在上述步骤⑴ 中,温度控制在50-80℃。
优先地,在上述步骤⑸ 中,持续搅拌为15-30分钟。
本发明具有下列优点和特性:
⑴该油漆制备工艺简单,操作性好;
⑵制备的油漆综合性能好;
⑶价格低廉,且环保。
实施例一:
将50g硅酸钠溶液和50g硅酸钾溶液分别倒入一容器中混合,并将其混合物加热,加热温度控制在60℃左右,用搅拌机不停的搅拌。在搅拌过程中,再缓慢滴加300g硅溶胶,滴加完毕后,再往容器中加入30g的 γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂和20g的十二烷基二醇酰胺,并将提高搅拌速度,5分钟后停止加热,待温度降至室温时,再加入250g硅丙乳液,最后添加300g超细锌粉,持续搅拌15分钟即可得一种改性的混合富锌涂料。
实施例二:
将70g硅酸钠溶液和70g硅酸钾溶液分别倒入一容器中混合,并将其混合物加热,加热温度控制在60℃左右,用搅拌机不停的搅拌。在搅拌过程中,再缓慢滴加300g硅溶胶,滴加完毕后,再往容器中加入35g的 γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂和25g的十二烷基二醇酰胺,并将提高搅拌速度,5分钟后停止加热,待温度降至室温时,再加入300g硅丙乳液,最后添加200g超细锌粉,持续搅拌25分钟即可得一种改性的混合富锌涂料。
实施例三:
将100g硅酸钠溶液和100g硅酸钾溶液分别倒入一容器中混合,并将其混合物加热,加热温度控制在60℃左右,用搅拌机不停的搅拌。在搅拌过程中,再缓慢滴加200g硅溶胶,滴加完毕后,再往容器中加入70g的 γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂和30g的十二烷基二醇酰胺,并将提高搅拌速度,5分钟后停止加热,待温度降至室温时,再加入200g硅丙乳液,最后添加300g超细锌粉,持续搅拌30分钟即可得一种改性的混合富锌涂料。
Claims (3)
1.一种改性混合富锌涂料的制备工艺,其特征在于,该工艺包括如下步骤:
⑴将一定量的硅酸钠溶液和硅酸钠钾溶液倒入容器中混合加热;
⑵在不停的搅拌下,缓慢滴加计量的硅溶胶,使其充分混合;
⑶再往容器中加入一定计量的γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂和十二烷基二醇酰胺,高速搅拌;
⑷停止加热,当温度降至室温时,加入硅丙乳液;
⑸最后添加适量的超细锌粉,持续搅拌一段即可得一种改性的混合富锌涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性混合富锌涂料的制备工艺,其特征在于,在上述工艺过程中,步骤⑴中的温度控制在50-80℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性混合富锌涂料的制备工艺,其特征在于,在上述步骤⑸ 中,持续搅拌为15-30分钟。
