Abstract
本发明涉及一种混合富锌涂料及其改性工艺。以硅酸锂和硅酸钠作为复合基料,在涂料制备过程中,添加氨基硅烷类偶联剂和十二烷基二醇酰胺表面活性剂,改善金属锌粉湿润性,提高体系的融合性,从而制备出一种改性的富锌防腐涂料,其综合性能将大大提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,特别涉及一种添加表面活性剂类改性剂的富锌涂料及其工艺,属于涂料合成领域。
背景技术
钢铁作为一种最普通使用的金属材料,其具有许多使用优点,但是其重要缺点就是容易生锈腐蚀。据统计,每年由于腐蚀而直接损耗的钢铁,约占钢铁年产量的四分之一,为此人们通过各种方式来延缓钢铁的腐蚀速度。
随着钢铁防腐受到越来越多的关注,涂料被广泛使用于钢铁防腐,其中富锌防腐涂料是一种重要的防腐涂料。富锌防腐涂料不但能隔绝空气,而且能形成原电池保护。富锌防腐涂料分为有机富锌防腐涂料和无机富锌防腐涂料,有机富锌涂料常用环氧树脂、氯化橡胶、乙烯基树脂和聚氨酯树脂为成膜基料。但有机富锌涂料的有机成膜物的导电性能差。无机富锌涂料又分为有溶剂型和水性两类。其中水性无机富锌涂料是由水性无机硅酸盐(纳、钾、锂)树脂、锌粉、助剂等组成。
水性无机富锌涂料由于其无有机溶剂,具有无异味、不燃不爆,不污染环境等优点,但同时由于溶剂少,润湿性低,因而附着力不如相应的溶剂型涂料好,且锌粉添加到涂料中,由于锌粉与无机硅酸盐较难融合,与底材着附力低。为此,一般在涂料制备过程中,添加偶联剂,改善金属锌粉与硅酸盐的兼容性,增强涂料的附着力,但是这种改善效果往往有限,在制备过程中,再添加适量的表面活性剂,则能起到更加好的改善作用。
本发明通过在涂料制备过程中,添加氨基硅烷类偶联剂和十二烷基二醇酰胺表面活性剂,改善金属锌粉湿润性,提高体系的融合性,从而制备出一种改性的富锌防腐涂料,其综合性能将大大提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种添加十二烷基二醇酰胺改性混合富锌涂料的工艺,为实现这一目的,该涂料包括以下质量百分比的原料:
硅酸锂 5%-10%;
硅酸钾 5%-10%;
硅溶胶 20%-40%;
氨基硅烷类偶联剂 3%-7%;
十二烷基二醇酰胺 2%-3%;
硅丙乳液 20%-30%;
超细锌粉 20%-30% 。
一种添加十二烷基二醇酰胺改性混合富锌涂料的工艺包括如下步骤:
⑴将一定量的硅酸锂溶液和硅酸钾溶液倒入容器中混合加热;
⑵在不停的搅拌下,缓慢滴加计量的硅溶胶,使其充分混合;
⑶再往容器中加入一定计量的氨基硅烷类偶联剂和十二烷基二醇酰胺,高速搅拌;
⑷停止加热,当温度降至室温时,加入硅丙乳液;
⑸最后添加适量的超细锌粉,持续搅拌一段时间即可得一种改性的混合富锌涂料。
优先地,在上述步骤⑴中,温度控制在50-80℃。
优先地,在上述步骤⑸中,持续搅拌为15-30℃。
本发明具有下列优点和特性:
⑴该油漆制备工艺简单,操作性好;
⑵制备的油漆综合性能好;
⑶价格低廉,且环保。
实施例一:
将50g硅酸锂溶液和50g硅酸钾溶液分别倒入一容器中混合,并将其混合物加热,加热温度控制在60℃左右,用搅拌机不停的搅拌。在搅拌过程中,再缓慢滴加300g硅溶胶,滴加完毕后,再往容器中加入30g的氨基硅烷类偶联剂和20g的十二烷基二醇酰胺,并将提高搅拌速度,5分钟后停止加热,待温度降至室温时,再加入250g硅丙乳液,最后添加300g超细锌粉,持续搅拌15分钟即可得一种改性的混合富锌涂料。
实施例二:
将70g硅酸锂溶液和70g硅酸钾溶液分别倒入一容器中混合,并将其混合物加热,加热温度控制在60℃左右,用搅拌机不停的搅拌。在搅拌过程中,再缓慢滴加300g硅溶胶,滴加完毕后,再往容器中加入35g的氨基硅烷类偶联剂和25g的十二烷基二醇酰胺,并将提高搅拌速度,5分钟后停止加热,待温度降至室温时,再加入300g硅丙乳液,最后添加200g超细锌粉,持续搅拌20分钟即可得一种改性的混合富锌涂料。
实施例三:
将100g硅酸锂溶液和100g硅酸钾溶液分别倒入一容器中混合,并将其混合物加热,加热温度控制在60℃左右,用搅拌机不停的搅拌。在搅拌过程中,再缓慢滴加200g硅溶胶,滴加完毕后,再往容器中加入70g的氨基硅烷类偶联剂和30g的十二烷基二醇酰胺,并将提高搅拌速度,5分钟后停止加热,待温度降至室温时,再加入200g硅丙乳液,最后添加300g超细锌粉,持续搅拌30分钟即可得一种改性的混合富锌涂料。
Claims (3)
1.一种混合富锌涂料的制备改性工艺,其特征在于,该工艺包括如下步骤:
⑴将一定量的硅酸锂溶液和硅酸钾溶液倒入容器中混合加热;
⑵在不停的搅拌下,缓慢滴加计量的硅溶胶,使其充分混合;
⑶再往容器中加入一定计量的氨基硅烷类偶联剂和十二烷基二醇酰胺,高速搅拌;
⑷停止加热,当温度降至室温时,加入硅丙乳液;
⑸最后添加适量的超细锌粉,持续搅拌一段时间即可得一种改性的混合富锌涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合富锌涂料的制备改性工艺,其特征在于,在上述工艺过程的步骤⑴中,温度控制在50-80℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合富锌涂料的制备改性工艺,其特征在于,在上述工艺过程的步骤⑸ 中,持续搅拌为15-30℃。
