本发明涉及建筑涂料的技术领域,特别涉及仿花岗岩涂料的技术领域。
背景技术
仿花岗岩涂料是指的一种喷施后材料外观具有酷似天然花岗岩石材的装饰效果的仿石涂料,可应用于建筑物的内墙、外墙、柱体、线条等处,给人以高雅、和谐、庄重之美感,达到生动逼真,回归自然的功效。现有技术中仿花岗岩涂料主要以合成树脂乳液为基料,再添加不同粒径的天然色砂、复合岩片、云母片等固体,最后加助剂和水配制而成,其中仿花岗岩的装饰效果主要由天然色砂、复合岩片、云母片等产生,但为了提高涂料的安全环保性,目前的涂料体系多为水性系统,而天然色砂、复合岩片等在其中难以稳定分散,导致涂料效果大打折扣。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种使用自然物质产生装饰效果且健康环保的水性仿花岗岩涂料。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种水性环保仿花岗岩涂料,其原料包括:硅丙乳液,去离子水,分散剂,黄原胶,海藻酸钠,天然有色沙粒。
优选的是:按质量份计,所述水性环保仿花岗岩涂料的原料包括:硅丙乳液30~60份,去离子水10~50份,分散剂3~5份,黄原胶1~3份,海藻酸钠0.05~0.1份,天然有色沙粒15~20份。
另外优选的是:所述分散剂为聚乙烯醇。
另外优选的是:所述水性仿花岗岩涂料的原料还包括流平剂和/或消泡剂。
本发明通过天然物质模拟花岗岩效果,使装饰效果逼真,同时本发明的各原料生物性良好,健康环保,可长期稳定保存。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种水性仿花岗岩涂料,按质量份计,包括硅含量为10%、玻璃化转变温度为30~40℃的硅丙乳液60份,去离子水50份,分散剂聚乙烯醇5份,天然有色沙粒20份,黄原胶3份,海藻酸钠0.1份。
实施例2
一种水性仿花岗岩涂料,按质量份计,包括硅含量为15%、玻璃化转变温度为30~40℃的硅丙乳液30份,去离子水20份,分散剂聚乙烯醇1份,天然有色沙粒15份,黄原胶1份,海藻酸钠0.05份。
