Abstract
本发明属于生活用品技术领域,涉及一种抗菌PE保鲜膜。该PE保鲜膜由以下重量份数成分组成:PE:50份,Vistamaxx树脂:10-30份,抗菌剂:3-8份,滑石粉:3-10份,二氧化硅:1-3份,丙三醇:1-5份,山梨醇:1-5份,三羟甲基丙烷:1-2份,偶联剂:1-3份,抗老化剂:1-3份。本发明PE保鲜膜的原料中用Vistamaxx树脂代替了部分PE,在保证保鲜膜的性能的同时,提高了保鲜膜的安全性,符合FDA安全许可。此外,本发明还在PE保鲜膜中加入了抗菌剂,可以缓解食品在加工、运输和贮存过程中微生物的污染及水分的流失。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于生活用品技术领域,涉及一种抗菌PE保鲜膜。
背景技术
保鲜膜是一种塑料包装制品,主要用于微波炉食品加热、冰箱食物保存、生鲜及熟食包装等场合。在家庭生活、超市卖场、宾馆饭店及工业生产的食品包装领域都有广泛应用。根据所用材料及添加塑化剂不同,保鲜膜分为多种类型,可适用于不同的场合。保鲜膜以其方便、经济、美观的特点受到了人们的青睐。然而,保鲜膜高温时会产生有害物质,随食物进入人体后,可能引起乳腺癌、新生儿先天缺陷等疾病。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种健康环保的PE保鲜膜。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种PE保鲜膜,由以下重量份数成分组成:PE:50份,Vistamaxx树脂:10-30份,抗菌剂:3-8份,滑石粉:3-10份,二氧化硅:1-3份,丙三醇:1-5份,山梨醇:1-5份,三羟甲基丙烷:1-2份,偶联剂:1-3份,抗老化剂:1-3份。
在上述的一种PE保鲜膜中,滑石粉的粒径<100nm。
在上述的一种PE保鲜膜中,二氧化硅的粒径<100nm。
在上述的一种PE保鲜膜中,抗菌剂为银离子抗菌剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明PE保鲜膜的原料中用Vistamaxx树脂代替了部分PE,在保证保鲜膜的性能的同时,提高了保鲜膜的安全性,符合FDA安全许可。此外,本发明还在PE保鲜膜中加入了抗菌剂,可以缓解食品在加工、运输和贮存过程中微生物的污染及水分的流失。

以下是本发明的具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例1:
按以下重量份数成分选取原料:PE:50份,Vistamaxx树脂:10份,滑石粉:3份,抗菌剂:3份,二氧化硅:1份,丙三醇:1份,山梨醇:1份,三羟甲基丙烷:1份,偶联剂:1份,抗老化剂:1份。其中,滑石粉和二氧化硅的粒径<100nm,抗菌剂为银离子抗菌剂。然后通过现有保鲜膜的生产工艺加工成型。
实施例2:
按以下重量份数成分选取原料:PE:50份,Vistamaxx树脂:20份,抗菌剂:5份,滑石粉:5份,二氧化硅:2份,丙三醇:3份,山梨醇:3份,三羟甲基丙烷:1份,偶联剂:2份,抗老化剂:2份。其中,滑石粉和二氧化硅的粒径<100nm,抗菌剂为银离子抗菌剂。然后通过现有保鲜膜的生产工艺加工成型。
实施例3:
按以下重量份数成分选取原料:PE:50份,Vistamaxx树脂:30份,抗菌剂:8份滑石粉:10份,二氧化硅:3份,丙三醇:5份,山梨醇:5份,三羟甲基丙烷:2份,偶联剂:3份,抗老化剂:3份。其中,滑石粉和二氧化硅的粒径<100nm,抗菌剂为银离子抗菌剂。然后通过现有保鲜膜的生产工艺加工成型。

1.一种抗菌PE保鲜膜,其特征在于,所述PE保鲜膜由以下重量份数成分组成:PE:50份,Vistamaxx树脂:10-30份,抗菌剂:3-8份,滑石粉:3-10份,二氧化硅:1-3份,丙三醇:1-5份,山梨醇:1-5份,三羟甲基丙烷:1-2份,偶联剂:1-3份,抗老化剂:1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PE保鲜膜,其特征在于,所述滑石粉的粒径<100nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PE保鲜膜,其特征在于,所述二氧化硅的粒径<100nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PE保鲜膜,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂为银离子抗菌剂。
