Abstract

本发明涉及一种TNT红水污染土壤治理并资源化的方法,属于环保领域。将TNT红水污染土壤单独或添加粘土混合均匀,通过成型制坯、晾晒风干、高温烧结工序制作成为建材‑‑烧结砖。本发明TNT红水污染土壤中含有有机污染物和少量的盐在高温烧结过程中,土壤中的有机污染被彻底分解,在粘土砖中无残留;无机盐类被固化到建材中不会再浸出;空心砖性能指标满足国家烧结粘土砖的标准,实现了TNT红水污染土壤的资源化利用;烧结烟气通过脱硫、脱硝、除尘净化装置进行净化处理,不产生二次污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种TNT红水污染土壤治理并资源化的方法,属于环保领域。
背景技术
目前,针对TNT红水污染土壤国内多采用淋洗、高级氧化、生物修复等技术。
采用淋洗工艺处理会产生大量的废水需要处理,而且土壤中污染物处理不彻底;采用高级氧化处理成本高,且仍需后续处理;生物修复只能用于低浓污染土壤,高浓度污染土壤对生物有抑制作用。
因此,目前针对TNT红水污染土壤治理多处在实验研究阶段且成本较高,没有有效的可以低成本工程化的技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种TNT红水污染土壤治理并实现资源化的方法。该方法根据TNT红水污染土壤与制砖所需粘土成分的差异,可以单独使用TNT红水污染土壤或添加一定比粘土制作成为建材--烧结砖,实现污染土壤的低成本处理及资源化利用。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案实现的。
一种TNT红水污染土壤治理并资源化的方法为:根据烧结砖性能要求,将TNT红水污染土壤单独或添加一定量粘土混合均匀,TNT红水污染土壤所占质量比为10-100%;通过成型制坯、晾晒风干、高温烧结工序制作成为建材--烧结砖。
有益效果
1、TNT红水污染土壤中含有有机污染物和少量的盐在高温烧结过程中,土壤中的有机污染被彻底分解,在粘土砖中无残留;无机盐类被固化到建材中不会再浸出;
2、空心砖性能指标满足国家烧结粘土砖的标准,实现了TNT红水污染土壤的资源化利用;
3、烧结烟气通过脱硫、脱硝、除尘净化装置进行净化处理,不产生二次污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种TNT红水污染土壤治理并资源化的方法为:
按照TNT红水污染土壤样品1与粘土添加的质量比5:5,通过成型制坯、晾晒风干,在烧结温度1100℃条件下,并已成功烧制出砖块,成品如图1所示(标记50)。
按照TNT红水污染土壤样品2与粘土添加的质量比6:4,通过成型制坯、晾晒风干,在烧结温度1100℃条件下,并已成功烧制出砖块,成品如图1所示(标记60)。
按照TNT红水污染土壤样品3与粘土添加的质量比7:3,通过成型制坯、晾晒风干,在烧结温度1100℃条件下,并已成功烧制出砖块,成品如图1所示(标记70)。
分析检测结果:
对烧结砖中的污染物2,4-DNT-3-SO3Na和2,4-DNT-5-SO3Na分析检测结果表明,在高温烧结下,污染物全部分解,在烧结砖中无残留,不会造成二次污染。得到的建材产品符合GB/T5101-1998《烧结普通砖》强度要求,同时满足《展览会用地土壤环境质量评价标准》要求,说明烧结砖技术是彻底解决TNT红水污染土壤的有效途径。

1.一种TNT红水污染土壤治理并资源化的方法,其特征在于:将TNT红水污染土壤或添加粘土混合均匀,TNT红水污染土壤所占质量比为10-100%;通过成型制坯、晾晒风干、高温烧结工序制作成为建材--烧结砖。
