技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的动力传动系、尤其是动力总成,包括:具有第一驱动轴的第一驱动设备;至少一个具有第二驱动轴的第二驱动设备;以及多挡变速器,其中第一驱动设备通过减振器和切换离合器与多挡变速器作用连接。
背景技术
动力传动系用于驱动机动车,就此而言提供用于驱动机动车的转矩。动力传动系具有多个驱动设备、特别是第一驱动设备和第二驱动设备。第一驱动设备和第二驱动设备可以是不同类型、即例如设计成内燃机和电机。在这种情况下,动力传动系设计成混合动力传动系。当然,第一驱动设备和第二驱动设备然而还可以是相同类型、即设计成两个内燃机或电机。两个驱动设备、即第一驱动设备和第二驱动设备分别具有驱动轴,两个驱动设备通过该驱动轴来提供由其产生的转矩。
发明内容
现在本发明的目的在于,提出一种用于机动车的动力传动系,该动力传动系相对于已知的动力传动系具有下述优点,特别是紧凑且节省空间地构成。
上述情况根据本发明通过具有权利要求1的特征的动力传动系来实现。在此规定,所述切换离合器具有与多挡变速器的输入轴耦联的第一离合器部件和通过减振器与第一驱动设备耦联的第二离合器部件,第一驱动设备和至少一个第二驱动设备布置成彼此轴线平行或共轴,其中至少一个第二驱动设备尤其通过至少一个传动级与第一离合器部件耦联。
动力传动系具有多挡变速器,多挡变速器能够调节不同的传动比。多挡变速器例如可以设计成切换变速器或自动变速器。切换变速器优选理解成手动切换变速器或者至少部分自动的切换变速器、例如双离合变速器。自动变速器优选表示变矩器-自动变速器。当然,多挡变速器然而还可以设计成无级变速器等。
多挡变速器优选设置在第一驱动设备和/或第二驱动设备一方与动力传动系的从动轴一方之间的作用连接中。因此,利用多挡变速器能调节在第一驱动轴和/或第二驱动轴一方与动力传动系的从动轴一方之间的传动比。
第一驱动设备通过减振器和切换离合器与多挡变速器作用连接。该减振器还可以称为旋转减振器或扭转耦合器。减振器用于缓冲第一驱动设备的振动、特别是扭转振动,以便所述振动不会传递到多挡变速器上、或仅能以缓冲的方式传递到多挡变速器上。
此外,动力传动系具有切换离合器。借助该切换离合器能建立或断开在第一驱动设备和多挡变速器之间的作用连接。这意味着,在切换离合器的第一切换状态中断开在第一驱动设备和多挡变速器之间的作用连接,而在第二切换状态中至少部分地、特别是完全地建立该作用连接。在第二切换状态中,第一驱动设备或者说其驱动轴优选与多挡变速器作用连接。
减振器和切换离合器在第一驱动设备和多挡变速器之间的作用连接的顺序原则上是任意的。然而优选地,减振器设置在第一驱动设备和切换离合器之间,即切换离合器通过减振器与第一驱动设备作用连接。
切换离合器多部分地构成并且至少具有第一离合器部件和第二离合器部件。在切换离合器的第一切换状态或者说第一切换位置中,第一离合器部件和第二离合器部件彼此解耦,从而切换离合器被断开并且在第一驱动设备和多挡变速器之间没有转矩传递。相反在第二切换状态或者说第二切换位置中在第一离合器部件和第二离合器部件之间存在作用连接,从而在第一驱动设备和多挡变速器之间传递转矩、至少传递部分转矩。优选地,在第二离合器部件和第一离合器部件的第二切换状态中彼此不能相对转动地连接,以至少在第一驱动设备和多挡变速器之间起作用的转矩,该转矩处于动力传动系的通常的转矩范围。
切换离合器的第一离合器部件直接与多挡变速器的输入轴耦联、特别是刚性地且永久性地与该输入轴作用连接。例如第一离合器部件直接地布置在多挡变速器的输入轴上并且与其连接。相反,切换离合器的第二离合器部件通过减振器与第一驱动设备或者说其驱动轴耦联或作用连接。这意味着,第一驱动设备通过减振器与第二离合器部件作用连接。这种作用连接还优选永久性地设置,然而由于减振器的存在该作用连接通常是非刚性的。
切换离合器例如设计成膜片离合器。该切换离合器在此具有多个膜片,所述膜片从第二离合器部件开始沿径向方向关于第二离合器部件的旋转轴线向外突出,并且其中在膜片之间进行接合,所述膜片布置在第一离合器部件上并且从该第一离合器部件沿径向方向向内延伸。第二离合器部件和第一离合器部件的膜片沿径向方向看彼此间接合。沿轴向方向看,第二离合器部件和第一离合器部件为此至少部分地重叠。例如第二离合器部件接合到第一离合器部件中。第一离合器部件还可以称为外支承件,并且第二离合器部件还可以称为内支承件。
在切换离合器的第一切换状态中,第一离合器部件和第二离合器部件的膜片彼此间隔开、特别是沿轴向方向彼此间隔开,从而第一离合器部件和第二离合器部件彼此解耦。然而在第二切换状态中,第一离合器部件的膜片抵靠在第二离合器部件的膜片上,从而在第一离合器部件和第二离合器部件之间建立了力锁合的作用连接。例如第一离合器部件能沿轴向方向移动,以便使膜片在第一切换状态中彼此间隔开,并且在第二切换状态中彼此作用连接。
当然,切换离合器然而原则上能以任意的方式构成、特别是设计成力锁合或形状配合的切换离合器。针对力锁合的切换离合器的实例是前面已经阐述的膜片离合器。如果膜片离合器为形状配合,则膜片离合器例如设计成牙嵌离合器。切换离合器不一定必须能被操作或者说操纵,还可以设置自动的切换。然而切换离合器的特征在于,切换离合器可以存在于至少两种切换状态或者说切换位置中。就此而言,切换离合器可以设计成超越离合器或者说单向离合器()或超速离合器(Freilauf),其中切换状态与在离合器部件之间的相对转速或第一离合器部件和第二离合器部件的旋转方向相关。
此外规定,第一驱动设备和所述至少一个第二驱动设备布置成彼此轴线平行或共轴。这意味着,第一驱动设备的驱动轴或其轴线布置成平行于第二驱动设备的驱动轴或其旋转轴线。通过第一驱动设备和至少一个第二驱动设备的这种布置可以最佳地利用其中布置动力传动系的发动机舱中的构造空间。此外下述情况得以简化:驱动设备连接到动力传动系的其它组件、特别是多挡变速器上。
在轴线平行布置时,平行间隔开地布置驱动轴或者说其旋转轴线,而针对共轴布置,第一驱动设备的驱动轴和第二驱动设备的驱动轴的旋转轴线重合、即相同。在共轴布置中,例如第二驱动设备沿轴向方向看布置在减振器和多挡变速器之间。
“第一驱动设备和第二驱动设备轴线平行布置”应理解成至少在俯视动力传动系时平行布置各个驱动轴。因此在轴线平行布置的传统的实施方式中,驱动轴不能在真正的词义上轴线平行地布置,而是仅在俯视图中平行地布置。换句话说,驱动设备的驱动轴彼此倾斜地布置,然而在假设平面中彼此平行地布置。
第一驱动设备的驱动轴的旋转轴线布置在第一平面中,第二驱动设备的驱动轴的旋转轴线布置在第二平面中,其中第一平面和第二平面彼此平行。然而,旋转轴线以下述方式取向,它们彼此倾斜。
在一种优选的实施方式中,驱动设备的驱动轴或者其旋转轴线然而彼此三维轴线平行、即按字面地彼此轴线平行地布置。这一点在这种描述的范围中原则上在下述情况下情况如此:并未另加说明。例如驱动轴附加地平行于机动车的纵轴布置。
可以规定,第一驱动设备和第二驱动设备并排布置。关于其驱动轴或者说其旋转轴线这意味着,驱动设备沿轴向方向重叠。第一驱动设备和第二驱动设备应刚好沿轴向方向不彼此间隔开,而是更确切地说在至少一个轴向位置上并排布置。特别优选地,驱动设备中沿轴向方向较小的一个(即或者第一驱动设备或者第二驱动设备)与沿轴向方向较大的那个完全重叠。例如第二驱动设备沿轴向方向小于第一驱动设备。
第一驱动设备和第二驱动设备的所述布置优选处于其安装位置中。上述情况应理解成在安装动力传动系或者说机动车之后第一驱动设备和第二驱动设备的最终布置。即安装位置存在于机动车行驶运行期间,在行驶运行期间借助第一驱动设备和/或借助第二驱动设备产生和/或提供用于驱动机动车的驱动功率。
所述至少一个第二驱动设备与第一离合器部件耦联。在此优选地,在第二驱动设备和第一离合器部件之间设置刚性和/或永久性的连接。例如第二驱动设备直接接合在第一离合器部件上,特别是,第一离合器部件由第二驱动设备的驱动轴形成,或反之亦然。优选地,在驱动设备共轴布置时考虑到该变型。然而,在第二驱动设备和第一离合器部件之间的耦联也可以在下述情况下通过至少一个传动级实现:特别是驱动设备彼此轴线平行地布置。
第二驱动设备可以通过传动级连接到多挡变速器上。更确切地说,该传动级用于使第二驱动设备与切换离合器的第一离合器部件耦联。特别是通过传动级建立了在第二驱动设备和第一离合器部件之间的优选刚性的和/或永久性的作用连接。这意味着,第二驱动设备永久性地与多挡变速器作用连接,其中该作用连接通过切换离合器的第一离合器部件且可选地通过传动级存在。
本发明的一种优选的设计方案规定,传动级设计成齿轮级。当然,该传动机构或者说传动级能以任意方式构成、即例如设计成齿轮传动装置或皮带传动装置。然而形状配合的作用连接是特别优选地,该形状配合的作用连接通过将传动级设计成齿轮级来实现。齿轮级具有多个齿轮,其中每两个彼此啮合、即彼此接合。
优选规定,第一驱动设备和第二驱动设备在输入轴的确定的旋转方向下具有相同的旋转方向。为此,传动级可以相应地构成。就此而言,传动级以维持旋转方向的方式构成并且为此目的例如具有奇数个齿轮、即至少三个齿轮。
在本发明的另一种设计方案的范围内规定,切换离合器布置在多挡变速器的变速器壳体中。以这种方式和方法实现了特别高的集成度,并且就此而言实现了动力传动系的较小的构造空间需求。变速器壳体特别是容置多挡变速器的变速器元件、即例如至少一个齿轮组或行星齿轮组。切换离合器现在同样布置在这个变速器壳体中,从而切换离合器集成到多挡变速器中。
在本发明的另一种特别优选的设计方案的范围内规定,在第一离合器部件上形成外齿部,所述外齿部形成了传动级的一部分。传动级的至少一个轮或齿轮直接接合在第一离合器部件上并且在此与第一离合器部件的外齿部啮合。优选地,外齿部与第一离合器部件一体地和/或材料统一地构成。然而还可以规定,外齿部与第一离合器部件分离地制造并且随后固定在第一离合器部件上。然而在每一种情况下,外齿部不能相对转动地与第一离合器部件连接。
本发明的一种改进方案提出,所述第一离合器部件通过空心轴与第二驱动设备耦联,在所述空心轴中布置了使减振器与第二离合器部件连接的耦联轴。通过空心轴实现了在第一离合器部件和第二驱动设备之间的作用连接。例如空心轴从第一离合器部件开始沿轴向方向朝向第一驱动设备和/或第二驱动设备的方向延伸。
附加地或替选地,空心轴从第一离合器部件开始沿与多挡变速器背离的方向延伸。空心轴用于容置耦联轴的至少一部分。减振器通过耦联轴与第二离合器部件作用连接、特别是刚性和/或永久性地作用连接。特别优选地,耦联轴沿轴向方向完全穿过空心轴。
本发明的另一种设计方案提出,所述输入轴一方与第一驱动轴和/或空心轴和/或耦联轴一方共轴布置。一个轴或多个轴——其从第一驱动轴、空心轴和耦联轴选出——应与输入轴共轴地布置。上述情况还能实现动力传动系的紧凑的且节省空间的设计方案。
本发明的一种优选的设计方案提出,所述耦联轴通过至少一个轴承支承在空心轴上。就此而言,轴承位于耦联轴和空心轴之间。特别优选地,耦联轴借助轴承支承在空心轴中。这意味着,轴承沿径向方向看在内部抵靠在耦联轴或者说耦联轴的外周上,并且沿径向方向在外部抵靠在空心轴或者说空心轴的内周上。特别优选地,设置多个这种类型的轴承,所述轴承沿轴向方向彼此间隔开地布置。
在本发明的另一种实施方式的范围内可以规定,在空心轴上布置或构成有齿轮,所述齿轮形成传动级的一部分。齿轮可以是空心轴的组成部分,并且就此而言与该空心轴一体地和/或材料统一地构成。替选地,齿轮与空心轴分开地构成并且固定在空心轴上。齿轮形成了传动级的一部分,从而第二驱动设备通过空心轴与第一离合器部件作用连接并且又通过该第一离合器部件与多挡变速器作用连接,特别是刚性和/或永久性地作用连接。
本发明的另一种优选实施方式提出,所述齿轮布置在变速器壳体的外部。前面已经阐述,所述切换离合器优选布置在变速器壳体中。相应地可以规定,空心轴从变速器壳体中伸出,从而齿轮布置在变速器壳体的外部。以这种方式和方法实现了多挡变速器的可靠地封装。
在本发明的另一种设计方案的范围内规定,所述第一离合器部件为了致动切换离合器而能轴向移动。这一点尤其在下述情况下情况如此:切换离合器设计成膜片离合器。在切换离合器的第一切换状态中,第一离合器部件就此而言布置在第一轴向位置中并且在第二切换状态中布置在第二轴向位置中。如果设置空心轴,空心轴可以与第一离合器部件一起沿轴向方向以移动或能移动的方式布置。为此,传动级优选以下述方式构成,沿轴向方向补偿了由于移动而出现的空心轴错位。特别是,传动级的齿轮具有下述宽度,该宽度确保了,所述齿轮在第一离合器部件的每个位置中彼此啮合。
最后在本发明的另一种实施方式中可以规定,所述第一驱动设备设计成内燃机和/或所述第二驱动设备设计成电机。如上所述,在这种设计方案中动力传动系设计成了混合动力传动系。

具体实施方式
图1示出了动力传动系1的示意图,该动力传动系例如可以用于驱动机动车。动力传动系1具有带有第一驱动轴3的第一驱动设备2和带有第二驱动轴5的第二驱动设备4。第一驱动设备2设计成内燃机,第二驱动设备4设计成电机。第二驱动设备4布置成与第一驱动设备2轴线平行、特别是布置在其旁边。这应当理解成,驱动设备2和4沿基于其驱动轴3和5的轴向方向彼此以至少部分重叠的方式、特别是以完全重合的方式布置。替选地可以设置驱动设备2和4的共轴布置。
此外,动力传动系1具有多挡变速器6以及切换离合器7。多挡变速器6具有输入轴8和输出轴9。在输入轴8和输出轴9之间的传动比能利用多挡变速器6设定为不同的传动比。
驱动轴3在其背离于第一驱动设备2的一侧上与减振器10在该减振器的输入侧上连接。在其背离于第一驱动设备2或者说第一驱动轴3的侧面上、即在输出侧,减振器10与切换离合器7的内支承件11作用连接、特别是刚性和/或永久性连接。内支承件11还可以称为第二离合器部件11。在减振器10和内支承件11之间的作用连接例如通过耦联轴12来设置。
切换离合器7的外支承件13——其还可以称为第一离合器部件13——与多挡变速器6或者说其输入轴8作用连接、特别是刚性和/或永久性连接。切换离合器7优选设计成膜片离合器,即具有起始于内支承件11的膜片和起始于外支承件13的膜片,这些膜片彼此接合。例如通过借助致动器14轴向移动外支承件13,可以使切换离合器7接合,从而所述膜片力锁合地共同作用,并且建立了在内支承件11和外支承件13之间的作用连接。外支承件13的移动通过箭头15示出。可以明显地看出,输入轴8与耦联轴12和第一驱动轴3共轴地布置。特别是沿轴向方向,切换离合器7布置在第一驱动设备2和多挡变速器6之间。
在此示出的第一实施方式中设置了与外支承件13连接的空心轴16,其中作用连接优选是刚性的和/或永久性的。在空心轴16中至少部分地布置耦联轴12。特别是耦联轴12沿轴向方向完全穿过空心轴16。此外可以规定,耦联轴12支承在空心轴16中或者说上。为此目的设置轴承17,所述轴承沿径向方向在内部抵靠在耦联轴12的外周上并且在外部抵靠在空心轴16的内周上,从而沿径向方向基于空心轴16对耦联轴12进行支承。
在空心轴16上布置或者说固定有齿轮18,该齿轮形成传动级19的一部分。通过传动级19使第二驱动设备4与外支承件13作用连接,并且通过该外支承件与多挡变速器6或者说其输入轴8作用连接、特别是刚性和/或永久性连接。传动级19在此具有齿轮20,该齿轮与驱动轴5连接、特别是布置在该驱动轴上。齿轮18和20通过中间齿轮21彼此作用连接,该中间齿轮一方面与齿轮20且另一方面与齿轮18啮合。
图2示出了动力传动系1的第二种实施方式。这种实施方式基本上类似于第一种实施方式,从而可以参考上述实施方式,下面进探讨不同之处。不同之处在于,未设置空心轴16、轴承17和齿轮18。更确切地说,外支承件13具有外齿部22,其形成了传动级19的一部分。为此目的,中间齿轮21一方面与齿轮20啮合并且另一方面与外齿部22啮合,从而通过传动级19建立了在第二驱动设备4与外支承件13、因此与多挡变速器6之间的作用连接。这种设计方案能进一步降低动力传动系1的结构空间需求。
动力传动系1的两种实施方式的特征在于紧凑的结构且因此较小的结构空间需求。上述情况尤其能通过第一驱动设备2和第二驱动设备4的轴线平行或共轴的布置来实现,从而两个驱动设备2和4能容易地与多挡变速器6作用连接。在第一驱动设备2和多挡变速器6之间的作用连接通过切换离合器7设置。该作用连接能被相应选择地断开或建立。特别是,第一驱动设备2在切换离合器7的第一切换状态中与多挡变速器6解耦,而在第二切换状态中形成了在第一驱动设备2和多挡变速器6之间的作用连接。相反,第二驱动设备4永久性地与多挡变速器6作用连接。

Claims (5)

1.用于机动车的动力传动系(1),包括:具有第一驱动轴(3)的第一驱动设备(2);至少一个具有第二驱动轴(5)的第二驱动设备(4);以及多挡变速器(6),其中第一驱动设备(2)通过减振器(10)和切换离合器(7)与多挡变速器(6)作用连接,所述切换离合器(7)具有与多挡变速器(6)的输入轴(8)耦联的第一离合器部件(13)和通过减振器(10)与第一驱动设备(2)耦联的第二离合器部件(11),第一驱动设备(2)和所述至少一个第二驱动设备(4)布置成彼此轴线平行,其中所述至少一个第二驱动设备(4)通过至少一个传动级(19)与第一离合器部件(13)耦联,所述切换离合器(7)布置在多挡变速器(6)的变速器壳体中,其特征在于,所述第一离合器部件(13)通过空心轴(16)与第二驱动设备(4)耦联,在所述空心轴中布置有使减振器(10)与第二离合器部件(11)连接的耦联轴(12),在空心轴(16)上布置或构成有齿轮(18),所述齿轮形成传动级(19)的一部分,所述齿轮(18)布置在变速器壳体的外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动系,其特征在于,所述输入轴(8)与第一驱动轴(3)和/或空心轴(16)和/或耦联轴(12)共轴布置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的动力传动系,其特征在于,所述耦联轴(12)通过至少一个轴承(17)支承在空心轴(16)上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的动力传动系,其特征在于,所述第一离合器部件(13)为了致动切换离合器(7)而能轴向移动。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的动力传动系,其特征在于,所述第一驱动设备(2)设计成内燃机和/或所述第二驱动设备(4)设计成电机。
