本发明涉及一种变速器装置,用于车辆,该变速器装置通过启动元件与驱动发动机耦合。
背景技术
由车辆工程公知了用于车辆的变速器装置。在公知的变速器装置中例如使用离合器,以便尤其是在启动过程期间通过内燃发动机驱动时降低离合器闭合时的速度差。在此,很多能量转变成摩擦热量,由此需要充分冷却离合器。此外需要特殊的实施形式来舒适地并且使构件受到保护地执行该过程。
另外,由文献DE 10243535A1公知了一种变速器,该变速器为了调整不同的变速比而使用可调节的曲柄连杆机构。曲柄连杆机构包括一个主动轴和一个被动轴,该主动轴和该被动轴可转动地并且彼此相对平行地设置在变速器壳体中。这两个轴在驱动上彼此连接。该连接借助于设置在主动轴上的偏心轮传动装置和设置在被动轴上的空程装置来进行,该偏心轮传动装置和该空程装置通过多个构造成连杆状的连接元件彼此连接。偏心轮传动装置通过多个偏心轮单元实现。为了形成偏心轮单元,主动轴具有相对于该主动轴的旋转轴线偏心地设置的导向区域,偏心轮构件可扭转地支承在该导向区域的壳面上。待驱动的轴或形成所述待驱动的轴的导向区域具有在轴线方向上延伸的凹部,该凹部接收调节轴。调节轴通过齿部与偏心轮构件耦合,其中,调节轴可通过调节机构调节,以便在变速器中调整期望的变速比例。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,提供开头所述类型的变速器装置,在该变速器装置中,至少在结构空间相同的情况下实现改善的启动过程。
根据本发明,该任务通过一种变速器装置来解决,该变速器装置用于车辆,该变速器装置通过启动元件与驱动发动机耦合,其中,作为启动元件设置有可调节的曲柄连杆机构或类似装置,其中,曲柄连杆机构的输入轴在驱动侧与驱动发动机的驱动轴耦合,曲柄连杆机构的输出轴与一个CVT变速器的第一盘组耦合。由此,在启动过程期间可使用曲柄连杆机构并且在启动过程结束之后可通过CVT变速器的变速机构无级地调整期望的变速比例。。
作为启动元件设置的曲柄连杆机构优选可如由开头所述文献所公知的那样构造。但也可使用其它曲柄连杆机构。在根据本发明提出的变速器装置中,通过使用曲柄连杆机构,在结构空间相同或较小的情况下实现功能扩展,其中,除了启动过程得到改善之外,也实现较大的变速器传动范围和更大的行驶舒适性。
本发明的一个可能扩展可这样来实现:在作为启动元件设置的曲柄连杆机构上连接着至少一个另外的组件,所述另外的组件可以尤其是也无级地实现不同变速比。优选所述组件可与用作启动元件的曲柄连杆机构一起这样设置,使得在变速比中实现更大的传动范围并且还可保持期望的行驶特性、例如惯性工况运转。作为另外的组件例如可使用无级地变速的变速器。也可考虑其它变速器装置作为附加的组件。
本发明的另一个实施形式可提出,曲柄连杆机构的输入轴在驱动侧与CVT变速器的第一盘组耦合并且曲柄连杆机构的输出轴与第二盘组或者与输出部分耦合。以此方式,在需要时,不仅启动功能而且期望变速比的调整可通过曲柄连杆机构来进行。
优选曲柄连杆机构的输入轴可在从动侧通过一个离合器、例如牙嵌离合器或类似装置与CVT变速器的第一盘组连接。由此,曲柄连杆机构的输入轴在驱动侧在需要时可与CVT变速器的第一盘组分开。作为一方面曲柄连杆机构的输入轴和/或输出轴与另一方面CVT变速器的第一盘组之间的连接可设置齿轮级、链传动装置或类似装置,以便在可调整的变速比例和可使用的功率分支方面更柔性地构造根据本发明的变速器装置。
优选使用齿轮级来实现必要的转动方向换向。根据本发明的一个有利的进一步构型可提出,转动方向换向在根据本发明提出的变速器装置中这样来实现:曲柄连杆机构包括一个可转换的空程装置或类似装置。由此在根据本发明的变速器装置中可节省另外的构件例如行星换向总成。
在本发明的另一个实施形式的范围内也可提出,曲柄连杆机构的输入轴以及输出轴分别与CVT变速器的第一盘组耦合。例如所述耦合可通过两个齿轮级来进行,其中,曲柄连杆机构的输入轴可通过一个离合器、例如牙嵌离合器或类似装置与第一盘组耦合。

具体实施方式
图1至图4中示出了根据本发明的变速器装置的不同实施例。与对应的实施例无关,一个曲柄连杆机构1至少作为启动元件通过曲柄连杆机构1的输入轴2与车辆驱动装置的未进一步示出的驱动轴连接,其中,驱动轴示意性地通过箭头来表示。由此在结构空间和重量相同的情况下实现改善的变速器装置。
图1示出了第一实施例,在该第一实施例中,作为启动元件设置的曲柄连杆机构1的输出轴3通过牙嵌离合器4与CVT变速器的第一盘组5连接。通过CVT变速器无级地调节的变速比由CVT变速器的第二盘组6通过链传动装置7与输出差速器8耦合。链传动装置7在此用于转动方向换向。与对应的实施例无关,如果曲柄连杆机构1装备有可转换的空程装置,也可取消用于转动方向换向的构件,由此,在CVT变速器中在向前行驶与倒车行驶之间变换时进行转动方向换向。
图2中示出了本发明的第二实施例,其中,与第一实施例不同,曲柄连杆机构1的输入轴2通过牙嵌离合器9与CVT变速器的第一盘组5连接。以此方式,曲柄连杆机构1在需要时可通过打开的牙嵌离合器9与变速机构分支分开。在此情况下,曲柄连杆机构1可通过调节机构相应调节,以便可调整相应的变速比。曲柄连杆机构1的输出轴3总体上通过CVT变速器的第二盘组6配置给链传动装置7。链传动装置7也与输出差速器8形成连接。
图3示出了根据本发明的变速器装置的第三实施例,在该第三实施例中,与第二实施例不同,曲柄连杆机构1的输入轴2附加地通过齿轮级10与CVT变速器的第一盘组5耦合。齿轮级10在此例如用于附加减速。此外,输出轴3和CVT变速器的第二盘组6也通过另外的齿轮级11与输出差速器8连接。另外,变速器装置的各个构件的布置以这样的方式变化,使得曲柄连杆机构1与第二实施例相比较设置在另一侧。
最后,图4示出了第四实施例,在该第四实施例中,曲柄连杆机构1的输入轴2通过牙嵌离合器13和齿轮级10与CVT变速器的第一盘组5连接。另外,曲柄连杆机构1的输出轴3也通过齿轮级12与CVT变速器的第一盘组5连接。CVT变速器的第二盘组6通过用于转动方向换向的齿轮级11与输出差速器8连接。由此可通过曲柄连杆机构1实现启动过程和确定的变速比范围。然后,曲柄连杆机构1可通过牙嵌离合器13脱耦,由此通过CVT变速器于是实现其余的变速比范围。

Claims (5)

1.变速器装置,用于车辆,该变速器装置通过启动元件与驱动发动机耦合,其特征在于:作为启动元件设置有可调节的曲柄连杆机构(1),其中,该曲柄连杆机构(1)的输入轴(2)在驱动侧与该驱动发动机的驱动轴耦合,该曲柄连杆机构(1)的输出轴(3)与一个作为另外的组件的CVT变速器的第一盘组(5)耦合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变速器装置,其特征在于:在所述作为启动元件设置的曲柄连杆机构(1)上连接着至少一个另外的实现不同变速比的组件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的变速器装置,其特征在于:该曲柄连杆机构(1)包括一个可转换的空程装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的变速器装置,其特征在于:该曲柄连杆机构(1)的输入轴(2)和输出轴(3)与该CVT变速器的第一盘组耦合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的变速器装置,其特征在于:该曲柄连杆机构(1)的输入轴(2)和输出轴(3)分别通过一个齿轮级(10,12)与该第一盘组(5)连接,其中,该曲柄连杆机构(1)的输入轴(2)附加地通过一个离合器与该齿轮级(10)连接。
