前記電気パワートレイン(3)が、トルクを供給するためのローターシャフト(14)を備えた少なくとも1つの電気機械(13)を備え、
前記ハイブリッド駆動トレイン(1)が、さらに、前記内燃機関(6)および前記電気機械(13)の速度を減速するための、前記出力要素(4、5)に接続されたトルク伝達固定速度減速歯車装置(15)を備え、
前記出力要素(4、5)への前記可変変速機(10)によるトルク伝達のために、前記駆動シャフト(7)の軸方向拡張部として、単段固定速度トルク伝達駆動部(18、19)のみが設けられる、ことを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動トレイン。 - 出力要素(4、5)へ必要性に応じたトルクを提供するための、燃焼パワートレイン(2)および電気パワートレイン(3)を有するハイブリッド駆動トレイン(1)であって、
前記燃焼パワートレイン(2)が、少なくとも、
トルクを供給するための駆動シャフト(7)を有する内燃機関(6)と、
トルクを電気エネルギーに変換するための発電機シャフト(9)を備えた発電機(8)と、
前記駆動シャフト(7)のトルクを可変的に変換するように構成された可変変速機(10)と、
前記内燃機関(6)から前記出力要素(4、5)へのトルク伝達を接続および切断するためのトルククラッチ(11)と、を有し、
前記電気パワートレイン(3)が、トルクを供給するためのローターシャフト(14)を備えた少なくとも1つの電気機械(13)を備え、
前記ハイブリッド駆動トレイン(1)が、さらに、前記内燃機関(6)および前記電気機械(13)の速度を減速するための、前記出力要素(4、5)に接続されたトルク伝達固定速度減速歯車装置(15)を備え、
3つのスイッチング状態を有するトルククラッチ(11)が、前記可変変速機(10)の入力側に設けられる、ことを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動トレイン。 - 請求項1から4のうちの少なくとも2つに記載のハイブリッド駆動トレイン(1)。
- 前記駆動シャフト(7)、前記発電機シャフト(9)および前記ローターシャフト(14)が同じ軸方向(22)を指す、請求項1から5のうちいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド駆動トレイン(1)。
- 前記燃焼パワートレイン(2)における前記トルククラッチ(12)が、以下の3つのスイッチング状態a.からc.のうちの少なくとも2つを準備状態で維持するように構成される、請求項1から6のうちいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド駆動トレイン(1):
a.前記発電機(8)および前記内燃機関(6)が、トルク伝達方式で前記出力要素(4、5)に接続される、
b.前記出力要素(4、5)への燃焼側トルク伝達が遮断され、前記発電機(8)が、トルク伝達方式で前記内燃機関(6)にのみ接続される、
c.前記燃焼側では、前記発電機(8)のみまたは前記内燃機関(6)のみがトルク伝達方式で前記出力要素(4、5)に接続される。 - 前記発電機シャフト(9)が、好ましくは単段減速方式でリングギアを備えるトルク伝達ユニット(23)によってトルク伝達方式で前記可変変速機(10)に接続される、請求項1から7のうちいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド駆動トレイン(1)。
- 前記可変変速機(10)が、連続的に調整可能な変換比を有するベルト変速機として構成され、
前記発電機(8)および前記内燃機関(6)が、好ましくは、前記変速機の入力側においてトルク伝達方式で接続される、請求項1から8のうちいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド駆動トレイン(1)。 - 前記トルク伝達固定速度減速歯車装置(15)が、差動装置(42)として、好ましくは平歯車差動装置として構成されるか、または差動装置(42)に構造的に一体化される、請求項1から9のうちいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド駆動トレイン(1)。
