When the detected metal moves to the position of the metal removing device 2050-400, the vertical moving mechanism 2050-402 moves downwards to be close to a conveyor belt of a belt conveyor, then the longitudinal moving mechanism 2050-401 moves forwards, the metal is removed through the removing head 2050-403 on the longitudinal moving mechanism 2050-401, and the removed metal falls into the bin 2050-600 through the chute 2050-101 on the rack 2050-100. Then, the vertical moving mechanisms 2050 to 402 retract, the longitudinal moving mechanisms 2050 to 401 retract, and the household garbage moving on the belt conveyors 2050 to 200 is bypassed and then returned to the initial position.
In this embodiment, the actuating elements of the longitudinal moving mechanism and the vertical moving mechanism may be air cylinders, hydraulic cylinders or electric push rods in the prior art to realize the functions of longitudinal movement and vertical movement, the electric control elements for controlling the air cylinders and the hydraulic cylinders may be electromagnetic valves, and the electric control elements for controlling the electric push rods may be motors. step 4, conveying oversize materials of the large-particle roller screening machine to a magnetic separator, separating ferrous metals, conveying to a crusher for secondary crushing, conveying to a metal separator for secondary separation, and separating out intermediate available materials;
step 5, conveying the intermediate available materials sorted by the metal sorting machine to a crusher for crushing, a magnetic separator for magnetic separation, and then conveying the intermediate available materials to a next-stage crusher for crushing to obtain available materials which can be used as fuel raw materials;
step 6, conveying undersize materials of the small-particle drum screening machine to a magnetic separator, separating ferrous metals, conveying to a vibrating screen, conveying the undersize materials to a storage bin, conveying oversize materials to a gravity separation conveyor for further separation, conveying the separated unusable materials to the storage bin, and taking the usable materials as raw materials for manufacturing fuel rods;
step 7, conveying the available materials to a stirrer through a weighing conveyer, proportioning the weight of the fuel auxiliaries to be added according to the weight of the available materials entering the stirrer by a feeder of the fuel auxiliaries, and conveying the fuel auxiliaries to the stirrer;
step 8, stirring and mixing the available materials and the fuel auxiliary agent by a stirrer to form a stirring mixture;
step 9, stirring the mixture and conveying the mixture to a semi-finished product warehouse;
step 10, stirring the mixture and sending the mixture to a fuel rod forming machine from a semi-finished product warehouse to press a fuel rod;
step 11, sending the fuel rods to a finished product warehouse;
and step 12, sending the fuel rods from the finished product warehouse to a fuel rod gasification furnace to generate combustible gas, and providing the combustible gas for a gas generator set to generate electricity.
In the process flow, the materials in the household garbage treatment can be conveyed by the conveyor.
In the process flow, the steps 1 to 3 are completed by a household garbage coarse-level treatment device group, the steps 4 to 6 are completed by a household garbage fine-treatment device group, the steps 7 to 11 are completed by household garbage fuel rod forming production equipment, and the step 12 is completed by a gas power generation device group.

the household garbage primary sorting platform comprises a rack, a belt conveyor, a waste material removing device, an image acquisition device, a display device, a controller and an isolation unit, wherein the belt conveyor is arranged on the rack, the waste material removing device is arranged above the belt conveyor, and the image acquisition device is arranged above the waste material removing device; the display device and the controller are arranged in the isolation unit, and the image acquisition device is electrically connected with the display device; the waste material removing device is provided with a removing head for removing waste materials; the waste material removing device is electrically connected with the controller through an electric control element, and the isolation unit is separated from the surrounding environment of the household garbage to be treated; the waste material removing device is provided with a longitudinal moving mechanism, the longitudinal moving mechanism is provided with a vertical moving mechanism, and the vertical moving mechanism is provided with a removing head for removing waste materials; in the isolation unit, an operator synchronously sees the condition on the primary domestic garbage sorting platform through the image acquisition device and the display device, and performs manual operation through the controller to control the waste material removing device on the primary domestic garbage sorting platform and remove waste materials required to be removed.

and step 12, sending the fuel rods from the finished product warehouse to a fuel rod gasification furnace to generate combustible gas, and providing the combustible gas for a gas generator set to generate electricity.
