Description

发明背景
本发明涉及一种由塑性材料制成的带盖容器组件，其适用于运输和储存危险材料，并符合相应的联合国(UN)规范的限制，特别是在抗冲击和抗内压变化方面。
现有技术
管理危险材料的运输和储存的UN规范要求所使用的容器具有能够毫无困难地克服各种约束的特征。
UN规范(联合国危险材料的运输规范)强调了容器内的压力变化对经受长期温度和/或压力变化的挥发性材料的影响。给予跌落试验同样的重视：这种事件可能导致装满材料的容器内的压力突然增加，并且盖子意外脱离，从而导致产品的泄漏和外部环境的污染。偶然撞击和容器内部释放的汽化物通常导致变形、从所在位置离开，并且还导致密封件(通常用于确保盖和容器之间的密封)的破坏。

发明内容

参考图1，容器1包括通常为圆形的底部20，其连接到围绕纵向轴线(A)的大致为圆柱形或锥形的主体侧壁3；该侧壁3具有上缘4，其界定和形成将由盖2闭合的容器1的进入开口(参见图4)。

在图4的例子中，盖2的环形带10具有上接合和密封环形元件11、下接合环形元件15以及中间撕开环形元件13；然而，在一种可能的构型中，下接合环形元件15也可以没有，这不影响根据UN规范的容器1和盖2的环形带5、10之间的密封特征，以防止材料从容器2中意外泄漏。

Claims (5)

1.一种由塑性材料制成的带盖(2)容器(1)组件，所述带盖容器组件中的容器(1)包括：
围绕容器的纵向轴线(A)的基本圆柱形或锥形的侧壁(3)和连接到所述侧壁(3)的底部(20)，所述侧壁(3)具有限定所述容器(1)的进入开口的上缘(4)；
位于所述侧壁(3)的外侧的第一外环形带(5)，所述第一外环形带设置有用于将所述带盖容器组件中的盖(2)接合到所述容器(1)的第一圆形肋(6)和至少一个第二圆形肋(7)；
所述盖(2)包括：
中央部分(8)和与所述容器(1)的所述侧壁(3)相适配的周壁(9)，所述盖还包括可释放地接合所述容器(1)的所述外环形带(5)的第二外环形带(10)；
所述盖(2)的所述第二外环形带(10)包括上环形元件(11)和所述上环形元件下方的至少一个环形元件(13)，所述上环形元件(11)通过反U形的上环形通道(12)连接到所述周壁(9)，所述至少一个环形元件(13)通过第一圆形撕开线(14)连接到所述上环形元件(11)；其中，所述容器(1)的外环形带(5)和所述盖(2)的外环形带(10)的面对面的表面包括相对的接合肋；
其特征在于：
所述带盖(2)容器(1)组件还包括：
在所述容器(1)的所述侧壁(3)和所述盖(2)的所述周壁(9)的相对的表面之间的第一过盈密封区(21)；
在所述容器(1)的所述上缘(4)和所述盖(2)的所述上环形通道(12)之间的第二接触密封区(22)；
在所述盖(2)和所述容器(1)的二者的外环形带(10、5)的所述相对的接合肋之间的第三接触密封区(23)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的由塑性材料制成的带盖(2)容器(1)组件，其中，所述第一和第二圆形肋(6、7)由锥形接触表面界定。
3.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的由塑性材料制成的带盖(2)容器(1)组件，其中，在所述容器(1)的所述侧壁(3)的内部存在台阶(26)以进一步形成过盈密封区(27')。
4.根据权利要求1所述的由塑性材料制成的带盖(2)容器(1)组件，其中，所述盖(2)的外环形带(10)包括下环形元件(15)，该下环形元件(15)通过第二撕开线(16)与作为中间环形元件的所述至少一个环形元件(13)连接并向下延伸，所述盖(2)的所述外环形带(10)的所述下环形元件(15)的端部为设置有肋(17)的周缘，该肋(17)延伸到所述容器(1)的所述外环形带(5)的U形开口向上的下环形通道(18)内，与所述下环形通道(18)内的相应肋(19)接合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的由塑性材料制成的带盖(2)容器(1)组件，包括用于所述盖(2)的手柄(25)，所述手柄(25)与所述盖(2)的所述环形带(10)的所述上环形元件(11)成一体。
