Abstract
本发明涉及一种面板转换连接机构及含有该机构的复合型墙面系统,所述的连接机构由多条相互垂直交叉连接成网状结构的转换组件构成,所述的转换组件包括支撑连接部以及分别设置在支撑连接部两侧的折压板、平压板;含有该机构的复合型墙面系统,包括墙体、与墙体固定连接的防火面板、与防火面板固定连接的保温面板、设置在防火面板与保温面板之间的空气夹层以及布设在空气夹层中的面板转换连接机构,所述的保温面板通过面板转换连接机构与防火面板固定连接,构成复合型墙面。与现有技术相比,本发明整体结构简单,施工方便,具有保温隔热、耐火的特点,降低了能耗,降低工程总造价,提高经济效益,具有很好的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于钢结构建筑技术领域,涉及一种面板转换连接机构及含有该机构的复合型墙面系统。
背景技术
岩棉板是以玄武岩及其它天然矿石等为主要原料,经高温熔融成纤,加入适量粘结剂,固化加工而制成的。目前,岩棉板已广泛用于钢结构厂房、简易活动房的屋面、墙体、空气洁净室的吊顶与隔断。岩棉板产品具有以下特点:1)防火性能好;2)彩钢岩棉复合板隔热保温;3)彩钢岩棉复合板色泽鲜艳;4)彩钢岩棉复合板安装灵活。这种产品的主要特点是防火性能特别优异。
聚氨酯板是建筑用聚氨酯绝热夹芯板,聚氨酯硬泡作为保温层的双金属面、单金属面、非金属面复合板材,通常用于工业厂房、物流仓储、集成房屋的墙面、屋面围护系统。这种产品的主要特点是保温性能特别优异。
然而,目前现有的墙面系统为了解决消防问题只选择岩棉板,但其保温效果不佳,因为聚氨酯导热系数小于0.023W/MK,而岩棉导热系数小于0.034W/MK。如果要满足保温的目的,则需要大大增加岩棉的厚度,这样既增加了成本,又增加了建筑物外板的重量,而且还会增加次结构、主结构,甚至基础的造价,对整个建筑物的成本控制不利。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种结构简单、紧凑,经济实用,施工便捷的面板转换连接机构及含有该机构的复合型墙面系统。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种面板转换连接机构,该连接机构由多条相互垂直交叉连接成网状结构的转换组件构成,所述的转换组件包括支撑连接部以及分别设置在支撑连接部两侧的折压板、平压板。
所述的支撑连接部为一侧敞口的矩形连接板。
所述的矩形连接板与平压板的连接处为圆弧过渡。
所述的矩形连接板的两直角处为圆弧过渡。
所述的折压板为阶梯形折压板,该阶梯形折压板的弯折处为圆弧过渡。
一种含有面板转换连接机构的复合型墙面系统,该系统包括墙体、与墙体固定连接的防火面板、与防火面板固定连接的保温面板、设置在防火面板与保温面板之间的空气夹层以及布设在空气夹层中的面板转换连接机构,所述的保温面板通过面板转换连接机构与防火面板固定连接,构成复合型墙面。
所述的支撑连接部与保温面板固定连接,所述的折压板插嵌入防火面板的板缝中,并与防火面板固定连接,所述的平压板抵在防火面板表面上。
所述的防火面板为岩棉板,所述的保温面板为聚氨酯板。
本发明复合型墙面系统,将防火面板与保温面板有机结合在一起,并在两者之间布设面板转换连接机构,施工更加简单便捷,既能插嵌入防火面板的板缝内,又能进行保温面板的固定安装,不至于损伤板材,能起到很好的加固支撑作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下特点:
1)由于采用面板转换连接机构,能够有效将防火面板与保温面板有机结合在一起,并固定在墙体上,使得整个墙面系统具有优异的保温及防火性能;
2)由于在面板转换连接机构中采用多条相互垂直交叉连接成网状结构的转换组件结构,则能够有效保证板与板之间对接的准确性,确保了墙面系统安装的便捷性和牢固性;
3)由于在防火面板与保温面板之间设置空气夹层,一方面为面板转换连接机构提供安装空间,另一方面还能起到保温及隔音作用,进一步降低整个墙面系统的重量,减少耗材,降低经济成本;
4)整体结构简单,施工方便,具有保温隔热、耐火的特点,降低了能耗,降低工程总造价,提高经济效益,具有很好的应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例:
如图1所示,一种含有面板转换连接机构的复合型墙面系统,该系统包括墙体1、与墙体1固定连接的防火面板2以及与防火面板2固定连接的保温面板3,防火面板2与保温面板3之间设有空气夹层4,该空气夹层4中设有面板转换连接机构,保温面板3通过面板转换连接机构与防火面板2固定在一起,共同构成复合型墙面。防火面板2为岩棉板,保温面板3为聚氨酯板。
其中,面板转换连接机构由多条相互垂直交叉连接成网状结构的转换组件5构成。如图2-3所示,转换组件5包括支撑连接部51以及分别设置在支撑连接部51两侧的折压板52、平压板53,支撑连接部51与保温面板3固定连接,折压板52插嵌入防火面板的板缝6中,并与防火面板2固定连接,平压板53抵在防火面板2表面上。具体来说,支撑连接部51为一侧敞口的矩形连接板,该矩形连接板上均匀布设有多个第一螺钉安装孔54,并且第一螺钉安装孔54中设有第一螺钉55,保温面板3通过第一螺钉55与矩形连接板固定连接。矩形连接板的两直角处为圆弧过渡7,并且矩形连接板与平压板53的连接处为圆弧过渡7。折压板52为阶梯形折压板,该阶梯形折压板的弯折处为圆弧过渡7。折压板52的底部均匀布设有多个第二螺钉安装孔56,并且第二螺钉安装孔56中设有第二螺钉57,该第二螺钉57穿过防火面板2并插设在墙体1中。
本实施例复合型墙面系统,将防火面板2与保温面板3有机结合在一起,并在两者之间布设面板转换连接机构,施工更加简单便捷,既能插嵌入防火面板的板缝6内,又能进行保温面板3的固定安装,不至于损伤板材,能起到很好的加固支撑作用。
在技术效果方面,由于采用面板转换连接机构,能够有效将防火面板2与保温面板3有机结合在一起,并固定在墙体1上,使得整个墙面系统具有优异的保温及防火性能;同时,由于在面板转换连接机构中采用多条相互垂直交叉连接成网状结构的转换组件5结构,则能够有效保证板与板之间对接的准确性,确保了墙面系统安装的便捷性和牢固性;而设置在防火面板2与保温面板3之间空气夹层4,一方面为面板转换连接机构提供安装空间,另一方面还能起到保温及隔音作用,进一步降低整个墙面系统的重量,减少耗材,降低经济成本。

1.一种面板转换连接机构,其特征在于,该连接机构由多条相互垂直交叉连接成网状结构的转换组件(5)构成,所述的转换组件(5)包括支撑连接部(51)以及分别设置在支撑连接部(51)两侧的折压板(52)、平压板(53)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种面板转换连接机构,其特征在于,所述的支撑连接部(51)为一侧敞口的矩形连接板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种面板转换连接机构,其特征在于,所述的矩形连接板与平压板(53)的连接处为圆弧过渡(7)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种面板转换连接机构,其特征在于,所述的矩形连接板的两直角处为圆弧过渡(7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种面板转换连接机构,其特征在于,所述的折压板(52)为阶梯形折压板,该阶梯形折压板的弯折处为圆弧过渡(7)。
6.一种含有权利要求1至5任一项所述的面板转换连接机构的复合型墙面系统,其特征在于,该系统包括墙体(1)、与墙体(1)固定连接的防火面板(2)、与防火面板(2)固定连接的保温面板(3)、设置在防火面板(2)与保温面板(3)之间的空气夹层(4)以及布设在空气夹层(4)中的面板转换连接机构,所述的保温面板(3)通过面板转换连接机构与防火面板(2)固定连接,构成复合型墙面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种含有面板转换连接机构的复合型墙面系统,其特征在于,所述的支撑连接部(51)与保温面板(3)固定连接,所述的折压板(52)插嵌入防火面板的板缝(6)中,并与防火面板(2)固定连接,所述的平压板(53)抵在防火面板(2)表面上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种含有面板转换连接机构的复合型墙面系统,其特征在于,所述的防火面板(2)为岩棉板,所述的保温面板(3)为聚氨酯板。
