Abstract
本发明涉及一种动力分离式走航式ADCP遥控电动船,包括船体,船体由前至后依次设有电池腔、ADCP安装腔和动力腔,电池腔内设有动力电池且经电池封盖通过螺栓锁紧盖装,ADCP安装腔内经螺栓锁紧连接带倾斜角度的安装座,ADCP呈不同测量倾斜角安装在安装座上,动力腔内设有朝向船体后部喷水推进的喷水推进泵且经动力封盖通过螺栓锁紧盖装,船体后部或后端上部还对称设有两只以上涵道。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种遥控测量船,具体说是一种动力分离式走航式ADCP遥控电动船。
背景技术
传统的ADCP遥控船动力安装在川内,各部件结构件与船体固定采用螺丝压接和胶水粘结工艺,存在船舱容易进水的缺点,造船工艺不美观,且维修时需要将船体结构拆开才能维修更换,修护不便。另外,遥控船在随河流水面流速加大而增大、减小船速时,船体与水面角度实时调整,而其上固定安装的ADCP测量角度固定,无法准确的垂直水底进行测量,测量精度低。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述问题,本发明提供了一种结构紧凑,安装、维护便捷,能实时调整ADCP测量角度满足测量精度要求的动力分离式走航式ADCP遥控电动船。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种动力分离式走航式ADCP遥控电动船,其特征在于:包括船体,船体由前至后依次设有电池腔、ADCP安装腔和动力腔,电池腔内设有动力电池且经电池封盖通过螺栓锁紧盖装,ADCP安装腔内经螺栓锁紧连接带倾斜角度的安装座,ADCP呈不同测量倾斜角安装在安装座上,动力腔内设有朝向船体后部喷水推进的喷水推进泵且经动力封盖通过螺栓锁紧盖装,船体后部或后端上部还对称设有两只以上涵道。
进一步地,所述电池腔或动力腔内设控制器,控制器连接动力电池、ADCP、喷水推进泵、涵道。
进一步地,所述动力电池经船体内走线连接喷水推进泵、涵道。
进一步地,所述安装座经旋转电机呈可旋转调节倾斜角度安装在ADCP安装腔内,旋转电机连接远程遥控或连接电动船内置控制器。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明的有益效果是:动力电池单独安装于船体前部的电池腔内且经电池封盖封装,喷水推进泵单独安装于船体后的动力腔内且经动力封盖封装,ADCP经安装座安装在ADCP安装腔内,各部件独立安装,维护时只需单独查找问题并维护更换,无需将船体拆开,安装、维护便捷;在测量不同流速的河流时,ADCP的安装座可选择不同倾斜角的安装座使用,也可通过旋转电机实时控制安装座旋转角度满足测量时ADCP垂直水底进行测量的要求,确保测量精度。旋转电机的控制可通过船体整体的控制器,或远程遥控器实时测量船速、流速计算倾斜角度完成角度的自动调整,调整测量精度高。

以下结合附图和实施例作进一步说明。
图1所示:一种动力分离式走航式ADCP遥控电动船包括船体1,船体1由前至后依次设有电池腔2、ADCP安装腔5和动力腔9,电池腔2内设有动力电池3且经电池封盖4通过螺栓锁紧盖装,ADCP安装腔5内设有安装座6,安装座经旋转电机7呈可旋转调节倾斜角度安装在ADCP安装腔内,ADCP 8呈不同测量倾斜角安装在安装座6上,动力腔9内设有朝向船体后部喷水推进的喷水推进泵10且经动力封盖12通过螺栓锁紧盖装,船体后部或后端上部还对称设有两只以上涵道13,电池腔或动力腔内设控制器11,控制器连接动力电池、ADCP、喷水推进泵、涵道、旋转电机。高速航行时,船体倾斜角度最大可达28度,此时,通过船速、水流流速测量,计算并通过控制器控制旋转电机驱动安装座使ADCP旋转一定角度,满足ADCP实时垂直于水底进行测量。

1.一种动力分离式走航式ADCP遥控电动船,其特征在于:包括船体,船体由前至后依次设有电池腔、ADCP安装腔和动力腔,电池腔内设有动力电池且经电池封盖通过螺栓锁紧盖装,ADCP安装腔内经螺栓锁紧连接带倾斜角度的安装座,ADCP呈不同测量倾斜角安装在安装座上,动力腔内设有朝向船体后部喷水推进的喷水推进泵且经动力封盖通过螺栓锁紧盖装,船体后部或后端上部还对称设有两只以上涵道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种动力分离式走航式ADCP遥控电动船,其特征是:所述电池腔或动力腔内设控制器,控制器连接动力电池、ADCP、喷水推进泵、涵道。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种动力分离式走航式ADCP遥控电动船,其特征是:所述动力电池经船体内走线连接喷水推进泵、涵道。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种动力分离式走航式ADCP遥控电动船,其特征是:所述安装座经旋转电机呈可旋转调节倾斜角度安装在ADCP安装腔内,旋转电机连接远程遥控或连接电动船内置控制器。
