Abstract

减震管卡属于安装工程领域的。减震管卡的设计,自身可以起到主动减震的作用,可以有效过滤来自主体的震动,从而减轻因主体震动对管道的损伤。当减震管卡安装在当前的高架桥和桥梁工程上,可以有效缓解主体震动对管道的损伤。防震高强度管卡由固定边、活动边、紧固件组成;减震管卡减震的要点在于固定边上的“S”型弹簧片,它能起到主动减震的作用。

背景技术:
当前市场售卖的管道管卡均不能起到减震的作用,其管卡本身不能主动减震,当安装在震动的物体上面,例如桥梁工程、高架桥工程,时间久了就会发生螺丝松动、管卡自身结构疲劳等不良状况,从而导致管道松动引发隐患。
发明内容:
减震管卡的结构:由固定边、活动边、紧固件组成。固定边:是一个半圆形的管卡,在半圆45度的位置外侧,连接一个“S”型弹簧片,“S”型弹簧片的底部与管卡的半圆连接,“S”型弹簧片上部与内螺纹套筒连接,内螺纹套筒用来连接膨胀螺丝的,通过膨胀螺丝与墙面或顶面固定;活动边是固定管卡的另一个半圆;紧固件是将固定边与活动边连接起来的螺丝螺母。

具体实施方式:
减震管卡的工作原理,由固定边、活动边、紧固件连接成一个整体,固定边和活动边是两个半圆,组合起来刚好是一个完整的圆;首先用膨胀将防震管卡安装在顶面或墙面,将需要安装的管道放在固定边的半圆形内,再将活动边合拢,利用紧固件固定,这时安装完毕。当减震管卡安装的主体发生震动时,减震管卡上的“S”型弹簧片可以吸收和过滤主体的震动,从而起到减震的作用。

1.一种减震管卡,其特征是:减震管卡的结构由固定边、活动边、紧固件组成;固定边是一个半圆形的管卡,在半圆45度的位置外侧,连接一个“S”型弹簧片,“S”型弹簧片的底部与管卡的半圆连接,“S”型弹簧片上部与内螺纹套筒连接,内螺纹套筒用来连接膨胀螺丝的,通过膨胀螺丝与墙面或顶面固定;活动边是固定管卡的另一个半圆;紧固件是将固定边与活动边连接起来的螺丝螺母。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减震管卡,其特征是:将减震作用的“S”型弹簧片改成弹簧减震或气缸减震。
