Abstract

减震管卡属于安装工程领域的。减震管卡的设计，自身可以起到主动减震的作用，可以有效过滤来自主体的震动，从而减轻因主体震动对管道的损伤。当减震管卡安装在当前的高架桥和桥梁工程上，可以有效缓解主体震动对管道的损伤。防震高强度管卡由固定边、活动边、紧固件组成；减震管卡减震的要点在于固定边上的“S”型弹簧片，它能起到主动减震的作用。

背景技术：
当前市场售卖的管道管卡均不能起到减震的作用，其管卡本身不能主动减震，当安装在震动的物体上面，例如桥梁工程、高架桥工程，时间久了就会发生螺丝松动、管卡自身结构疲劳等不良状况，从而导致管道松动引发隐患。
发明内容：
减震管卡的结构：由固定边、活动边、紧固件组成。固定边：是一个半圆形的管卡，在半圆45度的位置外侧，连接一个“S”型弹簧片，“S”型弹簧片的底部与管卡的半圆连接，“S”型弹簧片上部与内螺纹套筒连接，内螺纹套筒用来连接膨胀螺丝的，通过膨胀螺丝与墙面或顶面固定；活动边是固定管卡的另一个半圆；紧固件是将固定边与活动边连接起来的螺丝螺母。

具体实施方式：
减震管卡的工作原理，由固定边、活动边、紧固件连接成一个整体，固定边和活动边是两个半圆，组合起来刚好是一个完整的圆；首先用膨胀将防震管卡安装在顶面或墙面，将需要安装的管道放在固定边的半圆形内，再将活动边合拢，利用紧固件固定，这时安装完毕。当减震管卡安装的主体发生震动时，减震管卡上的“S”型弹簧片可以吸收和过滤主体的震动，从而起到减震的作用。

1.一种减震管卡，其特征是：减震管卡的结构由固定边、活动边、紧固件组成；固定边是一个半圆形的管卡，在半圆45度的位置外侧，连接一个“S”型弹簧片，“S”型弹簧片的底部与管卡的半圆连接，“S”型弹簧片上部与内螺纹套筒连接，内螺纹套筒用来连接膨胀螺丝的，通过膨胀螺丝与墙面或顶面固定；活动边是固定管卡的另一个半圆；紧固件是将固定边与活动边连接起来的螺丝螺母。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减震管卡，其特征是：将减震作用的“S”型弹簧片改成弹簧减震或气缸减震。
