Abstract

本发明公开了一种瓦楞型复合GRC墙板，基架包括若干棱形空腔，基架的内层空腔内置GRC板条，外层空腔内置石膏板条；内层空腔和外层空腔之间设有气腔；气腔的周圈设有隔断组件。基架由若干模块化棱形单元和填充物组成，可根据实际需求组装成各种尺寸的墙板。气腔层通过非金属尼龙条分别隔断GRC板条层和石膏板层，实现非金属接合。石膏板层的外层填充阻燃棉，增加了外物对墙板的缓冲，进一步保护墙板。本发明结构简单，生产、组装、运输方便，方便后期对墙板的维护、维修和拆卸，可重复利用，绿色环保。各层都具有隔音、隔热、阻燃等效果，且带隔断条进一步加强了隔音、隔热效果，具有很强的实用性和广泛的适用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种GRC墙板，具体涉及一种瓦楞型复合GRC墙板。
背景技术
现有GRC墙板在GRC面板中预埋连接件或锚固件，通过连接件或锚固件与轻钢龙骨背架固定连接，形成一个整体，将其运输到施工地点进行安装。这种方案存在一些问题，包括运输成本过高，工厂的辐射范围较小，施工工地距离工厂较远时，运输成本会显著上升。
这是因为背架和GRC面板固定连接成一个整体，体积较大，占用运输空间。而GRC面板的生产条件较为苛刻，在施工现场生产的话，则难以保证面板的质量，合格率很低。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种便于运输、组装，由若干单元组成瓦楞型复合GRC墙板。
为了实现上述目标，本发明采用如下的技术方案：
一种瓦楞型复合GRC墙板，基架包括若干棱形空腔，所述基架的内层空腔内置GRC板条，外层空腔内置石膏板条；
内层空腔和外层空腔之间设有气腔；
所述气腔的周圈设有隔断组件。
上述隔断组件包括通过卡槽固定的隔断条。
进一步的，上述隔断条为尼龙条或PVC条。
上述气腔内置惰气包或真空包。
上述基架包括若干棱形单元。
进一步的，上述棱形单元通过角钢相互螺接。
上述基架的材质为铝合金或不锈钢。
上述基架的外侧设有饰面板。
上述饰面板和石膏板条之间设有阻燃棉。
本发明的有益之处在于：
本发明的一种瓦楞型复合GRC墙板，由若干棱形单元组成，将墙板分隔为相同大小的基架模块和填充物模块，可根据需求，组装成各种尺寸的墙板。
由内之外，分别为GRC板条层、气腔层、石膏板层，其中气腔层通过非金属尼龙条分别与GRC板条层和石膏板层隔断，实现非金属接合。
石膏板层的外层填充阻燃棉，增加了外物对墙板的缓冲，进一步保护墙板。
本发明的一种瓦楞型复合GRC墙板，结构简单，生产、组装、运输方便，方便后期对墙板的维护、维修和拆卸，且回收的各单元可重复利用，绿色环保。墙板分隔为若干层，各层都具有隔音、隔热、阻燃等效果，且带隔断条的气腔层进一步加强了隔音、隔热效果。具有很强的实用性和广泛的适用性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
一种瓦楞型复合GRC墙板，基架1为铝合金，由若干棱形单元2通过角钢相互螺接组成。
模块化GRC材料板和石膏板，制成与棱形单元2的棱形空腔匹配的板条。
基架1内层的棱形单元2层为内置GRC板条3层。
GRC板条3层的外侧为内置惰性气包4或真空包气腔层，气腔层的外侧为石膏板条5层。
组成气腔层的棱形单元2的外圈设有通过卡槽8固定的尼龙隔断条9，分别隔断GRC板条3层和石膏板条5层。
基架1的外侧设有平板饰面板7，饰面板7与石膏板条5层之间的三角腔内置阻燃棉6。
实际使用时，
可根据现场尺寸大小，增减相应的棱形单元2，在各空腔内填充相应的GRC板条3、石膏板条5、气包4等填充物。
