Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种新型保温装饰板，主要由涂装铝板、铝瓦楞板、保温材料、玻璃纤维板组成；装饰保温板的底层为玻璃纤维板，其上贴设有保温材料；在保温材料的上方设有一层铝瓦楞板；在铝瓦楞板上方罩设有一层涂装铝板。本实用新型结构新颖简单，保温性能更好，且装饰层不易变形。

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及到建材用保温装饰材料，尤其涉及到幕墙用一种新型保温装饰板。
二、背景技术
保温装饰板又称保温装饰一体化成品板，根据厂家各自命名又可称：节能装饰板、复合隔热装饰板、保温装饰板、外墙外保温板等，是在工厂预制成型的具有外墙保温功能的板材。保温装饰板由保温材料与装饰材料复合而成，用于贴挂在建筑外墙面，具有保温和装饰功能。根据防火要求，一般有密闭型和非密闭型。保温装饰板按保温芯材类型、面板类型进行分类。
保温装饰板按保温芯材类型分为：有机保温板型和无机保温板型。有机保温板型：保温材料可以为模塑聚苯板(EPS板)(物理特性：密度小，抗拉拔强度低)、挤塑聚苯板(XPS)和硬质发泡聚氨酯或聚氨酯板。无机保温板型：保温材料可以为膨胀玻化微珠板、膨胀珍珠岩板和泡沫玻璃板等无机保温板。保温装饰板按面板类型分为：漆面板型、非漆面板型。漆面板型：面板可以为铝板、钢板、铝塑复合板、无机树脂板，如氟碳漆面层。非漆面板型：面板可以为天然石材的板、墙砖、陶板等，此类材料装饰性能与传统幕墙等同。
不足之处在于：由于保温装饰板由保温材料与装饰材料复合而成，由于两种复合材料的热膨胀系数不同，导致表面的装饰层易发生翘曲变形。
三、实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种保温性能更好，且装饰层不易变形的一种新型的保温装饰板。
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的：本实用新型主要由：涂装铝板、铝瓦楞板、聚氨酯板、玻璃纤维板组成。保温装饰板的底层为玻璃纤维板，其上贴设有保温材料，如：聚氨酯板等；在保温材料的上方设有一层铝瓦楞板；在铝瓦楞板上方罩设有一层涂装铝板。
综上所述，本实用新型结构新颖简单，通过波形的铝瓦楞板可有效地防止因热膨胀系数不同而导致表面的装饰层发生翘曲变形，且进一步增强了整个装饰板的强度，还进一步增加了保温效果；外围三面罩设的涂装铝板使得整个装饰板的强度大大提高，进一步增加了装饰板的表面平整度。故是一种理想的新型保温装饰材料。

现结合附图详述本实用新型具体实施方式，如图1所示，本实用新型主要由：涂装铝板1、铝瓦楞板2、保温材料3、玻璃纤维板4组成。装饰保温板的底层为玻璃纤维板4，其上贴设有保温材料3，如：聚氨酯板等；在保温材料3的上方设有一层铝瓦楞板2；在铝瓦楞板2上方罩设有一层涂装铝板1。通过波形的铝瓦楞板2可有效地防止因热膨胀系数不同而导致表面的装饰层发生翘曲变形，且进一步增强了整个装饰板的强度，还进一步增加了保温效果；外围三面罩设的涂装铝板1使得整个装饰板的强度大大提高，进一步增加了装饰板的表面平整度。

1.一种新型保温装饰板，其特征在于：主要由涂装铝板(1)、铝瓦楞板(2)、保温材料(3)、玻璃纤维板(4)组成；保温装饰板的底层为玻璃纤维板(4)，其上贴设有保温材料(3)；在保温材料(3)的上方设有一层铝瓦楞板(2)；在铝瓦楞板(2)上方罩设有一层涂装铝板(1)。
