本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种预涂膜。
背景技术
覆膜属于印后加工的一种主要工艺,是将涂布黏合剂后的塑料薄膜,与纸质印刷品经加热、加压后黏合在一起,形成纸塑合一的产品,它是目前常见的纸质印刷品印后加工工艺之一。经过覆膜的印刷品,由于表面多了一层薄而透明的塑料薄膜,表面更加平滑光亮,不但提高了印刷品的光泽度和牢度,延长了印刷品的使用寿命,同时塑料薄膜又起到防潮、防水、防污、耐磨、耐折、耐化学腐蚀等保护作用。如果采用透明亮光薄膜覆膜,覆膜产品的印刷图文颜色更鲜艳,富有立体感,特别适合绿色食品等商品的包装,能够引起人们的食欲和消费欲望。如果采用亚光薄膜覆膜,覆膜产品会给消费者带来一种高贵、典雅的感觉。因此,覆膜后的包装印刷品能显著提高商品包装的档次和附加值。覆膜工艺是20世纪80年代后期引入我国的,由于覆膜工艺不仅可以对印刷品提供保护作用,延长其使用寿命,同时可以提高印刷品的外观效果,该工艺已迅速在全国得到普及,广泛的应用于书刊、食品、烟酒、药品等包装上。
预涂膜是指预先将塑料薄膜上胶、复卷后,再与纸张印品复合的工艺。它先由预涂膜加工厂根据使用规格、幅面,将胶液涂布在薄膜上复卷后供使用厂家选择,而后再与印刷品进行复合。预涂膜可以应用于很多领域,如印刷、包装领域。经覆膜的印刷品,由于表面多了一层薄而透明的塑料薄膜,表面更平滑光亮,从而提高印刷品的光泽度和牢度,图文颜色更鲜艳,富有立体感,同时更起到防水、防污、耐磨、耐摺、耐化学腐蚀等作用。
目前的预涂膜不易与热熔胶结合,覆膜后热熔胶热熔温度过高,热熔固化不均匀,导致印刷品与预涂膜的结合牢度不够,时间久了预涂膜容易与被覆膜物品脱落,造成了许多产品上的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种预涂膜。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种预涂膜,包括基材层和热熔胶层,在基材层和热熔胶层之间设有功能层,功能层采用质量分数为3-5%的功能组合物的水溶液涂覆而成,功能组合物按重量份数计包括羧甲基纤维素100份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮33-35份、柠檬酸钠5-7份、水解聚马来酸酐1-3份和磷酸氢二钠0.5-1份。
本发明在热熔胶层与基材层之间设置一层功能层,通过功能层的作用,增强热熔胶与基材层的牢固度,从而提高热熔层与基材层的结合持久度,提高使用寿命。具体的是采用功能组合物的水溶液在基材层上进行涂覆而成,然后在这个涂覆后的功能层上涂覆热熔胶,这样在功能层的作用下,热熔胶与基材层结合更加牢固。其核心是羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、柠檬酸钠、水解聚马来酸酐和磷酸氢二钠混合而成,在使用时,用水配置成水溶液。由于各物质都是水溶性的,配置成水溶液后能够更好地均匀涂覆在基材层表面。这几种物质进行配合后,不仅能够与树脂类的几种原料制备成的基材层很好的结合,而且与EVA热熔胶具有非常好的粘结效果。申请通过实验研究发现,在上述配比范围下,能够通过调节各组分之间的配比适应不同原料的基材层,并且与通用型的热熔胶具有很好的粘结效果,特别是EVA型,粘结效果最佳。
作为优选,所述功能组合物按重量份数计包括羧甲基纤维素100份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮33份、柠檬酸钠5份、水解聚马来酸酐3份和磷酸氢二钠0.5份。
在该配比下,对于不同原料的基材层的综合粘结性能最好,具有最好的普适性。
作为优选,所述功能组合物还包括0.1-0.2的氯化铵。
加入少量氯化铵后,能够平衡各组分之间的兼容性,利于各组分配合后性能的发挥。
作为优选,所述基材层的厚度为0.01-0.03mm。
作为优选,所述基材层为线性低密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚酯。

实施例1:
一种预涂膜,包括厚度为0.01mm的基材层和涂覆在基材层上的热熔胶层,基材层为线性低密度聚乙烯,在基材层和热熔胶层之间设有功能层,功能层采用质量分数为3%的功能组合物的水溶液涂覆而成,功能组合物各组分之间的比例关系具体为:羧甲基纤维素100份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮33份、柠檬酸钠5份、水解聚马来酸酐3份和磷酸氢二钠0.5份,然后以每份5g配置成3%的水溶液,涂覆于基材层上。
然后按照以下组分配比配置热熔胶层所用的热熔胶:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物100g、醋酸乙烯-氯乙烯5g、乙基纤维素2g、聚乙烯亚胺8g、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯1g、水性聚氨酯3g和端羟丙基含氟聚硅氧烷1g。配置好后,进行涂覆。
实施例2:
一种预涂膜,包括厚度为0.03mm的基材层和涂覆在基材层上的热熔胶层,基材层为聚丙烯,在基材层和热熔胶层之间设有功能层,功能层采用质量分数为5%的功能组合物的水溶液涂覆而成,功能组合物各组分之间的比例关系具体为:羧甲基纤维素100份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮35份、柠檬酸钠7份、水解聚马来酸酐1份和磷酸氢二钠1份,然后以每份5g配置成3%的水溶液,涂覆于基材层上。
然后按照以下组分配比配置热熔胶层所用的热熔胶:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物100g、醋酸乙烯-氯乙烯10g、乙基纤维素3g、聚乙烯亚胺5g、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯3g、水性聚氨酯5g和端羟丙基含氟聚硅氧烷0.5g。配置好后,进行涂覆。
实施例3
在实施例1功能组合物配方的基础上再加入0.2份的氯化铵。
实施例4
在实施例2功能组合物配方的基础上再加入0.1份的氯化铵。
对比例1
以普通预涂膜涂覆通用EVA热熔胶。
对比例2
以实施例1的基材层不涂覆功能层直接涂覆实施例1的用热熔胶。
对比例3
以实施例1的基材层涂覆功能层后直接涂覆通用EVA热熔胶。
对膜与样品印刷片的粘结力测试数据如下:
由上表可知,本申请的预涂膜的基材层膜与热熔胶有较好的粘结力,从而在将其在样品上覆膜后使用寿命更持久,耐久力得到很大的提升。热熔胶在固化后固化均匀,对覆膜后的寿命起到了积极作用。
同时,采用本发明提供的热熔胶能够达到更好的粘结效果。

Claims (7)

1.一种预涂膜,包括基材层和热熔胶层,其特征在于,在基材层和热熔胶层之间设有功能层,功能层采用质量分数为3-5%的功能组合物的水溶液涂覆而成,功能组合物按重量份数计包括羧甲基纤维素100份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮33-35份、柠檬酸钠5-7份、水解聚马来酸酐1-3份和磷酸氢二钠0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种预涂膜,其特征在于,所述功能组合物按重量份数计包括羧甲基纤维素100份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮33份、柠檬酸钠5份、水解聚马来酸酐3份和磷酸氢二钠0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种预涂膜,其特征在于,所述功能组合物还包括0.1-0.2份的氯化铵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种预涂膜,其特征在于,所述基材层的厚度为0.01-0.03mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种预涂膜,其特征在于,所述基材层为线性低密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种预涂膜,其特征在于,所述热熔胶层包括以下重量份数的组分:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物100份、醋酸乙烯-氯乙烯10-15份、乙基纤维素2-3份、聚乙烯亚胺5-8份、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯1-3份、水性聚氨酯3-5份和端羟丙基含氟聚硅氧烷0.5-1份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种预涂膜,其特征在于,所述热熔胶层包括以下重量份数的组分:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物100份、醋酸乙烯-氯乙烯10份、乙基纤维素3份、聚乙烯亚胺5份、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯3份、水性聚氨酯5份和端羟丙基含氟聚硅氧烷0.5份。
