本发明公开了一种治疗中风的药物及其应用，所述的药物由以下述的原料制成：黄麻、桂心、甘草、生姜、人参、川芎、白术、附子、防己、黄芩、芍药、防风。本发明的药物克服了现有治疗中风药物的不足，性能优良，治疗效果好。

一种治疗中风的药物及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗中风的药物及其应用。
背景技术
根据统计，中国每年发生脑中风的病人就达200万。现幸存中风病人700万，其中450万病人不同程度丧失劳动力和生活不能自理，致残率高达75%。中风是严重危害人类健康和生命安全的常见的难治性疾病，因此对中风的预防与治疗的研究一直引起人们的极大关注。
中国发明专利104435318B公开了一种治疗出血性中风中药提取物成分群的提取方法及其应用。大黄、丹皮、赤芍、生地、三七按一定重量配比，粉碎后加水煎煮提取，提取液用二氯甲烷萃取后，水层再用正丁醇萃取，正丁醇萃取液回收干后为中药提取物成分群。该中药提取物用HPLC-MS分析由芍药苷类、鞣质类、丹皮酚苷类、蒽醌类、芪类、皂苷类及环烯醚萜苷类33个成分组成，能显著降低自发性高血压雄性大鼠神经元特异性烯醇化酶、Ｓ-100β蛋白、IL-1、TNF-α、血浆纤维蛋白原水平，可用于制备治疗出血性中风药物的用途。
中国发明专利102119935B提供了衣霉素的新用途，即其在制备治疗缺血性脑中风药物中的应用。动物试验中，注射衣霉素后，大鼠的脑梗塞面积减少40%以上。该发明的作用机理是：小剂量的衣霉素诱导适宜的内质网应激，激活自噬，从而诱导药理性预适应，显著减少脑缺血造成的神经元损伤，且毒副作用小。
然而，当前治疗中风的药物的效果并不良好，中国每年中风病人死亡120万。
发明内容
发明目的：为了提高中风病人的治疗效果，本发明提供了一种治疗中风的药物。
为实现上述目的，经过发明人的大量实践，本发明的药物由下述原料制成：
黄麻、桂心、甘草、生姜、人参、川芎、白术、附子、防己、黄芩、芍药、防风。 作为优选，对各组分的配比作以下限制：
设黄麻的质量分数设为1，桂心、甘草为0.8~1.2，生姜2~3，人参、川芎、白术、附子、防己、黄芩、芍药0.4~0.6、防风0.5~1。
进一步优选，本发明的药物由下列原料按重量份计制成：
黄麻、桂心、甘草为1份，生姜2.5份，人参、川芎、白术、附子、防己、黄芩、芍药0.5份、防风0.75份。
本发明所述药物组合物的剂型可以是汤剂、丸剂、散剂、片剂、胶囊、颗粒剂等医学上可接受的剂型，按现有常规工艺进行加工制备。
本发明还包括上述药物在用于治疗中风中的应用。
本发明的药物配方，针对中风的发病机理，选用白术具有扩展血管、抗血凝、镇静的作用；川芎具有行气止痛，温肾助阳，化瘀破积作用；黄芩具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、降血压的作用；防风具有祛风解解痉的作用；附子具有升阳中气，救逆还阳，固气化积作用；人参具有补气固脱、宁心益智、养血生津的功效。诸方合用，可以达到标本兼治的目的，对心肌梗塞、脑梗、中风、心律失调、急性脑溢血症等症状具有良好的疗效。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作更进一步的举例说明。
取黄麻、桂心、甘草200克，生姜500克，人参、川芎、白术、附子、防己、黄芩、芍药100克、防风150克，放入4升水中，煮沸，过滤，得汤剂。

1.一种药物，其特征在于，该药物由黄麻、桂心、甘草、生姜、人参、川芎、白术、附子、防己、黄芩、芍药、防风组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种药物，其特征在于，所述的药物的各组分按质量比例配比如下：设黄麻的质量分数设为1，桂心、甘草为0.8~1.2，生姜2~3，人参、川芎、白术、附子、防己、黄芩、芍药0.4~0.6、防风0.5~1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种药物，其特征在于，所述的药物的各组分按质量比例配比如下：黄麻、桂心、甘草为1份，生姜2.5份，人参、川芎、白术、附子、防己、黄芩、芍药0.5份、防风0.75份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种药物，其特征在于，所述的药物的剂型可以是汤剂、丸剂、散剂、片剂、胶囊、颗粒剂等医学上可接受的剂型。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的一种药物，其特征在于，所述的药物应用于治疗中风。
