Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗中风的药物和应用，所述的药物由以下述的原料制成：黄麻、白芍药、甘草、川芎、防己、人参、黄芩、桂心、杏仁，防风，附子，生姜。本发明的药物克服了现有治疗中风药物的不足，性能优良，治疗效果好。

一种治疗中风的药物及应用
技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗中风的药物及应用。
背景技术
中风是严重危害人类健康和生命安全的常见的难治性疾病，脑中风常常出现、呕吐、眩晕、一侧肢体和面部的感觉异常、口角流涎(流口水) 、口角斜、突发的视感障碍等症状，甚至出现言语不清、意识障碍、深度昏迷等症状。因此对中风的预防与治疗的研究一直引起人们的极大关注。
中国发明专利CN 105658667A 涉及治疗中风例如缺血性中风例如急性缺血性中风的方法，并且涉及使用VLA-4拮抗剂诸如那他珠单抗减小与中风例如缺血性中风例如急性缺血性中风相关的梗塞大小和/或其他神经缺陷的方法。发现，例如当在中风发作后的指定时间段内被施用时，VLA-4拮抗剂诸如那他珠单抗可以有效地减小中风例如缺血性中风例如急性缺血性中风的梗塞大小和其他相关的神经缺陷。
中国发明专利104435318B公开了一种治疗出血性中风中药提取物成分群的提取方法及其应用。大黄、丹皮、赤芍、生地、三七按一定重量配比，粉碎后加水煎煮提取，提取液用二氯甲烷萃取后，水层再用正丁醇萃取，正丁醇萃取液回收干后为中药提取物成分群。该中药提取物用HPLC-MS分析由芍药苷类、鞣质类、丹皮酚苷类、蒽醌类、芪类、皂苷类及环烯醚萜苷类33个成分组成，能显著降低自发性高血压雄性大鼠神经元特异性烯醇化酶、Ｓ-100β蛋白、IL-1、TNF-α、血浆纤维蛋白原水平，可用于制备治疗出血性中风药物的用途。
然而，当前治疗中风的药物的效果并不良好。根据统计，中国每年发生脑中风的病人就达200万。现幸存中风病人700万，其中450万病人不同程度丧失劳动力和生活不能自理，致残率高达75%。中国每年中风病人死亡120万。
发明内容
发明目的：为了提高中风病人的治疗效果，本发明提供了一种治疗中风的药物。
为实现上述目的，经过发明人的大量实践，本发明的药物由下述原料制成：
黄麻、白芍药、甘草、川芎、防己、人参、黄芩、桂心、杏仁、防风、附子、生姜。
作为优选，对各组分的配比作以下限制：
设黄麻的质量分数设为1，防己、白芍药、甘草、川芎、人参、黄芩、桂心、杏仁的质量分数为0.8~1.2；防风为1.2~1.7；附子为0.5，生姜为5。
进一步优选，本发明的药物由下列原料按重量份计制成：
黄麻、白芍药、甘草、川芎、防己、人参、黄芩、桂心、杏仁2份，防风3份，附子1份，生姜10份。
本发明所述药物组合物的剂型可以是汤剂、丸剂、散剂、片剂、胶囊、颗粒剂等医学上可接受的剂型，按现有常规工艺进行加工制备。
本发明还包括上述药物在用于治疗中风中的应用。
本发明的药物配方，针对中风的发病机理，选用白芍药具有补血养血、平抑肝阳、解热、抗炎、增加冠状动脉流量、改善心肌营养血流、扩张血管、对抗急性缺血、抑制血小板聚集、镇静、解痉、调节血糖的作用；川芎具有行气止痛，温肾助阳，化瘀破积作用；附子具有升阳中气，救逆还阳，固气化积作用；黄芩具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、降血压的作用；防风具有祛风解解痉的作用；人参具有补气固脱、宁心益智、养血生津的功效。诸方合用，可以达到标本兼治的目的，对心肌梗塞、脑梗、中风、心律失调、急性脑溢血症等症状具有良好的疗效。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作更进一步的举例说明。
取黄麻、白芍药、甘草、川芎、防己、人参、黄芩、桂心、杏仁各100克，防风150克，附子50克，生姜500克，备用；将黄麻放入4升水中，煮沸，过滤，再加入其他的所有药材，煮沸，得汤剂。

1.一种药物，其特征在于，该药物由黄麻、白芍药、甘草、川芎、防己、人参、黄芩、桂心、杏仁、防风、附子、生姜组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种药物，其特征在于，所述的药物的各组分按质量比例配比如下：黄麻为1，防己、白芍药、甘草、川芎、人参、黄芩、桂心、杏仁的质量分数各为0.8~1.2；防风为1.2~1.7；附子为0.5，生姜为5。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种药物，其特征在于，所述的药物的各组分按质量比例配比如下：黄麻、白芍药、甘草、川芎、防己、人参、黄芩、桂心、杏仁各2份，防风3份，附子1份，生姜10份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种药物，其特征在于，所述的药物的剂型可以是汤剂、丸剂、散剂、片剂、胶囊、颗粒剂等医学上可接受的剂型。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的一种药物，其特征在于，所述的药物应用于治疗中风。
