背景技术
DE102011055020A1公开了一种不具有专用箱体的泵插入件。这种泵插入件,也称为筒式泵,例如在齿轮箱中使用。
为了实现泵的充分充电,吸入管道的端部必须封闭。为此,在泵的凸轮环上安装有突出部,所述突出部接合在箱体凹部中。
在现有技术中,用作吸入管道的末端并形成滞点的突出部被烧结或锻造到凸轮环上。通过这种方式,限制了对客户的箱体部件的成形和适配。特别地,关于端面的机加工的问题还随着突出部的尺寸增加而出现。此外,在组装期间必须确保突出部不会使任何碎屑脱离箱体部件并且齿轮箱不被损坏。这可能导致泵压力板处的更复杂的结构。此外,为了确保泵的可安装性和滞点突出部的有效性,在滞点突出部的区域中机加工筒空间是不可避免的。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种筒式泵,该筒式泵简化了组装,但仍然具有精确的座部和良好的闭合性能。
发明内容
该目的通过一种不具有专用箱体的泵插入件来实现,该泵插入件具有第一压力板、凸轮环、转子和第二压力板,其中,在转子的狭槽(槽口)中布置有能够径向移位的叶片,所述叶片在转子旋转期间以叶片的叶片上边缘沿着凸轮环的轮廓的方式运转,并且该凸轮环具有滞点突出部,该滞点突出部设计为由塑料制成的单独的部件。通过使用塑料滞点突出部,简化了凸轮环、凸缘和压力板的生产,并且此外,改进了泵的组装。因此,对客户界面、即对传动装置中的凹部的更灵活的适配是可能的。还产生了吸入管道端部的更好的密封。在此,有利的是滞点突出部抵靠在容置泵插入件的齿轮箱的未经机加工的箱体壁上。
滞点突出部有利地通过紧固装置紧固在位于凸轮环中的压入开口中。
有利的是,紧固装置设计为销或夹子或蘑菇状销,其中,滞点突出部具有月牙状的平坦(扁平)设计或矩形的平坦(扁平)设计。

图1示出了泵1的剖面。泵1包括泵插入件2,为了说明泵1,泵插入件2安装在单独的齿轮箱4中。在该示例中,齿轮箱4包含阶梯状盲孔,泵插入件2布置在该阶梯状盲孔中。泵插入件2包括第一压力板7、轮廓环9、转子11和第二压力板13。在转子11的狭槽中布置有能够径向移位的叶片15,所述叶片在转子11旋转期间以所述叶片的叶片上边缘沿着轮廓环9的轮廓的方式运转,其中,轮廓环9还被称为凸轮环。以与轮廓环或凸轮环9的轮廓对应的方式,此处在两个相邻的叶片15之间形成小室,所述小室的尺寸根据轮廓截面而增大或减小,并且在尺寸增大或减小的过程中,所述小室吸取油并又将油喷射。
转子11由轴17驱动,因此该轴17也被称为驱动轴17。当轴17驱动转子11时,随后油从吸入空间19被输送到泵1的压力空间22中。压力空间22形成在第一压力板7与齿轮箱4之间。
在该示例中,驱动轴17属于阶梯式设计,并且尤其安装在第一压力板7的支承凹部24中。在驱动轴17的自由端处,驱动轴17伸入到低压空间32中,该低压空间32与压力空间22密封隔开。第一压力板7通过卡环26与泵插入件2的剩余部件一起沿轴向方向受限地保持在驱动轴17上。卡环26接合在驱动轴17上的环形凹槽中。
压力空间22通过O型环28与吸入空间19密封隔开。为了将压力空间22与低压空间32密封隔开,需要相对复杂的轴向密封件30,轴向密封件30也被称为组合密封件。
在现有技术中,滞点突出部被烧结或锻造到凸轮环9上。这首先允许仅克服凸轮环与箱体之间的相对较短的距离,是因为在凸轮环与箱体之间的距离设计较长的情况下,在完成凸轮环期间会出现问题。此外,在压力板处必须确保所述滞点突出部被覆盖。
在图2中可以在从箱体4中的凹部的上方的视图中看到凸轮环9上的滞点突出部40。
图3中示出了根据本发明的解决方案。滞点突出部40通过有成本效益的塑料注射模制部件41来实现。所述塑料注射模制部件41经由压入开口42连接至凸轮环9。
在泵的组装期间,塑料注射模制部件41插入到凸轮环9中并且可移动地安装在压入开口中。因此,滞点突出部40可以在泵的安装期间缩回,以不被损坏或者不损坏箱体。在一个实施方式中,滞点突出部从图3中的图像的平面移出,即,垂直于定界箱体4移出。
替代性地,下述形式也是可以的:塑料注射模制部件41能够在中心轴线Z的方向上绕压入开口42旋转。
在操作期间,塑料注射模制部件41通过流动而抵靠未经机加工的箱体壁43放置并且界定吸入通道。利用这种结构,可以在凸轮环与箱体之间实现相对较大的距离A。
不必在齿轮箱中机加工出滞点突出部的区域,并且箱体损坏和碎屑产生的风险被最小化。
塑料注射模制部件41设计为呈月牙形状的塑料板,并且塑料注射模制部件41在能够固定至凸轮环的端部处具有简单的销或夹子或蘑菇状销44。月牙形状也可以由矩形代替。
图4中示意性地示出了具有蘑菇状销44的塑料注射模制部件41的截面。平坦的塑料注射模制部件41的边缘45抵靠在齿轮箱的未经机加工的箱体壁上。

Claims (5)
1.一种不具有专用箱体的泵插入件,所述泵插入件具有第一压力板(7)、凸轮环(9)、转子(11)和第二压力板(13),其中,在所述转子(11)的狭槽中布置有能够径向移位的叶片(15),所述叶片在所述转子(11)旋转期间以所述叶片的叶片上边缘沿着所述凸轮环(9)的轮廓的方式运转,并且所述凸轮环(9)具有滞点突出部(40),其特征在于,所述滞点突出部(40)设计为由塑料制成的单独的且能够缩回的部件,其中,所述滞点突出部(40)通过紧固装置紧固在位于所述凸轮环(9)中的压入开口(42)中,并且其中,所述紧固装置设计为销或夹子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不具有专用箱体的泵插入件,其特征在于,所述滞点突出部(40)抵靠在容置所述泵插入件的齿轮箱(4)的未经机加工的箱体壁(43)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的不具有专用箱体的泵插入件,其特征在于,所述滞点突出部(40)具有月牙状的平坦设计。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的不具有专用箱体的泵插入件,其特征在于,所述滞点突出部(40)具有矩形的平坦设计。
5.根据权利要求1所述的不具有专用箱体的泵插入件,其特征在于,所述销设计为蘑菇状销。
