本发明涉及纺织领域,尤其涉及一种CTY弹力复合纤维,该工艺方法生产的复合纤维可以有效解决弹力丝不能上经纱的问题,并且兼具弹力与DTY柔软的手感效果。其成分包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂和聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇脂切片经熔融后复合纺丝成的TSS,所述的TSS再与常规PET合股加弹而成。一种工艺方法,其步骤包括:a、原料TSS与POY;b、原料要求;c、原料的喂入;d、加热;e、冷却;f、经过假捻器假捻变型;g、冷却定型;h、上油;i、卷绕成型。本发明可单独纯织,也可与棉,粘纤,涤纶,锦纶等进行交织。织物可广泛应用于裤、裙面料,运动服,袜子,牛仔面料,内衣及高档女装等。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,尤其是一种CTY弹力复合纤维及工艺方法。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,社会的发展,我国的纺织行业得到了快速的发展,随之而来的是新型纺织产品的大量涌现。
目前,随着人们对化学纤维潜在性能的不断开发,纺织用户对纤维的使用要求日益提高,常规弹力纤维存在不能上经纱,用途单一等缺点,急需研发一种经纬通用,而且纱线品种多样化的品种;因此,CTY正好弥补以上缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对上述现有技术中的不足提供一种CTY弹力复合纤维及工艺方法,该工艺方法生产的复合纤维可以有效解决弹力丝不能上经纱的问题,并且兼具弹力与DTY柔软的手感效果,AA%可达90%以上。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该种CTY弹力复合纤维,其特征是,其成分包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂和聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇脂切片经熔融后复合纺丝成的TSS,所述的TSS再与常规PET合股加弹而成。
一种工艺方法,其特征是,其步骤包括:
a、原料TSS 与POY;
b、原料要求;
c、原料的喂入;
d、加热;
e、冷却;
f、经过假捻器假捻变型;
g、冷却定型;
h、上油;
i、卷绕成型。
本发明具有以下突出的有益效果:
1、本发明用弹力纤维TSS与常规PET纤维复合加捻,解决了单独TSS不能上经纱问题。
2、纤维回弹性高,稳定性好,面料柔软,悬垂性好,布面平整,抗褶皱性强,吸湿快干,手感滑爽,尺寸稳定,免烫易打理。
3、可单独纯织,也可与棉,粘纤,涤纶,锦纶等进行交织。织物可广泛应用于裤、裙面料,运动服,袜子,牛仔面料,内衣及高档女装等。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行说明,实施例不构成对本发明的限制:
如图1、图2、图3所示,该种CTY弹力复合纤维,其成分包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂和聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇脂切片经熔融后复合纺丝成的TSS,所述的TSS再与常规PET合股加弹而成。
一种工艺方法,其步骤包括:
a、原料TSS 与POY。
b、原料要求:两种原料必须相同的旦数比。
c、原料的喂入。
d、加热:经过加热到玻璃化温度以上,拉伸提供强度与稳定性。
e、冷却。
f、经过假捻器假捻变型:增加柔软与丰满感。
g、冷却定型:保持纤维一定的弹性与尺寸稳定性。
h、上油:增加纤维润滑性,抱合性,消除静电。
i、卷绕成型:将纤维成品卷绕成丝饼。
复合纤维截面形态:采用SEM对复合纤维截面结构进行观察分析,复合纤维截面近似圆形,两组分吻合较好,没有分离痕迹;两组组分存在力学性能差异,因为两组分截面大多存在高低差异,即收缩弹性不同;两组分相容性极好,大多界面完善、无缝,存在相互渗透作用。
作用原理:TSS与DTY经过一定质量比的配置与F数的搭配,经过拉伸 加热加捻 合股等工艺流程,形成具有弹力效果,而有具备DTY风格的合成弹力纤维。

1.一种CTY弹力复合纤维,其特征是,其成分包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂和聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇脂切片经熔融后复合纺丝成的TSS,所述的TSS再与常规PET合股加弹而成。

a、原料TSS 与POY;
b、原料要求;
c、原料的喂入;
d、加热;
e、冷却;
f、经过假捻器假捻变型;
g、冷却定型;
h、上油;
i、卷绕成型。
