本发明涉及外墙涂料领域,具体来说是一种外墙隔保温隔热涂料。本涂料各组份质量份配比范围为成膜剂10~40份;空心陶瓷隔热材料10~30份;云母粉1.0~10份;填料0.5~30份;颜料0.5~5.0份;助剂0.5~3.0份;溶剂30~70份。本发明本发明能够增强涂料的和易性、保水性和附着力,提高漆膜的耐水性、粘结力,使涂料具有优良的保温隔热、耐气候、防火等性能,且无毒无味、无污染、绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及外墙涂料领域,具体来说是一种外墙隔保温隔热涂料。
背景技术
建筑节能是我国节能工作的重点之一,而外墙外保温已成为建筑节能的主产品。对于热工设计时以保温为主的地区,如严寒地区和寒冷地区,外墙外保温不仅合理,而且适用,发展较快。而对于热工设计时一般只考虑隔热的夏热冬暖地区,或热工设计时以隔热为主的夏热冬冷地区,目前的一些外墙外保温存在进一步完善的空间。针对不同地区的气候特点,合理选择和使用各种隔热保温涂料,组成复合体系,既保温又隔热,达到室内热环境舒适和节能降耗的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种外墙隔保温隔热涂料。
为实现这样的目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种外墙隔保温隔热涂料,其特征在于,本涂料各组份质量份配比范围为成膜剂10~40份;空心陶瓷隔热材料10~30份;云母粉1.0~10份;填料0.5~30份;颜料0.5~5.0份;助剂0.5~3.0份;溶剂30~70份。
所述的一种外墙隔保温隔热涂料,其特征在于,所述空心隔热陶瓷材料的主要成分为二氧化硅、三氧化二铝的空心陶瓷微料,其颗粒直径为1~400um。
所述的一种外墙隔保温隔热涂料,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂采用丙烯酸乳液、纯丙乳液、苯丙乳液、有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液、氟碳乳液。
所述的一种外墙隔保温隔热涂料,其特征在于,所述填料采用钛白粉、滑石粉、轻质碳酸钙、多孔粉石英。
所述的一种外墙隔保温隔热涂料,其特征在于,所述溶剂采用乙二醇、二甲苯、水。
所述的一种外墙隔保温隔热涂料,其特征在于,所述助剂采用分散剂和消泡剂。

本发明本发明能够增强涂料的和易性、保水性和附着力,提高漆膜的耐水性、粘结力,使涂料具有优良的保温隔热、耐气候、防火等性能,且无毒无味、无污染、绿色环保。

纯丙乳液20份,空心陶瓷隔热材料10份;云母粉3份;填料11份;颜料1份;助剂1份;溶剂54份。

苯丙乳液25份,空心陶瓷隔热材料12份;云母粉2份;填料10份;颜料0.5份;助剂0.5份;溶剂50份。
实施例3
氟碳乳液20份,空心陶瓷隔热材料15份;云母粉3份;填料11份;颜料1份;助剂1份;溶剂49份。

1.一种外墙隔保温隔热涂料,其特征在于,本涂料各组份质量份配比范围为成膜剂10~40份;空心陶瓷隔热材料10~30份;云母粉1.0~10份;填料0.5~30份;颜料0.5~5.0份;助剂0.5~3.0份;溶剂30~70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙隔保温隔热涂料,其特征在于,所述空心隔热陶瓷材料的主要成分为二氧化硅、三氧化二铝的空心陶瓷微料,其颗粒直径为1~400um。
