Abstract

本发明涉及一种发泡硅橡胶材料及其制备方法,将100份的甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶加入捏合机中搅拌,将10-60份的气相法或沉淀法二氧化硅分3-10批次分别加入搅拌0.5-2小时;再将5-60份的甲基硅油分2-5批次加入搅拌均匀,将3-60份的发泡剂分2-5批次分别加入,搅拌均匀得到发泡胶混合物。采用本方法先后加入甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶、气相法或沉淀法二氧化硅、甲基硅油、发泡剂这个顺序与对应的重量份而制成的发泡硅橡胶,能够生产出无毒无害、有益于皮肤健康、环保可回收的护膝垫、文胸、鞋垫等产品,生产时相比传统工艺能够节约成本与人力。

一种发泡硅橡胶材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及硅橡胶制备技术,尤其涉及一种发泡硅橡胶材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的日用品以及一些女士用品,如文胸、护膝垫等产品,均可采用由本案提出的制备方法制成的发泡硅橡胶,原因在于,这些用品采用的传统生产材料自身局限性较大,例如,文胸,一般按外形设计分无肩带胸罩、魔术胸罩、无缝胸罩、前扣胸罩、长束型文胸、无肩带长型胸罩、休闲型胸罩等,魔术胸罩可在罩杯内侧装入衬垫,藉以提升并托高胸部,可表现胸形及深坠的乳沟;无缝胸罩中间缝入厚的绵垫,适合搭配紧身服饰;前扣胸罩钩扣安装于前方之胸罩,一般便于穿着,也具有集中效果;长束型文胸能把腹部、背部赘肉及多余的脂肪往胸部集中;无肩带长型胸罩可调整腹部、腰部之赘肉,表现出女性优美曲线,多用来搭配性感服饰,如晚礼服等;休闲型胸罩一般都用来搭配服饰或平日居家休闲而穿着。上述这些文胸若要实现均需采用不同的原料制成且效果较差,各种文胸所用生产材料之间无法互换,生产出的款式也有限。最主要的是,海绵做的文胸内垫等已被使用长达几十年,但海绵中含有一种叫TDI的有害物质,将会逐步被淘汰,本产品可称为一种较佳的替代品。
因此,针对以上方面,需要对现有技术进行有效创新。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷,本发明提供一种无毒无害、有益于皮肤健康、环保可回收的发泡硅橡胶材料的制备方法,以解决现有技术的诸多不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种发泡硅橡胶材料的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)按照以下重量份准备生产原料,即甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶100份、气相法或沉淀法二氧化硅10-60份、甲基硅油5-60份、发泡剂3-60份、交联剂、色膏;
(2)先将100份的甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶加入捏合机中搅拌,将10-60份的气相法或沉淀法二氧化硅分3-10批次分别加入搅拌0.5-2小时;
(3)再将5-60份的甲基硅油分2-5批次加入搅拌均匀,将3-60份的发泡剂分2-5批次分别加入;
(4)搅拌均匀得到发泡胶混合物。
若将所得发泡胶混合物制成文胸内垫,步骤为:
(1)所述发泡胶混合物放入开炼机棍筒上先混炼5-10min;
(2)加入交联剂及色膏继续混炼10-60min直至均匀;
(3)过片、切片;
(4)将切好片的胶料模压成型,即得到内垫产品。
本发明有益效果为:采用本方法先后加入甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶、气相法或沉淀法二氧化硅、甲基硅油、发泡剂这个顺序与对应的重量份而制成的发泡硅橡胶,能够生产出无毒无害、有益于皮肤健康、环保可回收的护膝垫、文胸、鞋垫等产品,生产时相比传统工艺能够节约成本与人力。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示,本发明实施例所述的发泡硅橡胶材料的制备方法,主要由以下步骤组成:
(1)按照以下重量份准备生产原料,即甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶100份、气相法或沉淀法二氧化硅10-60份、甲基硅油5-60份、发泡剂3-60份、交联剂、色膏;
(2)先将100份的甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶加入捏合机中搅拌,将10-60份的气相法或沉淀法二氧化硅分3-10批次分别加入搅拌0.5-2小时;
(3)再将5-60份的甲基硅油分2-5批次加入搅拌均匀,将3-60份的发泡剂分2-5批次分别加入;
(4)搅拌均匀得到发泡胶混合物。
若将所得发泡胶混合物制成文胸内垫,则还需完成以下工艺流程:
(1)将得到的发泡胶混合物放入开炼机棍筒上先混炼5-10min;
(2)加入交联剂及色膏继续混炼10-60min直至均匀;
(3)过片、切片;
(4)将切好片的胶料模压成型,即得到内垫产品。

Claims (2)

1.一种发泡硅橡胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:
(1)按照以下重量份准备生产原料,即甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶100份、气相法或沉淀法二氧化硅10-60份、甲基硅油5-60份、发泡剂3-60份、交联剂、色膏;
(2)先将100份的甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶加入捏合机中搅拌,将10-60份的气相法或沉淀法二氧化硅分3-10批次分别加入搅拌0.5-2小时;
(3)再将5-60份的甲基硅油分2-5批次加入搅拌均匀,将3-60份的发泡剂分2-5批次分别加入;
(4)搅拌均匀得到发泡胶混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发泡硅橡胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于,若将所得发泡胶混合物制成文胸内垫,步骤为:
(1)所述发泡胶混合物放入开炼机棍筒上先混炼5-10min;
(2)加入交联剂及色膏继续混炼10-60min直至均匀;
(3)过片、切片;
(4)将切好片的胶料模压成型,即得到内垫产品。
