本发明公开了一种切边可调的布料单切边机，包括机架，所述机架的顶板的中部的底面固定有多个推动气缸，推动气缸的推杆穿过机架的顶板并固定有上板体，上板体的前后两侧固定有侧支撑板，上水平板的两侧固定在两个侧支撑板的顶面内侧壁上，横向螺杆的两端铰接在两个侧支撑板上，导向杆的两端固定在两个侧支撑板上，移动块螺接在横向螺杆中，导向杆插套在移动块上，其中一个侧支撑板的外侧壁上固定有驱动电机，驱动电机的输出轴为花键轴，花键轴插套在横向螺杆的一端具有的花键孔中，移动块上设有圆形切刀，圆形切刀靠近上板体。它可以自动进行单切边，其切割效果好，效率高，同时，其可以根据需要调节切边的宽度，从而符合各种不同的切边要求。

技术领域：
本发明涉及纺织加工设备技术领域，更具体的说涉及一种切边可调的布料单切边机。
背景技术：
现有的布料在加工前需要将毛边切去，现有的方式一般是人工直接切割，效率低，效果差，而且切割并不整齐。
发明内容：
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足，而提供一种切边可调的布料单切边机，它可以自动进行单切边，其切割效果好，效率高，同时，其可以根据需要调节切边的宽度，从而符合各种不同的切边要求。
本发明的技术解决措施如下：
一种切边可调的布料单切边机，包括机架，所述机架的左端固定有两个收卷支撑杆，收卷辊的两端铰接在两个收卷支撑杆上，其中一个收卷支撑杆的外侧壁上固定有收卷电机，收卷电机的输出轴为花键轴，花键轴插套在收卷辊的一端具有的花键孔中；
机架的右端固定有两个放卷支撑杆，放卷辊的两端铰接在两个放卷支撑杆上，其中一个放卷支撑杆的外侧壁上固定有放卷电机，放卷电机的输出轴为花键轴，花键轴插套在对应的放卷辊的一端具有的花键孔中；
所述机架的顶板的中部的底面固定有多个推动气缸，推动气缸的推杆穿过机架的顶板并固定有上板体，上板体的前后两侧固定有侧支撑板，上水平板的两侧固定在两个侧支撑板的顶面内侧壁上，横向螺杆的两端铰接在两个侧支撑板上，导向杆的两端固定在两个侧支撑板上，移动块螺接在横向螺杆中，导向杆插套在移动块上，其中一个侧支撑板的外侧壁上固定有驱动电机，驱动电机的输出轴为花键轴，花键轴插套在横向螺杆的一端具有的花键孔中，移动块上设有圆形切刀，圆形切刀靠近上板体。
所述上板体的顶面固定有自润滑弹性层。
所述移动块的底面具有限位凹槽，调节螺杆插套在限位凹槽中，调节螺杆的螺接在限位凹槽的顶面具有的螺接通孔，调节螺杆的上端伸出移动块并固定有主动部，调节螺杆的下端固定有刀具架，刀具架的底部铰接有圆形切刀，刀具架的上部插套在限位凹槽中，刀具架的两侧壁紧贴限位凹槽的两个内侧壁，圆形切刀靠近上板体。
所述刀具架的一侧壁上固定有旋转电机，旋转电机的输出轴为花键轴，花键轴插套在圆形切刀的转轴的一端具有的花键孔中。
本发明的有益效果在于：
它可以自动进行单切边，其切割效果好，效率高，同时，其可以根据需要调节切边的宽度，从而符合各种不同的切边要求。

具体实施方式：
实施例：见图1至图4所示，一种切边可调的布料单切边机，包括机架10，所述机架10的左端固定有两个收卷支撑杆11，收卷辊12的两端铰接在两个收卷支撑杆11上，其中一个收卷支撑杆11的外侧壁上固定有收卷电机13，收卷电机13的输出轴为花键轴，花键轴插套在收卷辊12的一端具有的花键孔中；
机架10的右端固定有两个放卷支撑杆14，放卷辊15的两端铰接在两个放卷支撑杆14上，其中一个放卷支撑杆14的外侧壁上固定有放卷电机16，放卷电机16的输出轴为花键轴，花键轴插套在对应的放卷辊15的一端具有的花键孔中；
所述机架10的顶板的中部的底面固定有多个推动气缸102，推动气缸102的推杆穿过机架10的顶板并固定有上板体103，上板体103的前后两侧固定有侧支撑板104，上水平板109的两侧固定在两个侧支撑板104的顶面内侧壁上，横向螺杆106的两端铰接在两个侧支撑板104上，导向杆107的两端固定在两个侧支撑板104上，移动块105螺接在横向螺杆106中，导向杆107插套在移动块105上，其中一个侧支撑板104的外侧壁上固定有驱动电机1041，驱动电机1041的输出轴为花键轴，花键轴插套在横向螺杆106的一端具有的花键孔中，移动块105上设有圆形切刀1056，圆形切刀1056靠近上板体103。
进一步的说，所述上板体103的顶面固定有自润滑弹性层1031。
进一步的说，所述移动块105的底面具有限位凹槽1051，调节螺杆1052插套在限位凹槽1051中，调节螺杆1052的螺接在限位凹槽1051的顶面具有的螺接通孔1053，调节螺杆1052的上端伸出移动块105并固定有主动部1054，调节螺杆1052的下端固定有刀具架1055，刀具架1055的底部铰接有圆形切刀1056，刀具架1055的上部插套在限位凹槽1051中，刀具架1055的两侧壁紧贴限位凹槽1051的两个内侧壁，圆形切刀1056靠近上板体103。
进一步的说，所述刀具架1055的一侧壁上固定有旋转电机1057，旋转电机1057的输出轴为花键轴，花键轴插套在圆形切刀1056的转轴的一端具有的花键孔中。
在使用时，将布料卷筒放置在放卷辊15中，然后，将布料卷绕在收卷辊12中，通过收卷电机13和放卷电机16的同时运行，保证布料输送时的张紧度，然后，通过驱动电机1041运行，可以调节圆形切刀1056的位置，然后，通过调节调节螺杆1052可以实现圆形切刀1056压靠在上板体103的力度，而上板体103通过推动气缸102推动，在移动时，通过圆形切刀1056切割，而圆形切刀1056通过旋转电机1057驱动运行，实现切边，其效果好，效率高。

1.一种切边可调的布料单切边机，包括机架(10)，其特征在于：所述机架(10)的左端固定有两个收卷支撑杆(11)，收卷辊(12)的两端铰接在两个收卷支撑杆(11)上，其中一个收卷支撑杆(11)的外侧壁上固定有收卷电机(13)，收卷电机(13)的输出轴为花键轴，花键轴插套在收卷辊(12)的一端具有的花键孔中；
机架(10)的右端固定有两个放卷支撑杆(14)，放卷辊(15)的两端铰接在两个放卷支撑杆(14)上，其中一个放卷支撑杆(14)的外侧壁上固定有放卷电机(16)，放卷电机(16)的输出轴为花键轴，花键轴插套在对应的放卷辊(15)的一端具有的花键孔中；
所述机架(10)的顶板的中部的底面固定有多个推动气缸(102)，推动气缸(102)的推杆穿过机架(10)的顶板并固定有上板体(103)，上板体(103)的前后两侧固定有侧支撑板(104)，上水平板(109)的两侧固定在两个侧支撑板(104)的顶面内侧壁上，横向螺杆(106)的两端铰接在两个侧支撑板(104)上，导向杆(107)的两端固定在两个侧支撑板(104)上，移动块(105)螺接在横向螺杆(106)中，导向杆(107)插套在移动块(105)上，其中一个侧支撑板(104)的外侧壁上固定有驱动电机(1041)，驱动电机(1041)的输出轴为花键轴，花键轴插套在横向螺杆(106)的一端具有的花键孔中，移动块(105)上设有圆形切刀(1056)，圆形切刀(1056)靠近上板体(103)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种切边可调的布料单切边机，其特征在于：所述上板体(103)的顶面固定有自润滑弹性层(1031)。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种切边可调的布料单切边机，其特征在于：所述移动块(105)的底面具有限位凹槽(1051)，调节螺杆(1052)插套在限位凹槽(1051)中，调节螺杆(1052)的螺接在限位凹槽(1051)的顶面具有的螺接通孔(1053)，调节螺杆(1052)的上端伸出移动块(105)并固定有主动部(1054)，调节螺杆(1052)的下端固定有刀具架(1055)，刀具架(1055)的底部铰接有圆形切刀(1056)，刀具架(1055)的上部插套在限位凹槽(1051)中，刀具架(1055)的两侧壁紧贴限位凹槽(1051)的两个内侧壁，圆形切刀(1056)靠近上板体(103)。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种切边可调的布料单切边机，其特征在于：所述刀具架(1055)的一侧壁上固定有旋转电机(1057)，旋转电机(1057)的输出轴为花键轴，花键轴插套在圆形切刀(1056)的转轴的一端具有的花键孔中。
