本发明公开一种玻璃纤维纱复合布,所述的玻璃纤维纱复合布包括玻璃纤维基布和包覆层,所述包覆层均匀缠绕于玻璃纤维基布外,所述玻璃纤维基布为无碱玻璃纤维经纱和羽纱交织制成的网状编织物,所述包覆层为羊绒线和玻璃纤维丝交捻编织而成,所述的无碱玻璃纤维经纱占玻璃纤维基布总体分量的48%‑53%,所述的羽纱占玻璃纤维基布总体分量的47%‑52%。本发明提供一种玻璃纤维纱复合布,具有能够增加纱线韧性和使用效果度好的优点。

玻璃纤维纱复合布
技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃纤维纱复合布。
背景技术
玻璃纤维在交通、工业、建筑、环境等领域有着广泛的用途,随着玻纤领域的日益扩大,在某些领域,特别是具有高耐碱性、抗老化性等领域,普通的无碱玻璃纤维由于其性能的缺陷已不能满足市场需求。尤其是在建筑领域中,作为水泥的增强材料,普通无碱玻璃纤维不具有较高的耐碱性能,不能达到要求。根据市场需求,需要寻求具有高耐碱性、抗老化性的玻璃纤维作为增强材料。在普通玻璃纤维上曾尝试涂以耐碱被覆层来提高耐碱性,但效果不佳。根据市场需求,需要寻求具有高耐碱性、抗老化性的玻璃纤维作为增强材料。那么要提高玻璃纤维的耐碱性,势必要在玻璃网架结构中中添加耐碱组分。 针对以上情况,许多研究机构及玻璃纤维企业进行了大量的实验研究,想方设法 提高玻璃纤维的耐碱性能。通过研究确定了 ZrO2 在抗碱方面的效果,随着 ZrO2 含量的增 加,玻璃耐酸、碱性提高,纤维失重减少,纤维在水泥中的强度值也增高。
纱线是一种用各种纺织纤维加工成一定细度的产品,用于织布、制绳、制线、针织和刺绣等,随着现代市场行情的不断发展,人们对纺织类产品的要求越来越高,这也导致了各种类型的纱线应运而生。由于纱线都是比较细小的,因此普通的纱线一般都比较容易断裂,因此在进行纺 织和编制的时候经常会发生一些丝线断裂的现象,这样对编制就会造成一定的质量影响。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有能够增加纱线韧性和使用效果度性好优点的玻璃纤维纱复合布。
本发明的技术方案是:一种玻璃纤维纱复合布,所述的玻璃纤维纱复合布包括玻璃纤维基布和包覆层,所述包覆层均匀缠绕于玻璃纤维基布外,所述玻璃纤维基布为无碱玻璃纤维经纱和羽纱交织制成的网状编织物,所述包覆层为羊绒线和玻璃纤维丝交捻编织而成,所述的无碱玻璃纤维经纱占玻璃纤维基布总体分量的48%-53%,所述的羽纱占玻璃纤维基布总体分量的47%-52%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述羽纱的材质为石英玻璃纤维或高硅氧玻璃纤维或硅酸铝纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的无碱玻璃纤维经纱占玻璃纤维基布总体分量的49%,所述的羽纱占玻璃纤维基布总体分量的51%。
本发明的一种玻璃纤维纱复合布,具有能够增加纱线韧性和使用效果度好的优点。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述的玻璃纤维纱复合布包括玻璃纤维基布和包覆层,所述包覆层均匀缠绕于玻璃纤维基布外,所述玻璃纤维基布为无碱玻璃纤维经纱和羽纱交织制成的网状编织物,所述包覆层为羊绒线和玻璃纤维丝交捻编织而成,所述的无碱玻璃纤维经纱占玻璃纤维基布总体分量的48%-53%,所述的羽纱占玻璃纤维基布总体分量的47%-52%。
进一步说明,所述羽纱的材质为石英玻璃纤维或高硅氧玻璃纤维或硅酸铝纤维,所述的无碱玻璃纤维经纱占玻璃纤维基布总体分量的49%,所述的羽纱占玻璃纤维基布总体分量的51%。
在进一步说明,玻璃纤维基布(1)短切原丝毡 将玻璃原丝(有时也用无捻粗纱)切割成50mm长,将其随机但均匀地铺陈在网带上,随后施以乳液粘结剂或撒布上粉末结剂经加热固化后粘结成短切原丝毡。短切毡主要用于手糊、连续制板和对模模压和SMC工艺中。对短切原丝毡的质量要求如下:①沿宽度方向面积质量均匀;②短切原丝在毡面中分布均匀,无大孔眼形成,粘结剂分布均匀;③具有适中的干毡强度;④优良的树脂浸润及浸透性。(2)连续原丝毡 将拉丝过程中形成的玻璃原丝或从原丝筒中退解出来的连续原丝呈8字形铺敷在连续移动网带上,经粉末粘结剂粘合而成。连续玻纤原丝毡中纤维是连续的,故其对复合材料的增强效果较短切毡好。主要用在拉挤法、RTM法、压力袋法及玻璃毡增强热塑料(GMT)等工艺中。(3)表面毡 玻璃钢制品通常需要形成富有树脂层,这一般是用中碱玻璃表面毡来实现。这类毡由于采用中碱玻璃(C)制成,故赋予玻璃钢耐化学性特别是耐酸性,同时因为毡薄、玻纤直径较细之故,还可吸收较多树脂形成富树脂层,遮住了玻璃纤维增强材料(如方格布)的纹路,起到表面修饰作用。(4)针刺毡 针刺毡或分为短切纤维针刺毡和连续原丝针刺毡。短切纤维针刺毡是将玻纤粗纱短切成50mm,随机铺放在预先放置在传送带上的底材上,然后用带倒钩的针进行针刺,针将短切纤维刺进底材中,而钩针又将一些纤维向上带起形成三维结构。所用底材可以是玻璃纤维或其它纤维的稀织物,这种针刺毡有绒毛感。其主要用途包括用作隔热隔声材料、衬热材料、过滤材料,也可用在玻璃钢生产中,但所制玻璃钢强度较低,使用范围有限。另一类连续原丝针刺毡,是将连续玻璃原丝用抛丝装置随机抛在连续网带上,经针板针刺,形成纤维相互勾连的三维结构的毡。这种毡主要用于玻璃纤维增强热塑料可冲压片材生产。(5)缝合毡 短切玻璃纤维从50mm乃至60cm长均可用缝编机将其缝合成短切纤维或长纤维毡,前者可在若干用途方面代替传统的粘结剂粘结的短切毡,后者则在一定程度上代替连续原丝毡。它们的共同优点是不含粘结剂,避免了生产过程的污染,同时浸透性能好,价格较低。本发明提供一种玻璃纤维纱复合布,具有能够增加纱线韧性和使用效果度好的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种玻璃纤维纱复合布,其特征在于:所述的玻璃纤维纱复合布包括玻璃纤维基布和包覆层,所述包覆层均匀缠绕于玻璃纤维基布外,所述玻璃纤维基布为无碱玻璃纤维经纱和羽纱交织制成的网状编织物,所述包覆层为羊绒线和玻璃纤维丝交捻编织而成,所述的无碱玻璃纤维经纱占玻璃纤维基布总体分量的48%-53%,所述的羽纱占玻璃纤维基布总体分量的47%-52%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃纤维纱复合布,其特征在于:所述羽纱的材质为石英玻璃纤维或高硅氧玻璃纤维或硅酸铝纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃纤维纱复合布,其特征在于:所述的无碱玻璃纤维经纱占玻璃纤维基布总体分量的49%,所述的羽纱占玻璃纤维基布总体分量的51%。
