The invention relates to a sea grape extract with an allergy inhibiting function, a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to a sea grape extract, in particular to a sea grape extract capable of inhibiting allergy and not causing allergy, a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the sea grape extract comprises the following steps: the weight ratio of the sea grape to the pure water is 1: 1-20, pulping and uniformly mixing, stirring for 30-120 minutes at the temperature of 20-100 ℃, filtering the obtained liquid for the first time to obtain a sea grape extract, further filtering the sea grape extract for the second time, filtering the sea grape extract by using EW (electron beam radiation), PW (pseudo wire) and DK (dark yellow) membranes, and drying to obtain a sea grape refined extract; the invention has excellent effect of inhibiting allergy, does not cause allergy per se, and can be used for cosmetics and foods.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sea grape extract, in particular to a sea grape extract capable of inhibiting allergy and not causing allergy, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Allergy is a phenomenon of excessive reaction to environmental substances (also called allergens) due to the abnormality of the immune system of the human body, and the allergens entering the body bind to IgE antibodies. At this time, the mast cells are stimulated to release inflammatory substances such as histamine, which causes inflammatory reaction of body tissues, and allergic symptoms vary depending on the body part releasing histamine, including symptoms of nasal discharge, lacrimation, itching, shortness of breath, dry skin, and the like, and serious patients may suffer from shock and thus be threatened. Allergy in people with allergic constitution is usually relieved by using anti-histamines and other drugs, and the allergic drugs generally have certain side effects, so that the inhibition of the allergic activity by using natural plants or extracting components with the function of inhibiting allergy from the plants is also an issue of public concern.
The ampelopsis belongs to green algae, is rich in algal polysaccharides, has zero fat and low calorie, has fresh and crisp mouthfeel, is the best natural health food in the minds of Japanese people and many experts like the caviar, and is also a high-grade food material in Japanese food shops. Since the sea grape contains a large amount of trace elements and has an anti-aging effect, the sea grape extract has been legally used as a cosmetic raw material by the world cosmetic society.
