A method of installing a luminaire, characterized by: the combined support comprises a plurality of support units, wherein two adjacent support units are connected in a socket joint mode through a socket connector (8), each support unit comprises a bright piping (1) and a supporting and hanging unit connected with the bright piping (1), the bright piping (1) is horizontally arranged, a clamp (4) for installing a lamp (5) is sleeved on the bright piping (1), the supporting and hanging unit is vertically arranged, each supporting and hanging unit comprises a supporting and hanging rod (2-3) and a supporting and hanging pipe (2-1) connected with the lower end of the corresponding supporting and hanging rod (2-3), the lower end of the corresponding supporting and hanging rod (2-3) is connected with the upper end of the corresponding supporting and hanging pipe (2-1), the upper end of the corresponding supporting and hanging rod (2-3) is fixed on a top plate (3), and the lower end of the corresponding supporting and hanging pipe (2-1) is communicated with the upper part of the corresponding bright piping (1);
the exposed piping (1) of two adjacent bracket units are connected in a socket joint manner through the socket connector (8), the cross section shape of the socket connector (8) is the same as that of the exposed piping (1), the cross section size of the socket connector (8) is not smaller than that of the exposed piping (1), and a threaded hole (9) for allowing an adjusting bolt for adjusting the levelness of the exposed piping (1) to pass through is formed in the socket connector (8);
a rib (10) is arranged at the middle position of the socket (8) in the length direction, and the rib (10) comprises protrusions distributed along the circumferential directions of the inner wall and the outer wall of the socket (8);
the fixture (4) comprises a fixture body (4-1) sleeved on the open piping (1) and a chuck (4-2) matched with the fixture body (4-1), the fixture body (4-1) is U-shaped, and the chuck (4-2) is provided with a clamping hole for two ends of the fixture body (4-1) to pass through; two ends of a lampshade of the lamp (5) are provided with second through holes for two ends of the fixture body (4-1) to pass through;
the upper end of the supporting hanging pipe (2-1) is welded with a steel plate (7), and the steel plate (7) is provided with a mounting hole (7-1) for mounting the supporting hanging pipe (2-3);
the lower part of the open piping (1) corresponding to the communication position of the upper part of the open piping (1) and the support pipe (2-1) is provided with a first through hole, and the first through hole is provided with a plug (6) matched with the first through hole;
the method comprises the following steps:
step one, construction preparation: determining an initial installation position of the support boom (2-3) on the top plate (3) and an initial installation position of the lamp (5) on the open piping (1) according to a construction drawing, optimizing the initial installation position of the support boom (2-3) on the top plate (3) and the initial installation position of the lamp (5) on the open piping (1) by a computer through BIM software, adjusting the optimized results, and finally determining a final installation position of the support boom (2-3) on the top plate (3) and a final installation position of the lamp (5) on the open piping (1);
step two, assembling the combined bracket, which comprises the following steps:
step 201, assembling a bracket unit: the lower end of the supporting pipe (2-1) is communicated with the upper part of the open piping (1), and then the upper end of the supporting pipe (2-1) is connected with the lower end of the supporting rod (2-3) to form the bracket unit;
step 202, repeating step 201 to complete the assembly of a plurality of bracket units;
step 203, after the exposed pipes (1) of the plurality of bracket units in step 202 are connected in a socket manner through socket connectors (8), the combined bracket is assembled;
step three, mounting a combined bracket: after the assembly of the combined bracket in the step 203 is completed, hoisting the combined bracket by adopting a hoisting machine, and fixing the upper end of the support boom (2-3) at the final installation position of the support boom (2-3) on the top plate (3) determined in the step one;
fourth, mounting the lamp: fixedly connecting the lamp (5) to the final installation position of the lamp (5) on the bright piping (1) determined in the step one through the fixture (4);
a fourth step of penetrating an electric wire into the open piping (1) by adopting a conduit before the lamp is installed, and connecting the electric wire with a female connector of a connector at the first through hole;
when the lamp is installed, a reserved line of the lamp (5) is inserted into a male connector of the plug connector, after connection of the plug connector is completed, the plug (6) is used for plugging the first through hole, after two ends of the clamp body (4-1) pass through the second through hole, the clamp body (4-1) is sleeved on the open piping (1), then the chucks (4-2) are inserted into two ends of the clamp body (4-1), and two ends of the clamp body (4-1) are bent, so that installation of the lamp (5) is completed;
the support rod (2-3) is a screw rod, the lower end of the screw rod is provided with threads, and the upper end of the screw rod is provided with an expansion tube;
the exposed piping (1) is not required to be pre-buried on the top plate (3), the laying of pipelines is changed from the concealed laying of the traditional mode into the exposed laying, the installation progress of the lamps (5) is not influenced by the whole project construction period, and in a dense area of the pipelines, the collision points encountered when the lamps (5) are installed are adjusted and staggered by connecting wires on connectors in the exposed piping (1), so that the installed lamps (5) are arranged in a row.
