Abstract

本发明一种防止漏油的密封轴承主要用于工业领域轴承密封使用,它密封严密,可以完全阻止轴承内的润滑油外泄;本发明主要由轴承座、轴承外圈、滚珠、轴承内圈、旋转环、转轴、弹性环、环形槽A、环形槽B组成;其工作原理是:转轴旋转,带动轴承内圈、旋转环及弹性环一起旋转,此时轴承座及轴承外圈是静止不动的,弹性环在旋转的过程中,其外缘顶在轴承座的内表面,从注油孔注入的粘稠润滑油在弹性环的外缘与轴承座的内表面之间形成极薄的油膜将阻止轴承内的润滑油外泄,且一对弹性环形成了两道密封,完成阻止了轴承内的润滑油的外泄。

本发明主要用于工业领域轴承密封使用。
背景技术
目前在工业领域使用的轴承都不能完全密封,轴承内的润滑油容易外泄,特别是对漏油要求严格的设备,这样的轴承已不能使用。
发明内容
本发明解决了上述问题,它密封严密,可以完全阻止轴承内的润滑油外泄;本发明主要由轴承座(1)、轴承外圈(2)、滚珠(3)、轴承内圈(4)、旋转环(5)、转轴(7)、弹性环(9)、环形槽A(10)、环形槽B(11)组成;左右两个旋转环(5)套在转轴(7)上并与转轴(7)固定,左右两个旋转环(5)的外缘有两个对称的环形槽A(10),两对弹性环(9)分别安装在左右两个旋转环(5)的两个环形槽A(10)上,轴承座(1)的左右内圈开有环形槽B(11),环形槽B(11)的正上方开有注油孔(6),注油孔(6)的下端在一对弹性环(9)的空隙之间,轴承外圈(2)的外缘与轴承座(1)固定,轴承内圈(4)套在转轴(7)上并与转轴(7)固定;其工作原理是:转轴(7)旋转,带动轴承内圈(4)、旋转环(5)及弹性环(9)一起旋转,此时轴承座(1)及轴承外圈(2)是静止不动的,弹性环(9)在旋转的过程中,其外缘顶在轴承座(1)的内表面,当然轴承座(1)的内表面是静止的,从注油孔(6)注入的粘稠润滑油在弹性环(9)的外缘与轴承座(1)的内表面之间形成极薄的油膜将阻止轴承内的润滑油(8)外泄,且一对弹性环(9)形成了两道密封,完成阻止了轴承内的润滑油(8)的外泄;需说明:弹性环(9)与发动机的活塞环构造一致。

发明内容已详细说明了本发明的具体实施方式,这里不再重复,需说明:本发明所述的轴承座、轴承外圈,滚珠,轴承内圈均为常规的轴承构件,当然轴承还有润滑油注油孔,这也是轴承的常规构件;本发明也可以用于其他形式的轴承。

1.一种防止漏油的密封轴承,其特征是:它主要由轴承座(1)、轴承外圈(2)、滚珠(3)、轴承内圈(4)、旋转环(5)、转轴(7)、弹性环(9)、环形槽A(10)、环形槽B(11)组成;左右两个旋转环(5)套在转轴(7)上并与转轴(7)固定,左右两个旋转环(5)的外缘上均设置有两个对称的环形槽A(10),两对弹性环(9)分别安装在左右两个旋转环(5)的两个环形槽A(10)上,轴承座(1)的左右内圈开有环形槽B(11),环形槽B(11)的正上方开有注油孔(6),注油孔(6)的下端在一对弹性环(9)的空隙之间,轴承外圈(2)的外缘与轴承座(1)固定,轴承内圈(4)套在转轴(7)上并与转轴(7)固定;其工作原理是:转轴(7)旋转,带动轴承内圈(4)、旋转环(5)及弹性环(9)一起旋转,此时轴承座(1)及轴承外圈(2)是静止不动的,弹性环(9)在旋转的过程中,其外缘顶在轴承座(1)的内表面,轴承座(1)的内表面是静止的,从注油孔(6)注入的粘稠润滑油在弹性环(9)的外缘与轴承座(1)的内表面之间形成极薄的油膜将阻止轴承内的润滑油(8)外泄,且一对弹性环(9)形成了两道密封,阻止了轴承内的润滑油(8)的外泄;弹性环(9)与发动机的活塞环构造一致。
