玻璃制品是家居中的必备品,玻璃门,玻璃窗,玻璃家具,玻璃制品似乎无处不在,用玻璃制作的家居产品固然漂亮,但也要小心呵护,在家庭大扫除过程中,玻璃的清洗工作度是最让人感到苦恼的,厨房窗户的玻璃上,总是堆积了一层厚厚的油污,怎么都弄不干净,当玻璃上积上了一定积垢时,一般情况下,很难擦干净,冬天的时候,玻璃窗的表面会结霜,待霜自然化掉后,留下一些水渍,影响美感。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种独特的渗透力及抛光光亮因子更能迅速去除各种污垢,含有防静电成分,经擦洗后的玻璃晶莹、透光的玻璃酵素清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的玻璃酵素清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、小麦胚芽、川芎油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、 L-抗坏血酸钠、长柄木霉、青春双歧杆菌、苹果香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

汉防己提取物 0.6% 甘草酸二钾 1.2% 纳豆发酵提取物 0.7%
燕麦多肽 1.2% 聚季铵盐1% 小麦胚芽 1.6%
川芎油 1.1% 绿茶香精 0.8% AES 2.8%
益生菌群 3.1% 甲基乙基酯 1.1% 鱼胶原蛋白 1.3%
TX10乳化剂 1% 海藻糖 0.9% 卡松2 1.2%
L-抗坏血酸钠 1.1% 长柄木霉 1.6% 青春双歧杆菌2%
苹果香 1.5% 水74.2%
配制工艺
本发明玻璃酵素清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾恒温34.7°C的水中搅拌157分钟,再加入纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、小麦胚芽、川芎油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群高速搅拌159分钟,并配以甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、 L-抗坏血酸钠恒温在31.7°C均质搅拌160分种,将容器恒温在32.7°C密封发酵27.7小时,再加入长柄木霉、青春双歧杆菌、苹果香高速搅拌162分钟,擦洗后的玻璃晶莹、透光,然后恒温在30.7°C容器内静置33.7小时即为成品。
有益效果:
独特的渗透力及抛光光亮因子更能迅速去除各种污垢,含有防静电成分,经擦洗后的玻璃晶莹、透光。

本发明的玻璃酵素清洗剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,
