技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种木质家具酵素清洗剂配制方法。
背景技术
现在很多家庭住户都喜欢实木家具,实木的家具装扮在家中别有一番韵味,在家庭的装饰中也起到一定的装饰效果,但是在打理起来的时候,令人头痛,因为要面对各种各样的污渍,家庭环境中,实木家具污渍清洁最常见的包括:油污、油墨、白色家具变黄等问题,家具因为滴上水没有及时擦除干净,过一段时间,水参入漆膜空隙并积存,会使油漆膜泛起一种水印。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种能去除木板及家具的各种细菌,呵护家人健康,清洁木质家具的顽固黑垢、污斑的同时能保持光亮的木质家具酵素清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的木质家具酵素清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由 L-泛酸钙、毕赤酵母、罗伊氏乳杆菌、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、小麦胚芽、木香油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、柠檬香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
L-泛酸钙 1.6% 毕赤酵母 2% 罗伊氏乳杆菌 2.1%
燕麦多肽 0.8% 聚季铵盐0.5% 小麦胚芽 1.1%
木香油 1.7% 绿茶香精 1.5% AES 4.6%
益生菌群 2.2% 甲基乙基酯 0.7% 鱼胶原蛋白 0.9%
TX10乳化剂 1.9% 海藻糖 1.8% 卡松2 2.1%
醇醚硫酸钠 0.7% 酵素 1.9% 醋酸 0.7%
柠檬香 2.2% 水69%
配制工艺
本发明木质家具酵素清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的 L-泛酸钙与毕赤酵母、罗伊氏乳杆菌、燕麦多肽恒温29.9°C的水中搅拌170分钟,再加入聚季铵盐、小麦胚芽、木香油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯高速搅拌172分钟,并配以鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素恒温在32.9°C均质搅拌173分种,将容器恒温在33.9°C密封发酵28.9小时,再加入醋酸、柠檬香高速搅拌176分钟,能清洁木质家具的顽固黑垢、污斑,然后恒温在31.9°C容器内静置34.9小时即为成品。
有益效果:
能快速去除木板及家具的各种细菌,呵护家人健康,清洁木质家具的顽固黑垢、污斑的同时具有保持光亮。
具体实施方式
本发明的木质家具酵素清洗剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,L-泛酸钙 1.6%、毕赤酵母 2%、罗伊氏乳杆菌 2.1%、燕麦多肽 0.8%、聚季铵盐0.5%、小麦胚芽 1.1%、木香油1.7%、绿茶香精 1.5%、AES 4.6%、益生菌群 2.2%、甲基乙基酯 0.7%、鱼胶原蛋白 0.9%、TX10乳化剂 1.9%、海藻糖 1.8%、卡松2 2.1%、醇醚硫酸钠 0.7%、酵素 1.9%、醋酸 0.7%、柠檬香 2.2%、水69%,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的 L-泛酸钙与毕赤酵母、罗伊氏乳杆菌、燕麦多肽恒温29.9°C的水中搅拌170分钟,再加入聚季铵盐、小麦胚芽、木香油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯高速搅拌172分钟,并配以鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素恒温在32.9°C均质搅拌173分种,将容器恒温在33.9°C密封发酵28.9小时,再加入醋酸、柠檬香高速搅拌176分钟,能清洁木质家具的顽固黑垢、污斑,然后恒温在31.9°C容器内静置34.9小时即为成品。
