本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种能去除木板及家具的各种细菌,呵护家人健康,清洁木质家具的顽固黑垢、污斑的同时能保持光亮的木质家具酵素清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的木质家具酵素清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由盐酸硫胺、植酸酶、沼泽红假单胞菌、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、小麦胚芽、木香油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、柠檬香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

盐酸硫胺 0.9% 植酸酶 1.3% 沼泽红假单胞菌 1.5%
燕麦多肽 1.5% 聚季铵盐1.1% 小麦胚芽 1.8%
木香油 1% 绿茶香精 0.8% AES 3.9%
益生菌群 2.9% 甲基乙基酯 1.3% 鱼胶原蛋白 1.6%
TX10乳化剂 1.2% 海藻糖 1.1% 卡松2 1.5%
醇醚硫酸钠 1.3% 酵素 2.6% 醋酸 1.3%
柠檬香 1.6% 水69.8%
配制工艺
本发明木质家具酵素清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的盐酸硫胺与植酸酶、沼泽红假单胞菌、燕麦多肽恒温29.3°C的水中搅拌163分钟,再加入聚季铵盐、小麦胚芽、木香油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯高速搅拌166分钟,并配以鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素恒温在32.3°C均质搅拌167分种,将容器恒温在33.3°C密封发酵28.3小时,再加入醋酸、柠檬香高速搅拌169分钟,能清洁木质家具的顽固黑垢、污斑,然后恒温在31.3°C容器内静置34.3小时即为成品。
有益效果:
能快速去除木板及家具的各种细菌,呵护家人健康,清洁木质家具的顽固黑垢、污斑的同时具有保持光亮。
具体实施方式
