本发明的玻璃酵素清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽、聚季铵盐、小麦胚芽、川芎油、绿茶香精、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2、D‑生物素、孤独腐质霉、嗜热链球菌、苹果香、水混合配制而成。

本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种玻璃酵素清洗剂配制方法。
背景技术
玻璃制品是家居中的必备品,玻璃门,玻璃窗,玻璃家具,玻璃制品似乎无处不在,用玻璃制作的家居产品固然漂亮,但也要小心呵护,在家庭大扫除过程中,玻璃的清洗工作度是最让人感到苦恼的,厨房窗户的玻璃上,总是堆积了一层厚厚的油污,怎么都弄不干净,当玻璃上积上了一定积垢时,一般情况下,很难擦干净,冬天的时候,玻璃窗的表面会结霜,待霜自然化掉后,留下一些水渍,影响美感。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种独特的渗透力及抛光光亮因子更能迅速去除各种污垢,含有防静电成分,经擦洗后的玻璃晶莹、透光的玻璃酵素清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的玻璃酵素清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、小麦胚芽、川芎油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、 D-生物素、孤独腐质霉、嗜热链球菌、苹果香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 0.5% 甘草酸二钾 1.1% 纳豆发酵提取物 0.6%
燕麦多肽 1.3% 聚季铵盐1.1% 小麦胚芽 1.7%
川芎油 1% 绿茶香精 0.7% AES 2.7%
益生菌群 3.2% 甲基乙基酯 1.2% 鱼胶原蛋白 1.5%
TX10乳化剂 0.9% 海藻糖 0.8% 卡松2 1.1%
D-生物素 1.2% 孤独腐质霉 1.7% 嗜热链球菌2.1%
苹果香 1.3% 水74.3%
配制工艺
本发明玻璃酵素清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾恒温34.8°C的水中搅拌158分钟,再加入纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、小麦胚芽、川芎油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群高速搅拌160分钟,并配以甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、 D-生物素恒温在31.8°C均质搅拌161分种,将容器恒温在32.8°C密封发酵27.8小时,再加入孤独腐质霉、嗜热链球菌、苹果香高速搅拌163分钟,擦洗后的玻璃晶莹、透光,然后恒温在30.8°C容器内静置33.8小时即为成品。
有益效果:
独特的渗透力及抛光光亮因子更能迅速去除各种污垢,含有防静电成分,经擦洗后的玻璃晶莹、透光。
具体实施方式
本发明的玻璃酵素清洗剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,
汉防己提取物 0.5%、甘草酸二钾 1.1%、纳豆发酵提取物 0.6%、燕麦多肽 1.3%、聚季铵盐1.1%、小麦胚芽 1.7%、川芎油 1%、绿茶香精 0.7%、AES 2.7%、 益生菌群 3.2%、甲基乙基酯 1.2%、鱼胶原蛋白 1.5%、TX10乳化剂 0.9%、海藻糖 0.8%、卡松2 1.1%、D-生物素1.2%、孤独腐质霉 1.7%、嗜热链球菌2.1%、苹果香 1.3%、水74.3% ,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾恒温34.8°C的水中搅拌158分钟,再加入纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、小麦胚芽、川芎油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群高速搅拌160分钟,并配以甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、 D-生物素恒温在31.8°C均质搅拌161分种,将容器恒温在32.8°C密封发酵27.8小时,再加入孤独腐质霉、嗜热链球菌、苹果香高速搅拌163分钟,擦洗后的玻璃晶莹、透光,然后恒温在30.8°C容器内静置33.8小时即为成品。
