Abstract

本发明公开了一种含莲多酚的抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜及其制备方法,包括如下成分:10~40份的莲多酚预制溶液、60~90份的面膜基料,按重量份计,莲多酚是0.5~3份。制备工艺是:先制备莲多酚预制溶液,把面膜基料的成分按溶解性分为水相和油相,然后水相和油相混合乳化得到面膜基料,最后将莲多酚与特定种类的面膜基料进行互配。本发明将莲多酚与特定种类的面膜基料进行互配,为皮肤补水同时利用莲多酚的抗氧化性和收敛性,具有抗衰老、祛皱和收缩毛孔等功能;莲多酚与黄原胶进行复配,发挥莲多酚收敛性的同时不会对皮肤产生任何刺激作用;莲多酚对皮肤常见的金黄色葡萄球菌等,还具有特异的抗菌能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化妆品领域,尤其涉及一种具有抗氧化收缩毛孔效果的睡眠面膜。
背景技术
多酚是广泛存在于植物体内的多元酚类化合物,由于具有收敛性、清除自由基、抗紫外线辐射、抑制酪氨酸酶等生理活性,目前以植物提取物形式已经应用到化妆品等领域。如公开号为CN104146936A的专利《牡丹多酚水溶性凝胶面膜及其制作方法》和公开号为CN105534823A的专利《茶多酚化妆品》,都是以牡丹或茶为原料提取多酚物质,添加到护肤品中,提高了护肤品的活性功能。相关文献报道还有公开号为CN104473825A的专利《龙眼果核多酚提取纯化方法及其在制备多酚美白化妆品中的应用》、公开号为CN106074245A的专利《含牛皮菜多酚的控油清痘膏及其制备方法》等,但有关莲多酚在护肤品中的应用尚未见报道。
莲是我国最富特色、种植面积最大、品种资源最为充足的水生经济作物之一,其荷叶、莲蓬、莲籽和根等部位都具有清热解毒祛湿的功效。在生产莲子的过程中,会产生大量的副产物——莲子壳。莲子壳的功效与莲子相似,具有益心补肾、健脾止泻、固精安神的作用,但由于莲子壳收涩,不易过量食用。干燥的莲子壳含有3%左右的莲多酚,由儿茶素、表儿茶素、金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷等单体组成,比茶多酚单体组成丰富。由莲子壳所制备的莲多酚,色泽好,具有较强的抗氧化能力。另外,针对皮肤常见的金黄色葡萄球菌等微生物,莲多酚还具有特异的抗菌能力。将莲多酚添加到护肤品和/或化妆品中,可以起到抗氧化、收缩毛孔、抑菌、抗衰老、抗紫外线、增白及保湿的作用。
由于多酚的收敛性,对部分人群的皮肤有一定的刺激性,而现有多酚护肤品是将多酚提取物直接添加到护肤品中,未考虑多酚的致敏性。本发明利用多酚与多糖或磷脂等复合,对皮肤无刺激的原理,将莲多酚与黄原胶制成预制溶液,再添加到护肤品中,消除了致敏风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含莲多酚的抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜及其制备方法,开发出具有良好抗氧化、收缩毛孔、抑菌效果的护肤产品。同时,消除莲多酚的致敏风险,拓展莲多酚的应用范围。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种含莲多酚的抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜,按重量份计,包括如下成分:10~40份的莲多酚预制溶液、60~90份的面膜基料。
进一步地,按质量百分比计,所述莲多酚预制溶液包括:2~10%莲多酚、1~2%黄原胶、0.1~0.5%乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
进一步地,按质量百分比计,所述莲多酚预制溶液包括:6%莲多酚,1%黄原胶,0.1%乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
进一步地,所述面膜基料包括水相成分和油相成分,按重量份计,所述面膜基料如下:

一种含莲多酚的抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)制备莲多酚预制溶液:按比例将莲多酚粉末与黄原胶粉末在40~80℃水中混合4~6min,再加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠,混合均匀;
(2)将面膜基料各成分根据其溶解性分为水相和油相,分别加热融化,混合乳化,得到面膜基料,用清洁干燥的玻璃罐密封保存;
(3)按比例将莲多酚预制溶液和面膜基料混合均质,制成莲多酚抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜。取出莲多酚抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜,用清洁干燥的棕色玻璃罐密封保存。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中莲多酚粉末和黄原胶粉末在50℃水中混合5min,再加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠,混合均匀。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中加热融化温度为30~80℃,乳化时间为7~11min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明制作的莲多酚预制溶液,其中的复合物对皮肤无刺激,消除了莲多酚的致敏风险。同时,莲多酚和黄原胶预制溶液和莲多酚抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜基料的混合均质操作简单易行,其预制溶液可用于其它类的含莲多酚的护肤品和/或化妆品中。乙二胺四乙酸二钠可螯合睡眠面膜原料中含有或面膜制作过程中掺入的Fe3+、Fe2+、Al3+、Sn2+、Cu2+、Pb2+,防止上述离子对莲多酚的破坏作用。本发明制作的莲多酚抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜,角鲨烷可加速配方中活性物质向皮肤中渗透;扭刺仙人掌茎提取物、苦参根提取物、澳洲坚果籽油、黄瓜果提取物、玫瑰花提取物、马鞭草提取物、木瓜提取物、亚洲白桦树汁、欧锦葵提取物等都属于莲多酚抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜活性成分,复配使用提高其功能特性;苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、羟苯甲酯钠能防止莲多酚抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜发霉变质。
采用上述技术方案,制得的莲多酚抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜,为皮肤提供了补水作用的同时,利用莲多酚的抗氧化性和收敛性,使其具有抗衰老、祛皱和收缩毛孔的作用,且对皮肤无任何刺激作用。莲多酚对皮肤常见的金黄色葡萄球菌等,还具有特异的抗菌能力。所述莲多酚抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜具有良好的安全性,符合QB/T2872-2007中关于膏(乳)状面膜的相关规定,有较强的开发利用前景。

按质量百分比计,将2~4%莲多酚粉末与1.0~1.5%黄原胶粉末在40~80℃水中混合4~6min,再加入0.1~0.5%乙二胺四乙酸二钠,混合均匀。
莲多酚抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜基料的制备:

按莲多酚以2份的重量份,将莲多酚预制溶液和莲多酚抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜基料混合均质,制成莲多酚抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜。取出莲多酚抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜,用清洁干燥的棕色玻璃罐密封保存。
测试例:
(1)莲多酚清除DPPH自由基的能力:
1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)是一种很稳定的氮中心的自由基,其乙醇溶液呈紫色,在517nm处有最大吸收峰。当其接受氢质子或电子后,紫色褪去,褪色程度与其接受质子或电子数目成正比例关系。通过DPPH﹒溶液吸光值的变化可评价样品提供氢质子的能力,即抗氧化能力的强弱。
用无水乙醇配制浓度分别为5μg/mL、10μg/mL、20μg/mL、50μg/mL、100μg/mL的莲多酚样液,各取2mL于具塞试管中,加入2mL 0.2mmol/LDPPH﹒溶液,充分摇匀,室温下避光反应30min,测定反应样液在517nm处吸光值。不同浓度的莲多酚样液和对照组维生素C的清除自由基能力如图2所示。DPPH清除率计算公式如下:

式中,A0(对照管):2mLDPPH﹒溶液+2mL无水乙醇;A1(测定管):2mL样液+2mLDPPH﹒溶液;A2(标准管):2mL样液+2mL无水乙醇。
由图2可知,莲多酚有比维生素C更强的清除自由基能力,莲多酚的清除自由基能力在莲多酚浓度为0~20μg/mL时,随着浓度的增大,其清除自由基的能力逐渐增大,莲多酚浓度为20μg/mL时,其自由基清除率已超过85%,超过这个范围,其自由基清除率基本趋于平缓。
(2)莲多酚抑菌作用实验
用无菌水配制成浓度分别为0.2mg/mL、0.3mg/mL、0.4mg/mL、0.6mg/mL、1.0mg/mL的莲多酚样液,以沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和李斯特菌等常见污染菌,有针对的进行抑菌实验。
在无菌工作台上,用适当规格的移液枪量分别取200μL的沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和李斯特菌悬菌液至不同的牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基上,并用涂布棒将悬菌液涂布均匀,制成含各种细菌的平板。用经过灭菌处理的直径为6mm的圆形滤纸片蘸取不同浓度的莲多酚样液,轻贴于平板表面,无菌水为对照,置培养箱中37℃下培养24h。莲多酚的抑菌作用如表1所示。

注:+为无抑菌效果,-为有抑菌效果。
由表1可知,莲多酚浓度为0.3mg/mL时,已对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用,表明莲多酚对金黄色葡萄球菌有较强的抑制作用,当莲多酚浓度达到0.4mg/mL时,对沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌、李斯特菌都有抑制作用。
(3)莲多酚抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜抗衰老收缩毛孔功效评价:
选择10名不同年龄、性别的有化妆品基础知识的人员对上述实施例中的不同莲多酚重量份的莲多酚抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜的抗衰老收缩毛孔功效进行评价,各评价人员每天涂抹两次,28天以后对各人员的评价进行汇总,其各评价等级中人数所占百分比如表2所示。

由表2可知,莲多酚提高了评价人员对莲多酚抗衰老收缩毛孔睡眠面膜的抗衰老和收缩毛孔功效满意度。
(4)莲多酚抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜用户评价:
选用模糊综合评判法对本发明进一步方案中的莲多酚抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜的感官进行评价,选择10名不同年龄、性别的有化妆品基础知识的人员对化妆品的各项指标逐项评分。
设定评价论域:X=(光亮度,粘性,铺展性,厚重感,湿润度,粘滞感,滑爽度,柔和度)
确定8个感官因素的权重:A={光亮度(0.096)、粘性(0.088)、铺展性(0.124)、厚重感(0.098)、湿润度(0.180)、粘滞感(0.120)、滑爽度(0.154)、柔和度(0.140)}
确定评价等级集:V={非常差(0-2),略差(2-4),一般(4-6),较好(6-8),极好(8-9)}。10名感官评价人员对面膜各项指标的给分情况如表3所示。

由表2得到模糊矩阵K,由Y=X°K可得Y={0.1,0.1,0.154,0.180,0.154,0.180}
故10名用户评价莲多酚抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜较好。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。

Claims (7)

1.一种含莲多酚的抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括如下成分:10~40份的莲多酚预制溶液、60~90份的面膜基料;
所述莲多酚预制溶液包括:2~10%莲多酚、1~2%黄原胶、0.1~0.5%乙二胺四乙酸二钠;
所述面膜基料包括水相成分和油相成分,按重量份计,所述面膜基料如下:
水相:甘油10~13份,生物糖胶-11~2份,海藻糖2~3份,红没药醇3~4份,麦冬根提取物0.005~0.010份,扭刺仙人掌茎提取液0.002~0.005份,苦参根提取物0.001~0.003份,1,2-乙二醇2~5份,卡波姆钠0.002~0.005份,尿素囊5~7份,透明质酸钠0.002~0.006份,丁二醇2~5份,海水7~10份,黄瓜果提取物0.005~0.010份,玫瑰花提取物0.010~0.020份,马鞭草提取物0.010~0.030份,木瓜提取物0.020~0.040份,亚洲白桦树汁0.030~0.050份,欧锦葵提取物0.030~0.050份,苯氧乙醇0.004~0.006份,乙基己基甘油0.003~0.005份,水45份;
油相:丙烯酸羟乙酯3~5份,聚山梨醇酯-604~6份,角鲨烷5~9份,碳酸二辛酯2~4份,澳洲坚果籽油1~3份,生育酚乙酸酯4~6份,巴巴苏籽油甘油聚醚-8酯类1~2份,薄荷醇乳酸酯2~3份,肉豆蔻酰五肽-40.003~0.005份,羟苯甲酯钠0.005~0.010份,香精0.001~0.003份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含莲多酚的抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜,其特征在于:所述莲多酚占整个面膜体系的重量份为0.5~3份。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一所述的一种含莲多酚的抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜,其特征在于:所述莲多酚预制液中莲多酚的总酚含量为8~50%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含莲多酚的抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜,其特征在于:所述莲多酚包含儿茶素、表儿茶素、金丝桃苷和异槲皮苷物质。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含莲多酚的抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜,其特征在于:所述面膜基料包括水相成分和油相成分,按重量份计,所述面膜基料如下:
水相:甘油10份,生物糖胶-12份,海藻糖2份,红没药醇3份,麦冬根提取物0.005份,扭刺仙人掌茎提取液0.003份,苦参根提取物0.001份,1,2-乙二醇3份,卡波姆钠0.002份,尿素囊5份,透明质酸钠0.004份,丁二醇3份,海水8份,黄瓜果提取物0.007份,玫瑰花提取物0.010份,马鞭草提取物0.020份,木瓜提取物0.030份,亚洲白桦树汁0.030份,欧锦葵提取物0.040份,苯氧乙醇0.004份,乙基己基甘油0.0004份,水45份;
油相:丙烯酸羟乙酯4份,聚山梨醇酯-604份,角鲨烷6份,碳酸二辛酯3份,澳洲坚果籽油2份,生育酚乙酸酯4份,巴巴苏籽油甘油聚醚-8酯类2份,薄荷醇乳酸酯2份,肉豆蔻酰五肽-40.004份,羟苯甲酯钠0.005份,香精0.001份。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的含莲多酚的抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
(1)制备莲多酚预制溶液:按质量百分比计,将莲多酚粉末与黄原胶粉末在40~80℃水中混合4~6min,再加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠,混合均匀;
(2)将面膜基料各成分根据其溶解性分为水相和油相,分别加热融化,混合乳化,得到面膜基料,用清洁干燥的玻璃罐密封保存;
(3)按所需重量份将莲多酚预制溶液和面膜基料混合均质,制成莲多酚抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜,取出莲多酚抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜,用清洁干燥的棕色玻璃罐密封保存。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种含莲多酚的抗氧化收缩毛孔睡眠面膜的制备方法,其特征在于:
所述步骤(1)中莲多酚粉末和黄原胶粉末在50℃水中混合5min,再加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠,混合均匀;
所述步骤(3)中加热融化温度为30~80℃,乳化时间为7~11min。
