Technical effects
According to claim 1 of the present invention, in a state where the engaged portion on the door side is engaged with the engaging portion on the body side, the grip portion of the grip is substantially vertical, and therefore the grip portion does not protrude greatly from the front surface of the door.
From this state, the handle portion is held by fingers to rotate the handle, and when the handle reaches a certain rotation angle, the engagement between the engaged portion on the door side and the engaging portion on the body side is released, and at this time, the handle portion is directly pulled forward, and the door is opened. On the other hand, when the door is closed, the door is pushed toward the main body side with the handle portion held at a certain rotation angle, and then the handle portion is held and rotated in a direction to become vertical, whereby the engaged portion on the door side is engaged with the engaging portion on the main body side.
Thus, according to claim 1 of the present invention, the door can be opened and closed with a series of operations such as opening and closing the door. Further, since the engaged portion is provided on the handle, the number of parts can be reduced.
Further, the engaging portion includes: a track part which is positioned at one side far away from the door and guides the movement of the clamped part; and a limiting part which is smoothly connected with the track part and limits the movement of the clamped part, therefore, when the door is closed, the front end of the track part of the clamping part is easily clamped with the clamped part, so that the clamped part can be smoothly guided, and then when the handle part of the handle is rotated to the vertical direction, the limiting part of the clamping part applies force pressing the door to the body side to the clamped part, thereby being particularly effective for the ultra-low temperature refrigerator with the problem of the closed state in the storage chamber.
With this structure, since the entire engaging portion is located within the movement locus of the engaged portion, even if a worker who is subjected to rough operation accidentally collides the engaged portion with the side surface of the engaging portion or the end portion of the rail portion to deform the rail portion, the deformed rail portion is still located within the movement locus of the engaged portion, and therefore, the engaged portion cannot be brought into close contact with the rail portion in the next normal operation, and the door cannot be closed.
Further, in the engaged state of the engaged portion on the door side and the engaging portion on the body side, the movement of the engaged portion is restricted by the stopper portion, so that the grip portion of the handle can be always kept in a substantially vertical state when the door is closed, and the engaged portion can be prevented from being unintentionally disengaged from the engaging portion.
According to claim 2 of the present invention, the rail portion that guides the movement of the engaged portion is formed in an arc shape centered on the center of the rotation shaft of the handle in a state where the engaged portion is engaged with the engaging portion. Because the track part is in the shape of a circular arc, the stress is uniform in the whole process of closing or opening the door, the extrusion between the track and the clamped part is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
According to claim 3 of the present invention, since the handle further includes a limit releasing portion that releases the limit of the engaged portion by the limit portion, the limit of the engaged portion by the limit portion is released by operating the limit releasing portion at the time of the door opening operation, and the door opening operation is facilitated.
According to the invention of claim 4, in the door opening operation, the operation portion is horizontally operated by the operator to move the link portion, and the movement of the link portion is converted by the movement conversion portion into the movement of the engaged portion in the direction in which the restriction of the stopper portion on the engaged portion is released, whereby the restriction of the stopper portion on the engaged portion can be released with a simple configuration, and the door opening operation becomes easier.
According to the invention of claim 5, in the door opening operation, the operator operates the operation portion up and down to move the link portion, and the motion conversion portion converts the motion of the link portion into the motion of the engaged portion in the direction in which the restriction of the stopper portion on the engaged portion is released, whereby the restriction of the stopper portion on the engaged portion can be released with a simple configuration, and the door opening operation becomes easier.
According to the invention of claims 6 and 7, when the handle is rotated by a predetermined angle in a direction away from the main body during the door opening operation, the first rotation restricting portion including the first locking portion and the first locked portion restricts further rotation of the handle in the direction away from the main body, so that the handle can be held in a fixed posture, thereby facilitating the door opening operation.
According to the invention according to claim 8 or 9, the second rotation restricting portion constituted by the second locking portion and the second locked portion restricts further rotation of the grip portion from the substantially vertical state toward the main body during the door closing operation, and thereby the locked portion engaged with the engaging portion can be prevented from coming off the engaging portion.
According to the invention of claim 10, the first rotation restricting portion and the second rotation restricting portion can be configured with a simple structure by making the first locking portion and the second locking portion the same member and making the first locked portion and the second locked portion the same member.
According to claim 11 of the present invention, in a state where the engaged portion is engaged with the engaging portion, the position of the mount-side lock through-hole coincides with the position of the handle-side lock through-hole, and thus the mount and the handle can be easily locked.
According to the invention of claim 12, since the engaged portion is a rotatable circular shaft, and the circular shaft rotates when the circular shaft moves on the rail portion, only the circular shaft and the rail portion are pressed against each other, and there is no static friction force, so that the engaged portion and the engaging portion can be more easily engaged with each other.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a door apparatus of a low temperature refrigerator according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 5. It should be noted that the embodiments described below are merely individual embodiments for illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and it is obvious that the present invention can be implemented by arbitrarily changing the technical concept within the scope of the present invention which can be understood by those skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 is a front view of (an example of) an ultra-low temperature refrigerator to which a door apparatus of the present invention is applied.
As shown in fig. 1, an example of the ultra-low temperature refrigerator 1 is constituted by a vertical heat insulating cabinet, a storage chamber 7 is formed in a main body 4 having an opening in a front surface, and the storage chamber 7 is cooled to an ultra-low temperature of, for example, minus 80 ℃. The front opening of the main body 4 is openably and closably closed by a door 2 (a heat insulating door as a door of the present invention) pivotally supported on the main body 4 at the right side in the figure by a hinge 8 and the front opening of a storage chamber 7 formed in the main body 4 is openably and closably closed by an inner door (not shown) located inside the door 2. In addition, in the low-temperature refrigerator in which the storage room 7 does not need to be cooled to such an extremely low temperature, the front opening of the storage room 7, which is the main body 4, is closed by the door 2 without providing an inner door.
A handle 3 that is rotatable is attached to the left side surface of the door 2, which is the non-pivotally supported side, at a predetermined height position slightly lower than the shoulders of the person, and an engaging portion 5 is attached to the front portion of the left side surface of the main body 4 at a position corresponding to the height of the handle 3 in the state where the door 2 is closed (see fig. 2C). The door 2, the handle 3, the engaging portion 5, and the like constitute a door device of the present invention.
First embodiment
Fig. 2A is a front view of a state in which a handle is supported by a mount via a pivot shaft in a first embodiment of a door apparatus according to the present invention. Fig. 2B is a front view of an engaging portion of the door device according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2C is a front view of an engaged state of the engaged portion and the engaging portion of the door device according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a perspective view of an engaged portion and an engaging portion of the door device according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
For convenience of explanation, fig. 2A, 2B, 2C, and 3 only show the structures of the handle, the engaging portion, the mount, the rotating shaft, and the like, and the structures of the door, the body, and the like are omitted, and fig. 2A, 2B, and 2C are viewed from the inside of the door to the outside of the door.
As shown in fig. 2A, 2B, and 2C, the handle 3 integrally includes: a grip body portion 3A, a grip portion 3B rising from a front end portion (end portion on the door 2 side) of the grip body portion 3A, and an engaged portion 3C provided at a rear portion of an inner surface of the grip body portion 3A and engaged with the engaging portion 5 so as to be freely engageable and disengageable. The engaged portion 3C is a rotatable circular shaft. The grip portion 3B has a length and a cross-sectional shape that can be gripped by a hand.
Further, a mounting seat 6 is fixed to a side surface of the door 2, and the mounting seat 6 rotatably supports the handle 3 via a rotating shaft 9. The mount 6 is located between the door 2 and the handle 3.
On the other hand, the engaging portion 5 fixedly attached to the main body includes: a track part 5A which is in an arc shape centering on the center of the rotation shaft 9 of the handle 3 in a state that the engaged part 3C is engaged with the engaging part 5 and guides the movement of the engaged part 3C; and a limiting part 5B which is smoothly connected with the track part 5A and limits the movement of the engaged part 3C. The circular arc shape described in this embodiment is a part of a standard circumference in the general sense of understanding.
As shown in fig. 3, a stopper pin 15 is provided on the pivot shaft 9 of the handle 3, a substantially C-shaped stopper 16 is provided on the handle 3 so as to surround the pivot shaft 9, a mount-side lock through hole 17 is provided in the mount 6, and a handle-side lock through hole 18 is provided in the handle 3.
Next, the opening and closing operation of the door 2 will be described.
First, from the state shown in fig. 2C, the rotating handle 3 is rotated in a direction away from the main body 4 by holding the handle portion 3B with fingers, the restriction of the engaged portion 3C by the stopper portion 5B is released, the engaged portion 3C transits from the stopper portion 5B to the rail portion 5A, the engaged portion 3C contacting the rail portion 5A is rotated, the handle 3 is continuously rotated in a direction away from the main body 4 under the guide of the rail portion 5A, and when the engaged portion 3C is disengaged from the engaging portion 5 by reaching a certain rotation angle, the door 2 is opened by directly pulling forward the handle portion 3B. If the door is further rotated without opening the door once, the stopper 16 abuts against the stopper pin 15 when reaching a predetermined angle, and the handle portion 3B is restricted from further rotating in a direction away from the body 4, and at this time, the door 2 is opened by directly pulling the handle portion 3B forward.
On the other hand, when the door 2 is closed, the door 2 is pushed toward the main body 4 side while holding the handle portion 3B at a constant rotation angle, and then the handle portion 3B is rotated in the direction to become vertical, and when the engaged portion 3C is rotated at a constant rotation angle and brought into contact with the rail portion 5A, the engaged portion 3C is guided by the rail portion 5A and continues to rotate in the direction to become vertical to the handle portion 3B, and then the engaged portion 3C transitions from the rail portion 5A to the stopper portion 5B to bring the handle portion 3B into a substantially vertical state, the engaged portion 3C on the door 2 side is engaged with the engaging portion 5 on the main body 4 side. At this time, when the handle portion 3B is further rotated in a direction approaching the main body 4 from a substantially vertical state, the stopper 16 abuts against the stopper pin 15, thereby restricting further rotation of the handle portion 3B and preventing the engaged portion 3C engaged with the engaging portion 5 from coming off the engaging portion 5.
Further, in a state where the engaged portion 3C is engaged with the engaging portion 5, the position of the mount-side lock through hole 17 coincides with the position of the handle-side lock through hole 18, and the mount 6 and the handle 3 can be locked by inserting a padlock into the mount-side lock through hole 17 and the handle-side lock through hole 18.
According to the first embodiment of the door device of the present invention, the grip portion 3B of the handle 3 is substantially vertical in a state where the engaged portion 3C on the door 2 side is engaged with the engaging portion 5 on the main body 4 side, and therefore the grip portion 3B does not greatly protrude from the front surface of the door 2.
Further, the opening and closing operation of the door 2 is significantly facilitated by a series of operations of opening and closing the door. Further, since the engaged portion 3C is provided on the handle 3, the number of parts can be reduced.
The engaging portion 5 includes: a track part 5A which is in an arc shape centering on the center of the rotation shaft 9 of the handle 3 in a state that the engaged part 3C is engaged with the engaging part 5 and guides the movement of the engaged part 3C; and a stopper portion 5B which is smoothly connected to the rail portion 5A and restricts the movement of the engaged portion 3C, whereby when the door 2 is closed, the front end of the rail portion 5A of the engaging portion 5 is easily engaged with the engaged portion 3C, so that the engaged portion 3C can be smoothly guided, and when the handle portion 3B of the handle 3 is rotated in the vertical direction, the stopper portion 5B of the engaging portion 5 applies a force pressing the door 2 toward the main body 4 side to the engaged portion 3C, and therefore, the present invention is extremely effective particularly for an ultra-low temperature refrigerator in which the sealed state in the storage chamber is problematic.
Further, in the engaged state of the engaged portion 3C on the door 2 side and the engaging portion 5 on the main body 4 side, the movement of the engaged portion 3C is restricted by the stopper portion 5B, so that the grip portion 3B of the handle 3 can be kept in a substantially vertical state all the time when the door 2 is closed, and the engaged portion 3C can be prevented from being unintentionally disengaged from the engaging portion 5.
Further, when the handle portion 3B is rotated by a predetermined angle in a direction away from the main body 4 in the door opening operation of the door 2, the stopper 16 and the stopper pin 15 restrict further rotation of the handle portion 3B in the direction away from the main body 4, so that the handle portion 3B can be held in a fixed posture, and the door opening operation can be facilitated.
On the other hand, when the door 2 is closed, the stopper 16 and the stopper pin 15 prevent the handle portion 3B from further rotating in a direction approaching the main body 4 from a substantially vertical state, and the engaged portion 3C engaged with the engaging portion 5 can be prevented from coming off the engaging portion 5.
Further, since the engaged portion 3C is a rotatable circular shaft, the engagement between the engaged portion 3C and the engaging portion 5 is facilitated.
Second embodiment
Fig. 4 is a front view of an engaged state between an engaged portion and an engaging portion of a second embodiment of a door device according to the present invention.
For convenience of explanation, fig. 4 shows only the structures of the handle, the engaging portion, the mounting seat, the rotating shaft, and the like, and omits the structures of the door, the body, and the like.
The second embodiment is basically the same as the first embodiment except that the structure of the engaged portion of the handle is different and the handle is provided with a stopper releasing portion for releasing the restriction of the engaged portion by the stopper portion, and therefore only different portions will be described below.
As shown in fig. 4, the restriction releasing section 10 includes: a movable link part 11 having an operation part 11A for horizontal operation by an operator; a fixing portion 12 that movably holds the link portion 11 to the handle 3; an elastic part 13 mounted on the fixed part 12 and applying force to the link part 11; and a motion converting portion 14 that converts the motion of the link portion 11 into the motion of the engaged portion 3C 'in a direction in which the restriction of the engaged portion 3C' by the stopper portion 5B is released.
In the second embodiment of the present invention, the engaged portion 3C' is movable relative to the handle main body portion 3A, as compared with the structure in which the engaged portion 3C is fixed to the handle main body portion 3A in the first embodiment of the present invention.
The motion converting portion 14 in this embodiment may be a shaft capable of rotating, and the link portion 11' are fixed on a circular axial surface of the shaft, respectively. When the operating portion 11A is pressed at the angle shown in fig. 4, both the link portion 11 and the link portion 11 'rotate counterclockwise around the motion converting portion 14, and the engaged portion 3C' is driven to rotate counterclockwise around the motion converting portion 14, so as to be away from the rotating shaft 9. The motion converting portion 14 here is not shown in detail, but any known configuration including a shaft may be employed as long as it can convert the motion of the link portion 11 into the motion of the engaged portion 3C 'in the direction in which the restriction of the stopper portion 5B on the engaged portion 3C' is released.
According to the second embodiment of the present invention, when the door 2 is opened, the operator first horizontally operates the operating portion 11A to move the link portion 11, and the movement of the link portion 11 is converted by the movement converting portion 14 into the movement of the engaged portion 3C ' in the direction in which the restriction of the engaged portion 3C ' by the stopper portion 5B is released, whereby the restriction of the engaged portion 3C ' by the stopper portion 5B is released, and the door 2 is opened more easily.
The reason is that, in the first embodiment of the present invention, when the door 2 is opened, the grip portion 3B needs to be held with fingers to rotate the handle 3, and the engaged portion 3C is caused to transition from the stopper portion 5B to the rail portion 5A, and since the stopper portion 5B and the rail portion 5A are reverse arcs at both sides of the center of each of them, there is a certain resistance when the engaged portion 3C is caused to transition from the stopper portion 5B to the rail portion 5A. In contrast, in the second embodiment of the present invention, when the door 2 is opened, the restriction of the engaged portion 3C 'by the stopper portion 5B is released by the stopper releasing portion 10, the engaged portion 3C' is allowed to move in the direction away from the rotation axis 9, and then the handle 3 is rotated, thereby eliminating the step of making the engaged portion 3C 'transit from the stopper portion 5B to the rail portion 5A, and making the engaged portion 3C' directly reach the rail portion 5A, and even passing over from above without contacting the rail portion 5A, the operator does not need to take much effort, and the door 2 is opened more easily.
In practice, when the door is closed, the operator may first horizontally operate the operating portion 11A to move the link portion 11, and the movement converting portion 14 may convert the movement of the link portion 11 into the movement of the engaged portion 3C' in the direction away from the rotating shaft 9, thereby maintaining the operation of the operating portion 11A. Then, as in the first embodiment, when the rotating handle 3 is rotated and the grip portion 3B is brought into a substantially vertical state, the operating portion 11A is released, and at this time, the engaged portion 3C' returns to the original position by the elastic force of the elastic portion 13, and can be engaged with the engaging portion 5 on the main body 4 side. Even if the position is slightly deviated, the position can be adjusted by rotating the handle portion 3B. In this way, the pressed force between the engaged portion 3C' and the rail portion 5 of the engaging portion 5 can be reduced, and the door can be closed more easily.
Third embodiment
Fig. 5 is a front view of an engaged portion and an engaging portion of a door device according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
For convenience of explanation, fig. 5 shows only the structures of the handle, the engaging portion, the mounting seat, the rotating shaft, and the like, and omits the structures of the door, the body, and the like.
The third embodiment is basically the same as the first embodiment except that the structure of the engaged portion of the handle is different and the handle is provided with a stopper releasing portion for releasing the restriction of the engaged portion by the stopper portion, and therefore only different portions will be described below.
As shown in fig. 5, the restriction releasing section 20 includes: a movable link part 21 having an operation part 21A for an operator to operate up and down; a fixing portion 22 for movably holding the link portion 21 to the handle 3; an elastic part 23 mounted on the fixing part 22 and applying force to the link part 21; and a motion converting portion 24 that converts the motion of the link portion 21 into the motion of the engaged portion 3C ″ in the direction in which the restriction of the engaged portion 3C ″ by the stopper portion 5B is released.
In the third embodiment of the present invention, the engaged portion 3C ″ is movable relative to the handle main body portion 3A, as compared to the structure in which the engaged portion 3C is fixed to the handle main body portion 3A in the first embodiment of the present invention.
The motion converting portion 24 in this embodiment may be a shaft capable of rotating, and the link portion 21' are fixed on a circular axial surface of the shaft, respectively. When the operating portion 21A is pressed at the angle shown in fig. 5, both the link portion 21 and the link portion 21 'rotate counterclockwise around the motion converting portion 24, and the engaged portion 3C' is driven to rotate counterclockwise around the motion converting portion 24, so as to be away from the rotating shaft 9. The motion converting portion 24 herein does not show a detailed configuration, but any known configuration including a shaft may be adopted as long as it can convert the motion of the link portion 21 into the motion of the engaged portion 3C "in the direction in which the restriction of the engaged portion 3C by the stopper portion 5B is released.
According to the third embodiment of the present invention, when the door 2 is opened, the operator first operates the operation unit 21A up and down to move the link unit 21, and the movement conversion unit 24 converts the movement of the link unit 21 into the movement of the engaged unit 3C ″ in the direction in which the restriction of the engaged unit 3C ″ by the stopper unit 5B is released, thereby releasing the restriction of the engaged unit 3C ″ by the stopper unit 5B, and the door 2 is opened more easily.
In contrast, in the third embodiment of the present invention, when the door 2 is opened, the restriction of the engaged portion 3C ″ by the stopper portion 5B is released by the stopper releasing portion 20, the engaged portion 3C ″ is allowed to move in the direction away from the rotation shaft 9, and then the handle 3 is rotated, so that the step of making the engaged portion 3C ″ pass from the stopper portion 5B to the rail portion 5A is eliminated, and the engaged portion 3C ″ directly reaches the rail portion 5A, or even passes over the rail portion 5A without contacting the rail portion 5A, whereby the operator does not need to take too much effort, and the door 2 is opened more easily.
In practice, when the door is closed, the operator may first horizontally operate the operation unit 21A to move the link unit 21, and the movement conversion unit 24 may convert the movement of the link unit 21 into the movement of the engaged unit 3C ″ in the direction away from the rotation shaft 9 to keep the operation of the operation unit 11A. Then, as in the first embodiment, when the rotating handle 3 is rotated and the grip portion 3B is brought into a substantially vertical state, the operating portion 21A is released, and at this time, the engaged portion 3C ″ is returned to the original position by the elastic force of the elastic portion 23, and can be engaged with the engaging portion 5 on the main body 4 side. Even if the position is slightly deviated, the position can be adjusted by rotating the handle portion 3B. In this way, the pressed force of the engaged portion 3C ″ against the rail portion 5 of the engaging portion 5 can be reduced, and the door can be closed more easily.
Industrial applicability
In the above embodiments, the door device of the present invention is applied to an ultra-low temperature refrigerator as an example, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the door device of the present invention is effective for both a general refrigerator and a freezer refrigerator. However, the structure of the door apparatus of the present invention is particularly effective for a refrigerator in which an ultra-low temperature is formed in the storage compartment.
