As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a door opening device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: base 10, driving member 20, connecting member 30 and locking member 40.
Specifically, the driving member 20 is movably disposed on the base 10, that is, the driving member 20 is not fixed relative to the base 10, and may move according to a predetermined track or not. Connecting piece 30 is used for connecting the door body 2, connecting piece 30 links to each other with driving piece 20, and driving piece 20 drive connecting piece 30 removes in order to open and close the door body 2, connecting piece 30's one end links to each other with driving piece 20 promptly, the other end of connecting piece 30 links to each other with the door body 2, driving piece 20 can drive connecting piece 30 and remove so that connecting piece 30 drive door body 2 opens or closes, when driving piece 20 drive connecting piece 30 switch door body 2, driving piece 20 is fixed for base 10, what realize this moment is the automatic switch door, need not the manual work and go to open and close the door body 2. Locking piece 40 is located with locking and release driving piece 20 on base 10, locking piece 40 locking driving piece 20 then driving piece 20 is fixed relative to base 10, at this moment, need not the manual door body 2 that opens and shuts that goes, driving piece 20 can drive connecting piece 30 and go the door body 2 that opens and shuts, locking piece 40 release driving piece 20 then driving piece 20 is portable relative to base 10, when locking piece 40 releases driving piece 20, make driving piece 20 can remove for base 10, the user can manually go to open and shut door body 2 this moment, the automatic switch door body 2 is inefficacy. That is, the two states of the locking member 40 locking the driving member 20 and the locking member 40 releasing the driving member 20 can be switched to each other without being in sequence, for example, when the driving member 20 is subjected to an external force, the state of the locking member 40 locking the driving member 20 can be switched to the state of the locking member 40 releasing the driving member 20; when the external force applied to the driver 20 is greater than a predetermined value, the state in which the driver 20 is released by the locking member 40 may be switched to the state in which the driver 20 is locked by the locking member 40.
According to the door opening device 1 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the locking piece 40 is used for locking the driving piece 20 and the locking piece 40 is used for releasing the mutual switching of the two states of the driving piece 20, so that the switching of two modes of automatically opening and closing the door body 2 of the door opening device 1 and manually opening and closing the door body 2 by a user is realized, when the door opening device 1 is suitable for household appliances such as an embedded electric oven, the use experience of the household appliances can be improved, and the use satisfaction of the user is further improved.
The locking member 40 of the present invention can be switched between the locking position and the releasing position electrically or mechanically, i.e. the locking member 40 is switched between the state of locking the driving member 20 and the state of releasing the driving member 20 by an electric or mechanical mechanism. In addition, a specific embodiment of the locking manner is provided in the present invention, but this should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-6, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the driving member 20 includes a locking portion 21, the locking member 40 is adapted to lock the locking portion 21 to fix the driving member 20 relative to the base 10, and the locking member 40 is configured to release the locking portion 21 if the locking portion 21 is subjected to a pulling force greater than a predetermined value, that is, when the locking portion 21 is subjected to a pulling force less than or equal to the predetermined value, the locking member 40 locks the locking portion 21, so that the driving member 20 is fixed relative to the base 10, and when the driving member 20 is fixed, the driving member 30 can be driven by the driving member 20 to open and close the door 2, so as to automatically open and close the door 2; when the pulling force that locking portion 21 receives is greater than the predetermined value, locking piece 40 release locking portion 21 for driving piece 20 is portable for base 10, and driving piece 20 can remove according to the motion trail of predetermineeing, and the user can the manual switch door body 2, and when the manual switch door body 2 of user, driving piece 20 is along with connecting piece 30 round trip movement on base 10. Through the cooperation that sets up locking piece 40 and locking portion 21 for door opener 1 simple structure can realize the free switching of the automatic switch door body 2 and the manual switch door body 2, thereby has reduced door opener 1's manufacturing cost.
It can be understood that, because the forces are mutually acting, it is also possible that the locking member 40 locks the locking portion 21 when the pulling force applied to the locking member 40 is less than or equal to a predetermined value, and the locking member 40 releases the locking portion 21 when the pulling force applied to the locking member 40 is greater than the predetermined value. The pulling force applied to the locking member 40 is opposite to the pulling force applied to the locking portion 21.
Alternatively, when the locking member 40 locks the driving member 20, the locking member 40 is located on the side of the locking portion 21 close to the connecting member 30, and the locking member 40 and the locking portion 21 are opposite in the moving direction of the driving member 20, that is, when the locking member 40 locks the driving member 20, the locking member 40 is blocked right in front of the locking portion 21, so that even when there is an external force to drive the locking member 40 to disengage from the position of the locking driving member 20, due to the blocking of the locking portion 21 by the locking member 40, the locking of the driving member 20 can be effectively achieved, and thus the overall size of the door opening device 1 can be reduced.
For example, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6 by way of example, the locking member 40 is configured as an elastic sheet, one end of the locking member 40 close to the driving member 20 is provided with a clamping protrusion, the locking portion 21 is configured as an abdicating groove located at the bottom of the driving member 20, when a pulling force applied to the locking portion 21 is greater than a predetermined value, the locking member 40 releases the locking portion 21, so that the driving member 20 is movable relative to the base 10, when the driving member 20 moves towards a direction close to the locking member 40, the elastic sheet configured as the locking member 40 is clamped into the abdicating groove configured as the locking portion 21, and then the driving member 20 can move according to a preset motion track, a user can manually open and close the door body 2, and when the user manually opens and closes the door body 2, the driving member 20 moves back and forth on the base 10 along with the connecting member 30. When the pulling force that locking portion 21 receives is less than or equal to the predetermined value, locking piece 40 locking portion 21 for driving piece 20 is fixed for base 10, at this moment, because locking piece 40 is close to driving piece 20 one end and is equipped with the card protruding, the shell fragment that locking piece 40 constructed ends and supports driving piece 20, makes driving piece 20 fixed for base 10, when driving piece 20 is fixed, can drive connecting piece 30 in order to realize the switch door body 2 through driving piece 20, realizes the automatic switch door body 2.
Alternatively, the locking member 40 is fixed to the base 10, and a side of the locking member 40 close to the locking portion 21 is provided with a first guiding inclined surface, which is configured to incline in a direction away from the base 10 toward a direction away from the locking portion 21, so that when the locking portion 21 is moved by an external force, the first guiding inclined surface provides a component force that urges the locking member 40 (or the locking portion 21) away from the position of the locking driving member 20, so as to release the driving member 20 from the locking state under a predetermined pulling force. This can serve as a guide when the lock member 40 releases the lock portion 21.
For example, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6 by way of example, the locking member 40 is configured as an elastic sheet, one end of the locking member 40 close to the driving member 20 is provided with a locking protrusion, a first guiding inclined surface is provided at one side of the locking protrusion close to the driving member 20, the locking portion 21 is configured as an abdicating groove at the bottom of the driving member 20, when the locking member 40 locks the locking portion 21, since one end of the locking member 40 close to the driving member 20 is provided with the locking protrusion, the elastic sheet configured as the locking member 40 abuts against the driving member 20, so that the driving member 20 is fixed relative to the base 10, when the pulling force applied to the locking portion 21 is greater than a predetermined value, the locking member 40 releases the locking portion 21, so that the driving member 20 is movable relative to the base 10, when the driving member 20 moves towards the direction close to the locking member 40, when the elastic sheet configured as the locking member 40 is blocked into the abdicating groove configured as the locking portion 21, the first guiding inclined surface plays a role, so that the locking member 40 can slide more smoothly when the locking member is blocked into the locking portion 21. Afterwards, the driving member 20 can move according to a preset motion track, a user can manually open and close the door body 2, and when the user manually opens and closes the door body 2, the driving member 20 moves back and forth on the base 10 along with the connecting member 30. When locking portion 21 receives pulling force less than or equal to the predetermined value, locking piece 40 locking portion 21, the shell fragment that locking piece 40 constructed ends driving piece 20, the pulling force that driving piece 20 received is not enough to make the shell fragment card go into the groove of stepping down for driving piece 20 is fixed for base 10, and when driving piece 20 was fixed, can drive connecting piece 30 through driving piece 20 in order to realize the switch door body 2, realization automatic switch door body 2.
Or, for example, the locking member 40 is configured as an elastic protrusion connected to the base 10, the locking portion 21 is configured as a groove at the bottom of the driving member 20, when the pulling force applied to the locking portion 21 is larger than a predetermined value, the locking member 40 releases the locking portion 21, the elastic protrusion configured as the locking member 40 is clamped into the groove configured as the locking portion 21, and when the locking member 40 locks the locking portion 21, the elastic protrusion configured as the locking member 40 abuts against the driving member 20, so that the driving member 20 is fixed relative to the base 10. When the pulling force that locking portion 21 receives is greater than the predetermined value, locking piece 40 releases locking portion 21 for driving piece 20 is portable for base 10, when driving piece 20 moves towards the direction that is close to locking piece 40, when the elastic bulge card that locking piece 40 constitutes goes into the recess that locking portion 21 constitutes, and first direction inclined plane plays the guide effect, makes locking piece 40 can be more smooth when going into locking portion 21. Afterwards, the driving member 20 can move according to a preset motion track, a user can manually open and close the door body 2, and when the user manually opens and closes the door body 2, the driving member 20 moves back and forth on the base 10 along with the connecting member 30. When locking portion 21 receives pulling force less than or equal to the predetermined value, locking piece 40 locking portion 21, the shell fragment that locking piece 40 constructed ends driving piece 20, the pulling force that driving piece 20 received is not enough to make the elastic bulge card go into in the recess for driving piece 20 is fixed for base 10, when driving piece 20 is fixed, can drive connecting piece 30 through driving piece 20 in order to realize the switch door body 2, realizes the automatic switch door body 2.
Alternatively, the side of the locking part 21 close to the locking member 40 is provided with a first guide slope configured to be inclined in a direction away from the base 10 toward a direction away from the locking member 40, thereby being able to play a role of guiding when the locking member 40 releases the locking part 21.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, optionally, a second guiding inclined surface 42 is provided on a side of the locking member 40 close to the connecting member 30, and the second guiding inclined surface 42 is configured to be inclined toward a direction close to the locking portion 21 in a direction away from the base 10, so that the locking member 40 can be more smoothly guided in the process of locking the locking portion 21. Thus, when the driving member 20 needs to be switched to the locked state, the second guiding slope 42 also provides a certain component force to urge the driving member to be locked again by the locking member 40.
For example, the locking member 40 is configured as an elastic sheet, one end of the locking member 40 close to the driving member 20 is provided with a protruding portion, the second guiding inclined plane 42 is disposed on one side of the protruding portion away from the driving member 20, the locking portion 21 is configured as a receding groove located at the bottom of the driving member 20, when the pulling force applied to the locking portion 21 is less than or equal to a predetermined value, the locking member 40 locks the locking portion 21, so that the driving member 20 is fixed relative to the base 10, at this time, because one end of the locking member 40 close to the driving member 20 is provided with the protruding portion, the elastic sheet configured as the locking member 40 abuts against the driving member 20, so that the driving member 20 is fixed relative to the base 10, when the driving member 20 is fixed, the connecting member 30 can be driven by the driving member 20 to realize the opening and closing door body 2, and the automatic opening and closing door body 2 is realized.
When the pulling force that locking portion 21 receives is greater than the predetermined value, locking piece 40 releases locking portion 21 for driving piece 20 is portable for base 10, when driving piece 20 moves towards the direction that is close to locking piece 40, when the shell fragment that locking piece 40 constitutes gone into the groove of stepping down that locking portion 21 constitutes, first direction inclined plane plays the guide effect, makes locking piece 40 can be more in the same direction as smooth when going into locking portion 21. Afterwards, the driving member 20 can move according to a preset movement track, a user can manually open and close the door body 2, and when the user manually opens and closes the door body 2, the driving member 20 moves back and forth on the base 10 along with the connecting member 30. After that, when the locking member 40 is required to lock the locking portion 21, and the manual door 2 opening and closing mode is switched to the automatic door 2 opening and closing mode, the locking portion 21 receives thrust, the driving member 20 moves towards the direction away from the locking member 40 until the locking member 40 exits from the abdicating groove formed by the locking portion 21, in the process, the second guide inclined surface 42 plays a role in guiding, and the elastic sheet formed by the locking member 40 can exit from the abdicating groove formed by the locking portion 21 to be smoother.
For example, the locking member 40 is configured as an elastic protrusion connected to the base 10, the locking portion 21 is configured as a groove at the bottom of the driving member 20, when the pulling force applied to the locking portion 21 is larger than a predetermined value, the locking member 40 releases the locking portion 21, the elastic protrusion configured on the locking member 40 is clamped into the groove configured on the locking portion 21, and when the locking member 40 locks the locking portion 21, the elastic protrusion configured on the locking member 40 stops against the driving member 20, so that the driving member 20 is fixed relative to the base 10.
After that, when the locking member 40 is required to lock the locking portion 21, and the manual door body 2 opening and closing mode is switched to the automatic door body 2 opening and closing mode, the locking portion 21 receives a thrust force, the driving member 20 moves in a direction away from the locking member 40 until the elastic protrusion formed by the locking member 40 exits the groove formed by the locking portion 21, and in this process, the second guide inclined surface 42 plays a role in guiding, so that the elastic protrusion formed by the locking member 40 exits the groove formed by the locking portion 21 more smoothly.
Alternatively, the side of the locking part 21 close to the link 30 is provided with a second guiding inclined surface 42, and the second guiding inclined surface 42 is configured to incline towards the locking part 21 in the direction away from the base 10, thereby enabling the locking part 40 to be smoother and to play a guiding role in locking the locking part 21.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the lockout member 40 optionally includes a pin 43 and a reset member. Specifically, the pin 43 is movably disposed on the base 10 between a locking position and a releasing position, and the pin 43 is opposite to the locking portion 21 in the moving direction of the driving member 20 at the locking position, so that the pin 43 locks the locking portion 21 at the locking position, and the driving member 20 is fixed and immovable relative to the base 10, thereby achieving automatic opening and closing of the door body 2. And the pin 43 is staggered with the locking part 21 in the moving direction of the driving piece at the releasing position, so that the pin 43 releases the locking part 21 at the releasing position, the driving piece 20 can move relative to the base 10, and the door body 2 can be opened and closed manually. The returning member is connected to the pin 43 and normally biases the pin 43 toward the lock position, thereby allowing the pin 43 to return to the lock position after releasing the lock portion 21 at the release position, and allowing the pin 43 to always hold the lock portion 21 at the lock position when the pin 43 locks the lock portion 21.
As shown in fig. 1, the driving member 20 optionally includes a driving portion 22 and a transmission portion 23, and the driving portion 22 is connected to the transmission portion 23 and drives the transmission portion 23 to extend and retract relative to the driving portion 22. When the locking part 21 on the driving part 20 is locked by the locking piece 40, when the driving part 20 is fixed relative to the base 10, the driving part 22 is fixed relative to the base 10 and cannot move, the driving part 23 is movable relative to the driving part 22 and the base 10, and the driving part 22 drives the driving part 23 to stretch relative to the driving part 22 and drive the connecting piece 30 to move so as to open and close the door body 2, so that the door body 2 is automatically opened and closed. When the locking member 40 releases the locking part 21 on the driving part 22, the driving part 22 and the transmission part 23 are relatively fixed, the driving part 22 is movable relative to the base 10, the transmission part 23 is movable relative to the base 10, and at this time, the door body 2 can be opened and closed manually.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the locking portion 21 is optionally configured as a hook, and the hook is provided at an end of the driving member 20 facing away from the connecting member 30. This can increase the variety of the structure of the locking portion 21. For example, in some embodiments, the latching portion 21 is configured as a catch and the latching member 40 includes a pin 43 and a reset member. Specifically, the pin 43 is movably disposed on the base 10 between a locking position and a releasing position, the pin 43 is opposite to the hook portion of the hook in the moving direction of the driving element 20 at the locking position, the hook includes a slot, and the pin 43 is located in the slot of the hook at the locking position, so that the pin 43 locks the locking portion 21 at the locking position, the driving element 20 is fixed and immovable relative to the base 10, and the door body 2 can be automatically opened and closed. And the pin 43 is staggered with the hook part of the hook in the moving direction of the driving piece at the releasing position, so that the pin 43 leaves the clamping groove at the releasing position to release the hook, the driving piece 20 can move relative to the base 10, and the door body 2 can be opened and closed manually. The reset member is connected to the pin 43 and normally biases the pin 43 toward the latched position, thereby allowing the pin 43 to return to the latched position after the pin 43 is moved away from the notch in the released position to release the hook, at which point the pin 43 is out of the notch and the hook is free to move without being stopped by the pin 43. When the pin 43 locks the locking part 21, the pin 43 is always kept in the locking position, i.e. in the locking hook.
As shown in fig. 1-4, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the driving member 20 includes a driving part 22 and a transmission part 23, and the transmission part 23 includes a lead screw 231 and a slider 232. Specifically, one end of the lead screw 231 is connected to the driving part 22; one end of the sliding block 232 is connected with the other end of the screw rod 231, and the other end of the sliding block 232 is connected with the connecting piece 30. When the locking part 21 is locked by the locking member 40, and the driving member 20 is fixed relative to the base 10, the driving portion 22 drives the screw rod 231 to rotate, so that the sliding block 232 extends and retracts relative to the screw rod 231, the sliding block 232 moves to drive the connecting member 30 to move, and then the door body 2 is opened and closed, and therefore the door body 2 is automatically opened and closed. When the locking member 40 releases the locking part 21, the driving member 20 can move relative to the base 10, and at this time, there is no relative displacement between the driving part 22 and the transmission part 23, that is, there is no relative displacement between the driving part 22, the lead screw 231, the slider 232 and the connecting member 30 at this time, and the driving part 22, the lead screw 231, the slider 232 and the connecting member 30 move together relative to the base 10, and at this time, the door body 2 can be opened and closed manually.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, optionally, a sliding table 2321 is disposed on the sliding block 232, a limiting groove 11 is disposed on the base 10, the limiting groove 11 extends in a movable direction of the driving member 20, and the sliding table 2321 slides in the limiting groove 11, so that the limiting groove 11 can limit the sliding table 2321, when the locking part 40 releases the locking part 21, the driving member 20 can move relative to the base 10, at this time, the driving member 20 does not move arbitrarily relative to the base 10, because of the limitation of the sliding table 2321 in the limiting groove 11, the driving member 20 can only move in a certain range relative to the base 10, the possibility that the driving member 20 or the connecting member 30 is separated from the base 10 when the door opening device 1 is manually opened and closed is reduced, so that the driving member 20 can be reset, and the door opening device 1 can be switched from the manually opened and closed door 2 to the automatically opened and closed door 2. When locking member 40 locking part 21, driving piece 20 is fixed for base 10, and driving piece 20 drive slip table 2321 removed this moment, and slip table 2321 can only remove in spacing groove 11, has reduced the possibility that slip table 2321 and driving piece 20 declutched, makes slip table 2321 have certain stroke simultaneously, has reduced the possibility that connecting piece 30 declutched from base 10.
As shown in fig. 1-4, optionally, the connector 30 includes a connecting piece 31 and a connecting rod 32. The connecting piece 31 is used for connecting the door body 2, the connecting rod 32 is hinged with the connecting piece 31 and the sliding block 232 respectively, the hinged position of the connecting rod 32 and the connecting piece 31 is staggered with the rotating central shaft of the connecting piece 31, the connecting piece 31 can rotate relative to the connecting rod 32, and the door body 2 is driven in the rotating process of the connecting piece 31 relative to the connecting rod 32, so that the door body 2 can be opened and closed. In the process of automatically opening and closing the door body 2 and the process of manually opening and closing the door body 2, the connecting sheet 31 rotates relative to the connecting rod 32, and the difference is that in the process of manually opening and closing the door body 2, the door body 2 is opened and closed to drive the connecting sheet 31 to rotate, the connecting sheet 31 rotates to drive the connecting rod 32 to move relative to the base 10, and the connecting rod 32 moves to drive the driving piece 20 to move relative to the base 10; in the process of automatically opening and closing the door body 2, the driving part 20 is immovable relative to the base 10, the driving part 22 drives the screw rod 231 to rotate, so that the sliding block 232 extends and retracts relative to the screw rod 231, the sliding block 232 moves to drive the connecting rod 32 to move, and the connecting rod 32 moves to drive the connecting piece 30 to rotate, so that the door body 2 is opened and closed.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, optionally, a guide groove 321 is formed in the connecting rod 32, a guide hook 12 is formed on the base 10, the guide hook 12 is located in the guide groove 321, and in a direction in which the guide hook 12 gradually gets away from the connecting piece 30, a bottom wall of the guide groove 321 is inclined toward a direction gradually getting close to the guide hook 12, so that in a moving process of the connecting rod 32, in a direction in which the guide hook 12 gradually gets away from the connecting piece 30, the connecting rod 32 is limited by the guide hook 12, thereby limiting a moving stroke of the connecting rod 32, and preventing the connecting rod 32 from completely moving freely relative to the base 10 to cause non-resetting.
