Abstract

本发明提供一种耐氯固色剂,所述的耐氯固色剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:氯化铵15‑40份,超支化聚乙烯亚胺10‑25份,丙二醇5‑10份,乙醇1‑10份,水12‑25份。本发明的耐氯固色剂GS‑2102是特殊高分子化合物,专门用于棉、尼龙等经酸性,活性及直接染料染色后织物的固色,可显著地提升织物的耐氯水色牢度,并具有优异的耐水洗性。

一种耐氯固色剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织印染助剂领域,更具体是涉及一种耐氯固色剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
酸性染料(Acid Dyes)是一类结构上带有酸性基团的水溶性染料,在酸性介质中进行染色。酸性染料大多数含有磺酸钠盐,能溶于水,色泽鲜艳、色谱齐全。主要用于羊毛、蚕丝和锦纶等染色,也可用于皮革、纸张、墨水等方面。对纤维素纤维一般无着色力。由某些酸性染料与铬、钴等金属络合而成。可溶于水、其染品耐晒、耐光性能优良。
棉等纤维素纤维织物的染色通常使用直接染料和酸性染料,可使染色织物得到鲜艳的颜色,但其色处理牢度较差,即在洗涤过程中染色织物表面的直接染料和酸性染料易于脱落,不仅导致染色织物褪色,而且还会沾染其它织物,给纺织品的消费和整理带来麻烦。此外,在染色织物的使用过程中人体的汗液和唾液以及环境中的氧气和紫外光都会使活性染料与纤维素纤维之间的共价键发生断裂而出现牢度变差现象,导致织物褪色。为提高染料在纤维表面的稳定性,抵御环境因素对染料的侵蚀,通常在染色后对织物进行固色处理,这种处理所使用的助剂为固色剂。
从20世纪50年代初第一代高分子型固色剂问世至今,各国相继开发了不同种类不同结构的固色剂。在棉用固色剂中,按照Oeko-Tex标准,纺织品色牢度的指标包括耐皂洗、耐水洗、耐摩擦、耐汗渍、耐日晒、和耐氯,环保不含甲醛,提升敏感色牢度,对色光影响小等指标要求,其中耐氯,显著提高敏感颜色的染色牢度同时达到环保无甲醛的这一指标研究进展较慢。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种耐氯固色剂,为实现目的方案如下:
一种耐氯固色剂,所述的耐氯固色剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:氯化铵15-40份,碳酸氢钠10-25份,丙二醇5-10份,乙醇1-10份,水12-25份。
优选地,所述的耐氯固色剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:氯化铵15-35份,碳酸氢钠10-20份,丙二醇5-10份,乙醇1-10份,水12-25份。
进一步优选地,所述的耐氯固色剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:氯化铵20-30份,碳酸氢钠10-20份,丙二醇5-10份,乙醇1-10份,水12-25份。
进一步优选地所述的耐氯固色剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:氯化铵20-25份,碳酸氢钠10-18份,丙二醇5-10份,乙醇1-10份,水12-25份。
进一步优选地,所述的耐氯固色剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:氯化铵23份,碳酸氢钠15份,丙二醇8份,乙醇5份,水49份。
进一步优选地,所述碳酸氢钠和乙醇的重量份数比为3:1;丙二醇和乙醇的重量份数比为8:5。
一种耐氯固色剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将配比量的各组分混合,搅拌均匀,在反应釜内温度为200-300℃下螯合15-20分钟,制备得到耐氯固色剂。
所述的耐氯固色剂,用于经酸性染料印花后的尼龙、涤纶、真丝、羊毛的提升织物的耐氯水色牢度。
本发明的优点在于:
1、耐氯水色牢度好,提升力强。
2、不变色,适用于任何颜色,包括荧光颜色。
3、不影响手感,不改变织物原有风格。
4、非离子特性,开稀后可与任何产品共溶,共同使用。
5、碳酸氢钠和乙醇的重量份数比为3:1;丙二醇和乙醇的重量份数比为8:5时,可最大限度地提升织物的耐氯水色牢度。
6、耐氯固色剂GS-2102是特殊高分子化合物,专门用于棉、尼龙等经酸性,活性及直接染料染色后织物的固色,可显著地提升织物的耐氯水色牢度。
具体实施方式
以下的实施例便于更好地理解本发明,但并不限定本发明,下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊情况,均视为常规方法。

以上各实施例1-5均从属本发明的配方以及制备方法,是外观为无色液体,PH值为6.0-8.0(1%水溶液)的耐氯固色剂。按照用量20-30g/L,而对比例1、2不属于本发明的配方。
测试方法:
把深蓝色棉针织布(染料浓度为7%)进行浸轧,轧余氯为85%,然后用120-160℃温度烘干。 烘干后的深蓝色棉针织布过1%-3%(相对布重量)的固色剂,按照以下标准进行测试:
1.皂洗牢度按GB/T420-90进行试验(1-5级,5级最好);
2.耐氯牢度按AATCC61-4A-2010标准进行试验。
得出结果如下:

通过以上试验,发现实施例1-5的牢固度级数较高,其中实施例3、4的牢度级数最高。而对比例1-2的固色效果明显不如实施例1-5的耐氯固色剂。

1.一种耐氯固色剂,其特征在于;所述的耐氯固色剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:氯化铵15-40份,碳酸氢钠10-25份,丙二醇5-10份,乙醇1-10份,水12-25份。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的耐氯固色剂,其特征在于:所述的耐氯固色剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:氯化铵15-35份,碳酸氢钠10-20份,丙二醇5-10份,乙醇1-10份,水12-25份。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的耐氯固色剂,其特征在于:所述的耐氯固色剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:氯化铵20-30份,碳酸氢钠10-20份,丙二醇5-10份,乙醇1-10份,水12-25份。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的耐氯固色剂,其特征在于:所述的耐氯固色剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:氯化铵20-25份,碳酸氢钠10-18份,丙二醇5-10份,乙醇1-10份,水12-25份。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的耐氯固色剂,其特征在于:所述的耐氯固色剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:氯化铵23份,碳酸氢钠15份,丙二醇8份,乙醇5份,水49份。
6.根据权利要求书1所述的耐氯固色剂,其特征在于:所述碳酸氢钠和乙醇的重量份数比为3:1;丙二醇和乙醇的重量份数比为8:5。
7.一种权利要求1-6任意一项所述耐氯固色剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将配比量的各组分混合,搅拌均匀,在反应釜内温度为40-50℃下螯合20-30分钟,制备得到耐氯固色剂。
8.根据权利要求1-6所述的耐氯固色剂,用于经酸性染料印花后的尼龙、涤纶、真丝、羊毛的提升织物的耐氯水色牢度。
