Abstract

本发明涉及家庭纺织用品技术领域,具体公开了一种耐磨性良好的沙发面料,由在沙发坯料的两侧涂覆防磨溶液制备而成,坯料由耐磨改性聚酯纤维、苎麻纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维经纺织制备而成,耐磨改性聚酯纤维由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯母粒、聚氨基甲酸酯母粒、三氧甲基硅烷、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂、粘胶纤维、纳米二氧化硅、纳米氧化镁、氮化硅纤维制备而成。本发明选用苎麻纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和经耐磨改性的聚酯纤维作为原料,提升沙发面料的耐磨性能以及耐磨持久性,同时沙发坯料两侧喷涂防磨溶液形成的耐磨层强化原料纤维的耐磨作用,使本发明的沙发面料的耐磨性良好,且持久耐磨。

技术领域
本发明涉及家庭纺织用品技术领域,具体涉及一种耐磨性良好的沙发面料。
背景技术
沙发是家居生活中必备的坐具,沙发外部设有面料蒙皮,内部填充有软质聚氨酯泡沫、羽绒填充物或人造棉等,可供坐、倚、躺等,给人带来舒适的感觉。但是现有的沙发面料耐磨性差,长期使用后沙发表面经常出现磨痕而影响美观,而且还很容易出现磨穿、磨破等现象,使沙发内部的填充物外露,缩短沙发的使用寿命。中国专利CN106063655A,专利名称一种高耐磨抗菌沙发套,公开了一种由剑杆提花机进行制造面料以提高耐磨性的沙发套,但是仅凭借剑杆提花机进行制造对沙发面料的耐磨性提升效果有限。
发明内容
针对现有沙发面料耐磨性差,长期使用后易出现磨痕而影响美观且容易发生磨穿、磨破等现象的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种耐磨性良好的沙发面料。
本发明提供如下的技术方案:
一种耐磨性良好的沙发面料,所述沙发面料的坯料由以下重量份的耐磨改性聚酯纤维100~120份、苎麻纤维50~70份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维25~35份经纺织制备而成,在沙发面料的表面设有防磨层。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述耐磨改性聚酯纤维由以下重量份组份制备而成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯母粒100~120份、聚氨基甲酸酯母粒50~60份、三氧甲基硅烷1~2份、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂0.8~1.2份、粘胶纤维0.6~1份、纳米二氧化硅10~15份、纳米氧化镁6~8份、氮化硅纤维10~12份。
一种耐磨性良好的沙发面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)耐磨改性聚酯纤维制备:将各原料组份充分混合后送入螺杆挤出机中挤出成粒,制得混合母粒,并进一步经湿法纺丝制得耐磨改性聚酯纤维;
(2)将改性聚酯纤维、苎麻纤维与聚氨基甲酸酯纤维经纺织制得沙发面料的坯料;
(3)向沙发面料的坯料两面喷涂防磨溶液,然后通风干燥;
(4)将坯料置于-10 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,再置于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置3~5次,制成防磨的沙发面料。
作为本发明的一种改进,步骤(1)中螺杆挤出机各段的温度分别为:一段120~135℃、二段135~150 ℃、三段150~165 ℃、四段165~180℃、五段180~185℃、六段185~190℃,模头温度为180~185 ℃。
作为本发明的一种改进,步骤(1)中湿法纺丝的溶剂为硫氰酸钠水溶液,所得耐磨改性聚酯纤维的横截面呈椭圆形。
作为本发明的一种改进,步骤(3)中所述防磨溶液由以下重量份组份制备而成:体积浓度20%的乙醇水溶液1000~1500份、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂15~25份、纳米二氧化硅30~50份、紫胶20~30份。
作为本发明的一种改进,步骤(3)中的喷涂密度为3~5 mL/m3,通风速率为3~5m/s,干燥温度10~15℃。
本发明的耐磨性良好的沙发面料选用苎麻纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维作为原料,苎麻纤维具有较强的耐磨性可以提高沙发面料的耐磨能力,聚氨基甲酸酯纤维为氨纶纤维中的一种,抗磨抗褶皱能力好。同时本发明选用的聚酯纤维经过三氧甲基硅烷、纳米二氧化硅、纳米氧化镁和碳化硅纤维耐磨改性,耐磨性能得到极大的提高,且耐磨持久性也有较强的提升,可以使沙发面料长时间使用后耐磨效果依然良好。改性的聚酯纤维的横截面呈椭圆形,耐挤压性能好而且不易打滑,强化耐磨性能。本发明的沙发面料两侧设有防磨溶液形成的防磨层,并经高低温交变作用后牢固附着在沙发面料两侧,长期保持耐磨性能,成为第一层耐磨防护。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的耐磨性良好的沙发面料选用苎麻纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维和经耐磨改性的聚酯纤维作为原料,提升沙发面料的耐磨性能以及耐磨持久性,同时在沙发面料两侧喷涂防磨溶液形成的耐磨层在高低温交变作用下附着牢固,形成沙发面料的第一层耐磨防护,强化原料纤维的耐磨作用,使本发明的沙发面料的耐磨性良好,且持久耐磨。

下面就本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如无特别说明,本发明中所采用的原料均可从市场上购得或是本领域常用的,如无特别说明,下述实施例中的方法均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1
一种耐磨性良好的沙发面料,沙发面料的坯料由耐磨改性聚酯纤维100 g、苎麻纤维50g、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维25 g经纺织制备而成,在沙发面料的表面设有防磨层,其中耐磨改性聚酯纤维由以下组份制备而成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯母粒100 g、聚氨基甲酸酯母粒50g、三氧甲基硅烷1 g、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂0.8 g、粘胶纤维0.6 g、纳米二氧化硅10 g、纳米氧化镁6 g、氮化硅纤维10 g。
一种耐磨性良好的沙发面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)耐磨改性聚酯纤维制备:将各原料组份充分混合后送入螺杆挤出机中挤出成粒,制得混合母粒,螺杆挤出机各段的温度分别为:一段120~135 ℃、二段135~150 ℃、三段150~165 ℃、四段165~180℃、五段180~185℃、六段185~190℃,模头温度为180~185 ℃,然后将混合母粒进一步经湿法纺丝制得耐磨改性聚酯纤维,湿法纺丝的溶剂为硫氰酸钠水溶液,所得耐磨改性聚酯纤维的横截面呈椭圆形;
(2)将改性聚酯纤维、苎麻纤维与聚氨基甲酸酯纤维经纺织制得沙发面料的坯料;
(3)向沙发面料的坯料两面喷涂防磨溶液,然后通风干燥形成防磨层,防磨溶液由以下组份制备而成:体积浓度20%的乙醇水溶液1000 g、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂15 g、纳米二氧化硅30 g、紫胶20 g,喷涂密度为3 mL/m3,通风速率为3 m/s,干燥温度10 ℃;
(4)将坯料置于-10 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,再置于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置3次,制成防磨的沙发面料。
实施例2
一种耐磨性良好的沙发面料,沙发面料的坯料由以下重量份的耐磨改性聚酯纤维110g、苎麻纤维60 g、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维30 g经纺织制备而成,在沙发面料的表面设有防磨层,耐磨改性聚酯纤维优选以下组份:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯母粒110 g、聚氨基甲酸酯母粒55g、三氧甲基硅烷1.5 g、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂1.0 g、粘胶纤维0.8 g、纳米二氧化硅12.5 g、纳米氧化镁7 g、氮化硅纤维11 g制备而成。
一种耐磨性良好的沙发面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)耐磨改性聚酯纤维制备:将各原料组份充分混合后送入螺杆挤出机中挤出成粒,制得混合母粒,螺杆挤出机各段的温度分别为:一段120~135 ℃、二段135~150 ℃、三段150~165 ℃、四段165~180℃、五段180~185℃、六段185~190℃,模头温度为180~185 ℃,然后将混合母粒进一步经湿法纺丝制得耐磨改性聚酯纤维,湿法纺丝的溶剂为硫氰酸钠水溶液,所得耐磨改性聚酯纤维的横截面呈椭圆形;
(2)将改性聚酯纤维、苎麻纤维与聚氨基甲酸酯纤维经纺织制得沙发面料的坯料;
(3)向沙发面料的坯料两面喷涂防磨溶液,然后通风干燥形成防磨层,防磨溶液由以下重量份组份制备而成:体积浓度20%的乙醇水溶液1250 g、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂20 g、纳米二氧化硅40 g、紫胶25 g,喷涂密度为4 mL/m3,通风速率为5 m/s,干燥温度12 ℃;
(4)将坯料置于-10 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,再置于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置4次,制成防磨的沙发面料。
实施例3
一种耐磨性良好的沙发面料,沙发面料的坯料由以下重量份的耐磨改性聚酯纤维120g、苎麻纤维70 g、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维35 g经纺织制备而成,在沙发面料的表面设有防磨层,其中耐磨改性聚酯纤维由以下组份制备而成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯母粒120 g、聚氨基甲酸酯母粒60 g、三氧甲基硅烷2 g、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂1.2 g、粘胶纤维1 g、纳米二氧化硅15g、纳米氧化镁8 g、氮化硅纤维12 g。
一种耐磨性良好的沙发面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)耐磨改性聚酯纤维制备:将各原料组份充分混合后送入螺杆挤出机中挤出成粒,制得混合母粒,螺杆挤出机各段的温度分别为:一段120~135 ℃、二段135~150 ℃、三段150~165 ℃、四段165~180℃、五段180~185℃、六段185~190℃,模头温度为180~185 ℃,然后将混合母粒进一步经湿法纺丝制得耐磨改性聚酯纤维,湿法纺丝的溶剂为硫氰酸钠水溶液,所得耐磨改性聚酯纤维的横截面呈椭圆形;
(2)将改性聚酯纤维、苎麻纤维与聚氨基甲酸酯纤维经纺织制得沙发面料的坯料;
(3)向沙发面料的坯料两面喷涂防磨溶液,然后通风干燥形成防磨层,防磨溶液由以下重量份组份制备而成:体积浓度20%的乙醇水溶液1500 g、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂25 g、纳米二氧化硅50 g、紫胶30 g,喷涂密度为5 mL/m3,通风速率为5 m/s,干燥温度15℃;
(4)将坯料置于-10 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,再置于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置5次,制成防磨的沙发面料。

1.一种耐磨性良好的沙发面料,其特征在于:所述沙发面料的坯料由以下重量份的耐磨改性聚酯纤维100~120份、苎麻纤维50~70份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维25~35份经纺织制备而成,在沙发面料的表面设有防磨层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨性良好的沙发面料,其特征在于,所述耐磨改性聚酯纤维由以下重量份组份制备而成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯母粒100~120份、聚氨基甲酸酯母粒50~60份、三氧甲基硅烷1~2份、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂0.8~1.2份、粘胶纤维0.6~1份、纳米二氧化硅10~15份、纳米氧化镁6~8份、氮化硅纤维10~12份。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的耐磨性良好的沙发面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(3)向沙发面料的坯料两面喷涂防磨溶液,然后通风干燥;
(4)将坯料置于-10 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,再置于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置3~5次,制成防磨的沙发面料。
