本发明涉及导热油技术领域,具体提供一种导热油用抗氧化剂及抗氧化方法。
背景技术
导热油是一种优良的传导热量的介质,它即可以做加热介质又可以做冷却介质,因具有传热均匀,在较低压力下能获得较高温度,操作简单,输送方便等优点而成为飞速发展的现代化连续化自动化精细化工工业生产中不可缺少的一种传热介质。伴随着导热油系统的持续运行,导热油在高温下与氧发生氧化聚合或缩合反应,使得系统中导热油的粘度增大,导热油系统内因导热油流速降低而形成残炭,传热效果降低,对设备的腐蚀性增大,缩短了导热油的使用寿命。因此,为防止导热油加热系统事故发生,需要防止导热油被氧化而导致油品降低。
基于上述现状,如何防止导热油被氧化,就成为亟需解决的技术问题。有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了防止导热油被氧化,本发明提供了导热油用抗氧化剂及抗氧化方法,将抗氧化剂加入导热油中混合搅拌均匀,在导热油系统正常运转的情况下,能够有效防止导热油被氧化,从而防止了导热油中产生积碳,延长了导热油使用寿命长,降低了运行成本,热能利用率高。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种导热油用抗氧化剂包含以下重量份的原料:基础油20份~30份、分散剂7.5份~17.5份、阻垢剂0.1份~5份、抗氧化剂50份~70份。
作为上述抗氧化剂的优选技术方案中,包含以下重量份的原料:基础油25 份、分散剂12.5份、阻垢剂2.5份、抗氧化剂60份。
作为上述抗氧化剂的优选技术方案中,基础油的粘度为100N~500N。
作为上述抗氧化剂的优选技术方案中,分散剂为中碱值合成磺酸钙、高碱值合成磺酸钙、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺或硼化聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺中的一种或几种。
作为上述抗氧化剂的优选技术方案中,阻垢剂为苯并三氮唑、聚丙烯酸、六甲基磷酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠与1,2~环己二胺四乙酸复合药剂、聚丙烯酸与磺酸盐共聚物的衍生物或氨基琥珀酸螯合剂中的一种或几种。

1、和现有技术相比,本发明的导热油用抗氧化剂及抗氧化方法,采用的合成基础油加入到导热油系统中不影响传热;采用分散剂达到最佳的结焦物溶解效果;采用清净剂能够清除积碳、保持清洁;采用阻垢剂能够有效阻止积碳的生成,对导热油系统内壁起到缓蚀作用。采用多种抗氧化剂配合使用,胺类抗氧剂通过捕捉过氧自由基来阻止或抑制链引发反应和链增长反应,从而终止自由基链式反应,达到防止氧化的目的;自由基吸收剂反应活性高;金属离子螯合剂通过螯合剂分子与金属离子的强结合作用,将金属离子包合到螯合剂内部,变成稳定的,分子量更大的化合物,从而阻止金属离子起作用,达到防止氧化、阻垢的目的。
2、采用上述抗氧化剂对导热油进行抗氧化处理,将抗氧化剂加入导热油中混合搅拌均匀,在导热油系统正常运转的情况下,能够有效防止导热油被氧化,从而防止了导热油中产生积碳,降低了积碳对导热油性能的影响,延长了导热油使用寿命长,降低了运行成本,热能利用率高。而且,避免导热油长期处于高温环境下,而产生的变质、碳化和结焦现象,不影响系统的正常运行,不发生污垢堵管现象。
3、抗氧化剂与导热油的混溶性好,直接在正常运行的系统中运行;整个过程没有任何废水和废气的排放,更不会影响到正常生产,大大降低了劳动力成本和额外的清洗成本,且使用简单方便,使用后与导热油一起排出,导热油可继续使用,不但不会影响导热油的品质,还可延长导热油寿命2~3年,闪点和沸点高,安全环保。
4、抗氧化剂能使油垢物在抗氧化剂作用下逐渐卷缩成胶束,不断乳化,经连续循环冲刷,使分散乳化的油垢物脱离传热表面,进入导热油系统,参与导热循环,成为导热油的组分。
5、该清洗剂对设备不会有任何点蚀、氧化或其它有害的反应,清洗结束后在设备金属表面形成一层保护膜,具有一定的防锈作用。
6、避免因导热油系统设备器壁因结焦局部过热而产生的火灾及爆炸事故。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
实施例1
一种导热油用抗氧化剂,包含以下重量份的原料:
粘度为150N的基础油20份、高碱值合成磺酸钙17.5份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠与1,2~环己二胺四乙酸复合药剂0.1份、对苯二胺40份、维生素E17.5份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠与磷酸衍生物0.5份。
优选地,乙二胺四乙酸二钠与1,2~环己二胺四乙酸复合药剂的浓度为 100ppm。
按照上述配方,分别准确称取各组分,混合均匀后,检验、包装,即得本发明的导热油用抗氧化剂。
一种导热油的抗氧化方法,包括以下步骤:采用上述抗氧化剂对导热油进行抗氧化处理,包括以下步骤:
将抗氧化剂加入导热油中混合搅拌均匀,其用量为导热油系统总运行导热油重量的2%~5%,优选地为3~4%。
优选地,将上述清洗剂组合物从高位槽顶部加入处于运行状态的导热油系统中,并对导热油系统进行抗氧化处理,在导热油系统正常运转的情况下,能够有效防止导热油被氧化,从而防止了导热油中产生积碳,导热油系统中几乎无积碳产生,延长了导热油使用寿命长,降低了运行成本,热能利用率高。
实施例2
一种导热油用抗氧化剂,包含以下重量份的原料:
粘度为500N的基础油30份、硼化聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺7.5份、六甲基磷酸钠5份、二苯甲酮50份、类胡萝卜素7.5份、枸橼酸5.5份。
优选地,六甲基磷酸钠的浓度为200ppm。
按照上述配方,分别准确称取各组分,混合均匀后,检验、包装,即得本发明的导热油用抗氧化剂。
一种导热油的抗氧化方法,包括以下步骤:采用上述抗氧化剂对导热油进行抗氧化处理,包括以下步骤:
将抗氧化剂加入导热油中混合搅拌均匀,其用量为导热油系统总运行导热油重量的6%~8%,优选地为6.5~7.5%。
优选地,将上述清洗剂组合物从高位槽顶部加入处于运行状态的导热油系统中,并对导热油系统进行抗氧化处理,在导热油系统正常运转的情况下,能够有效防止导热油被氧化,从而防止了导热油中产生积碳,导热油系统中几乎无积碳产生,延长了导热油使用寿命长,降低了运行成本,热能利用率高。
实施例3
一种导热油用抗氧化剂,包含以下重量份的原料:
粘度为100N的基础油25份、中碱值合成磺酸钙12.5份、苯并三氮唑2.5 份、烷基二苯胺45份、2.6~二叔丁基酚12.5份、苯三唑衍生物2.5份。
优选地,苯并三氮唑的浓度为5~200ppm,更进一步地,苯并三氮唑的浓度为100ppm。
按照上述配方,分别准确称取各组分,混合均匀后,检验、包装,即得本发明的导热油用抗氧化剂。
一种导热油的抗氧化方法,包括以下步骤:采用上述抗氧化剂对导热油进行抗氧化处理,包括以下步骤:
将抗氧化剂加入导热油中混合搅拌均匀,其用量为导热油系统总运行导热油重量的0.5~1.5%,优选地为0.8~1.2%。
优选地,将上述清洗剂组合物从高位槽顶部加入处于运行状态的导热油系统中,并对导热油系统进行抗氧化处理,在导热油系统正常运转的情况下,能够有效防止导热油被氧化,从而防止了导热油中产生积碳,导热油系统中几乎无积碳产生,延长了导热油使用寿命长,降低了运行成本,热能利用率高。
至此,已经结合优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种导热油用抗氧化剂,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的原料:基础油20份~30份、分散剂7.5份~17.5份、阻垢剂0.1份~5份、抗氧化剂50份~70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗氧化剂,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的原料:所述基础油25份、所述分散剂12.5份、所述阻垢剂2.5份、所述抗氧化剂60份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗氧化剂,其特征在于,所述基础油的粘度为100N~500N。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗氧化剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为中碱值合成磺酸钙、高碱值合成磺酸钙、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺或硼化聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗氧化剂,其特征在于,所述阻垢剂为苯并三氮唑、聚丙烯酸、六甲基磷酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠与1,2~环己二胺四乙酸复合药剂、聚丙烯酸与磺酸盐共聚物的衍生物或氨基琥珀酸螯合剂中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗氧化剂,其特征在于,所述阻垢剂为5~200ppm的苯并三氮唑。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗氧化剂,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂包括第一抗氧化剂、第二抗氧化剂和第三抗氧化剂,所述第一抗氧化剂40~50份,所述第二抗氧化剂7.5~17.5份、所述第三抗氧化剂0.5~5.5份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的抗氧化剂,其特征在于,所述第一抗氧化剂45份,所述第二抗氧化剂12.5份、所述第三抗氧化剂2.5份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的抗氧化剂,其特征在于,所述第一抗氧化剂为胺类抗氧剂,所述第一抗氧化剂为烷基二苯胺、萘胺、对苯二胺、苯丙唑或二苯甲酮中的一种或几种;
所述第二抗氧化剂为自由基吸收剂,所述第二抗氧化剂为2.6~二叔丁基酚、维生素E、类胡萝卜素中的一种或几种;
所述第三抗氧化剂为金属离子螯合剂,所述第三抗氧化剂为枸橼酸、乙二胺四乙酸二钠与磷酸衍生物、或苯三唑衍生物中的一种或几种。
10.一种导热油的抗氧化方法,其特征在于:采用权利要求1~9中任一项所述的抗氧化剂对导热油进行抗氧化处理。
